My BF called for pricing, and deciding that the $30 install fee was worth him not having to do it, we took the car over. After we got there, they took a look and told us we needed the plug to connect the wires to the radio because the theif stole that part, too, which would cost another $20. They promptly went to work plugging the forty-million wires together and got it installed. Overall, it took about fifteen minutes total in the shop. Just took my Audi A4 in for a stereo upgrade. Everything was fast installed. However when I went home I realized the radio would not turn off when I turned off the car. Waited for about 10 minutes and still it was on. So I went back to the shop where they said the cable was connected wrong. Okay. Went back home. Later on I turned my car on and my oil sensor came on. Took it to jiffylube and the manager said nothing wrong with my oil had to be that they crossed a wrong wire or blew a fuse. Went back the next day and they said they were going to fix it. It's been 1 hr and a half. And still no phone call to pick up my car. Really pissed off and if I have to return to the shop again. I will be returning for my full refund and free installation of my original equipment. This is honestly ridiculous. Never go here again. read more

after 1 week of having it, I went in my car and used the kill switch. when I came back and turn off the switch,the car still would not start. I called the guy, and he said must something wrong with my car, not the switch. I went under the dash, I was so disappointed with what i saw. all they did was cut my wire from the ignition switch put the kill switch between it. so if some wants to steal the car is to rip that off and connect the 2 wires. I thought they going to put in a dizzy switch, or a battery cut off switch. they tried to contact me. I will never go back there again. read more
