I had an afternoon appointment and when I showed up no other customers were there, and no one else came after I was there. I always ask for them to do some kind of detail work with the tint appointment. This time however they refused to accept any detailing work and flat out told me they didn't provide those services, despite it being on the wall behind them and on the website. They did a great job with the tint as always, but it was apparent they were closing early and the employees locked up the store and were all back to their cars before I could even get to mine.

I did frontal ppf and nano ceramic tint on 2026 model Y Juniper last September (phenomenal job). He responds instantly to your yelp inquiries, competitive pricing (will match or do better than local competitors). Also he squeezed me in a hurry to finish the job in 2 hrs. If you want premium products, premium service in a timely matter - you owe yourself to check Jr out. Also he does provide an itemized receipt, not just a handwritten, lifetime warranty for any defects.

The first time I brought a car here, she was 4 years old, playing in the waiting room at their old location. Now she's turning 18 this year. In 2025, Fresh Tint tinted her Audi A3, and they also did my Ineos Grenadier full tint all around, including the safari windows, plus ceramic coating. The work is always flawless. Jr. is a solid, trustworthy guy, and I only trust him with my cars. There was one car I didn't take to him, and I regretted it. Lesson learned. I had no idea which tint shop did our tint until I got a new car recently with no tint. The prices are affordable, too for the quality of tint and their awesome customer service. The application was flawless and the best feature - NO FADE at all, no bubbles and it's kept the car cooler for the last SEVEN years. On our other vehicle, which was done by some other vendor in North Hollywood, NOT Sun Dimmers, only to see the horribly cut trim, peeling and massive fade. Our limo black tint with that other vendor, ended up brown within two years. With Sun Dimmers, they have quality tint and also provide excellent customer service. Had I known it was Sun Dimners that did our Civic LX, I would've written a review a long time ago! The hubby bought me a 2019 Civic Sport hatchback and I can't wait to bring her in so she can look just a good as the LX! When I called them, I was greeted with a smile and wonderful attitude. The dude on the other end was awesome, knowledgeable, and clear about the process so I can figure out how and when to schedule for my tint job. You can walk-in but there's no way in my schedule to get in right when they open and squeeze the time in. The last time I…read morebrought my car in was back in 2019 I had all the windows done and also had them look up what I had on previous cars to get the same tint. Since then the tint has held up until recently when I noticed the spread of bubbles in the back window starting to cause issues for me to see out. I walked in and spoke with Sam about my warranty and was able to make an appt the following week to drop the car off. I came in early around 830 and was able to pickup my car by 430 (turn around time same day). Great customer service, with attention to detail. **note they no longer have a receptionist, you have to call someone to come up front to help you out.
