Loved how they hooked up two speakers in my grill, a super loud airhorn and microphone for my Infinity QX80. Now my kids and I can enjoy music at the park and I can call them without getting out of my car. Very professionally done and all very knowledgeable staff.

Like to just say Thanks ! for taking the time to fix my Viper alarm fobs that became deprogramed caused by a dead battery , Mike and crew have done work for us now for a few years alarms and sound systems always good to go ! They even built a custom lined box for all my electrical relays and data for my race car , outstanding !

100$ markup on a 89$ amplifier plus ridiculous labor charges !!!!

3rd time here last time took my car in stereo stopped working wouldn't power on got Installed by then about 1 1/2 years ago my highs or mids didn't work I rarely drive the car only to car shows. 2x a year took it back purchased another radio pioneer and 2 pioneer amps just in case was told the radio was bad and amp was bad and that the amps I purchased where not compatible? Already frustrated and not wanting to waste more time I asked them to swap radio and install a amplifier from them and to look at my glow lights that stopped working after the radio installation from them long story short 500$ later for a mediocre amp I found online for 99$ was charged 189$ for 300+ for 2hours in labor no new wiring added still had all the original wiring from amp ground RCA Power Cable etc..nothing changed just a swap called pioneer about the amps they said they are compatible 2 channel to 4 channel 2ohm stable also so I paid almost 2X more for a amp and 300$ labor for a radio and amp swap and glow kit fix with switch 150 @ hour per labor that's beyond ridiculous expensive lesson learned

I walked in, looked at the labels on the aisles, and the staff immediately helped me on what I was looking for! Not even 30 sec into the store and I was being helped! The windshield wiper was coincidently located behind the cash register as well as in aisle 1. It was only $5.50 after tax for a gallon of windshield wiper fluid. Amazon was like $15+. This location seems small with limited selection. Saw 3 different windshield wiper fluid product. There isn't variety in brands. Everything inside is well organized and the items are placed forward most. Good customer support and very affordable.

It means so much to be treated with patience and respect when you're dealing with something outside your comfort zone. Battery was dating 9/25, and always started up perfectly as it should since it's a new battery, perfectly functioning alternator, and no high powered sound system. I had high expectations since the manager helped me. When I picked the battery up after the, "charging" was completed, not only had he failed to do a simple task that's advertised as a free service, he gave me the run around telling me my battery was bad, and I should buy a new one, "but he would charge it and see how it goes". I'm not an idiot, when i plugged it back it it was still completely dead. I have 22 years of experience working on my own cars and have had 4 years of SCCA experience professionally racing. And during my time serving in the US Army, I was in charge of maintenance for one of our Humvee's doing meticulous inspections by the book, which was a cake walk for me. So I ended up ordering a jump pack and it started perfectly fine, and purchased my own external charger as well and surprise-surprise.. I had no issue. O'Reilly needs to higher a competent manager I expected integrity with his position but was met with none. The manager was just trying to up-sale a new battery that I know was perfectly functional. I was expected to be treated with at least a little respect having my disabled veteran credentials to my account but received a condescending round-around in return. Will never return to this O'Reilly again, test your luck in Salvation Army next door to them, you might find a working battery in there, at least you'll be treated with more respect. If you want it done right do it yourself, the manager was completely unethical and incompetent to simply charge a battery, all he did was check it with a voltage meter and kept it in back for 2 days. You should be ashamed of yourself.

So I did some research into replacing the battery and found that Advance Auto Parts offers free installation, AND battery registration. You have to register the battery in a timely manner, or your car won't charge your new battery properly and it won't be as good. It's basically telling your car that "hey, you have a new battery at X Ah, take care of it". For my particular car, it's $90+ of gear/software on top of everything else. I went into the store, Esteban was immediately there to help me locate the correct battery and help me install it. Seriously went above and beyond to help me. Btw, while they do installations and stuff, they can't see in the dark. So depending on the time of year, installations can end as early as 4pm. Highly recommend this place for your car needs, especially if you're not confident about battery, wiper, etc... install.

He told me to find out where the clutch fluid goes and try that (easier said than done) so after looking at my manual for my car and looking under the hood and FaceTiming my friend we couldn't figure it out, so I we went into Auto Zone and I told the sales person my issue and she looked it up and it seems that my year and model car I can pot the brake fluid inside where the clutch fluid goes and it serves a dual purpose. So I went home and pumped my clutch pedal 50X like it said on youtube, then put the clutch fluid in where the brake fluid goes and my car went through 1-5 gears with no problem compared to how I was struggling to go into gear Friday on my way home from work i will know for sure tomorrow on the way to work so stay tuned, and I doubted the salesperson knowing anything because she was a female man was I wrong.

I came back on Nov 27 and was helped by who I believe was the night manager Nick who seemed to make it my problem and if I actually dropped off a battery that day when he was working as well. I told him the make and model of the car for the battery and he pulled up the battery and then he asked me for my phone number for my account and decided to give me a battery for a different car that I ordered last year instead of the correct battery that we already established previously. I assumed he was correct in giving me the correct battery and found out it was the wrong battery when I brought it home because it was too small. As a customer I do not appreciate being accused of something and was following their procedures. On top of being given the wrong battery as a replacement when I clearly established the information for what car it was for. He did not bother to verify why the battery was different from what was discussed and just gave me the wrong battery.
