When the work finished, I was expecting to be shown the work done first, but instead I was handed the bill. And then that was it. So outside the parking lot I popped the hood to inspect on my own. As you can see, they decided to tear up my trim to get the wire through. The decision to break something, whether it was unavoidable or not, should have been mine to make. Call me out to the shop and say hey man look, we can't get this thick wire through other than by chopping up this plastic panel. I would have said "yeah bro just do it". Victor took a quick look at the car, heard what we had to say, really understood where we came from, and said he would do his best to fix what he could instead of replacing, and he'll send us a quote the same day.
