I had a really great experience getting my windows tinted. I did get a Groupon for 5 windows though, and didn't remember to include the small back windows as part of the 5. It won't cover the driver and passenger side. You'd need to get the 7 window Groupon for that. Jasmine's customer service was amazing, she was very helpful, showed us the waiting area and was very communicative which I like. Because I went on a weekend, it took a little longer than expected, roughly 3 hours. An appointment is recommended. read more

Very bad work on my car tint. Had them fix all 5 wonfows and they scratched my brand new car and covered it up with black marker. Had them fix it the very next day, and they took more than 5 hours to do the tint on it.They pushed it aside and asked for more time. I wasn't having it with their bad work and horrible customer service. Just demanded a refund which upset the guy in charge (i have no idea why such an incompetent person is in charge) and he proceeded to rip out the tint. Happy i got my money back, but i lost so much time with these people and their incompetence. Do your tint here if you want your time and money wasted. read more

Came in as a walk-in, they squeezed me in a last minute and hooked me up with a all around window tint plus a stereo unit install. Alex gave me about a 90 minute ETA for completion, I was out of there in about an hour! I'm quite amazed at how fast they were able to remove my old tint AND install new tint in such short time. He diligently worked hard at getting me the right information to get it up and running. He also installed high quality hids for my suv. I made the mistake of buying online w no warranty. Been here twice . Once to get a bid on an alarm the guy tried to hustle me thinking I didn't know anything about cars or alarms. I brought in my Ws6 and he gave me a price that I was okay with then after I agreed he added 80 more dollars casually thinking I was gonna be okay with it . Said it was a corporate fee that he had no control over . BS it was that little short skinny Mexican dude.. So I left and said no thanks he didn't care Today I said I'll give them another chance maybe it was a bad day. So I go in for another alarm for another car I have and the guy says a whole different cheaper price than last time with no fee super easy but he has two cars ahead of me and said to come back around 12. I said okay cool so I come back at 11:50 and he's like I thought you were gonna leave the car here I have three cars ahead now . Hey, I wish I could give these guys a good review. The fact is, they ended up scratching my pre cut film and tried to blame it on the film. The film was a 2 ply ceramic high quality. Verified the scratched peel from the inside. Same location on both sides. Otherwise a great job. 3 stars due to bring in my own film. If it was their film, the problem would have been resolved by reinstalling the film with my complaint about the installation. I would have to buy the same replacement film and take it to them to correct the mistake. It's just too much trouble for everyone. read more

BEWARE!!!! WORST PLACE IN THE VALLEY!! Took my 2016 car to upgrade the amp. Before i got there my radio was playing all the stations. Once i payed and drove way, my radio was on input mode so i click on a radio station and all that came out was pure static!! I returned and the guy who installed it said that he didnt move anything with the stereo, yet all my functions were wrong! So rude the guy said he would charge me 35$ to check it out when i had just droven away. He said that the stereo didnt work anymore, hence when i got there it was playing every station right. He walked away without saying anything. No fix at all! A new OEM stereo costs 700$. Brand new car and brand new stereo can not go bad within a couple of months of beeing bought!! The stereo keeps getting hot. The amateur kids they got working burt it! Would not recomend!! read more

As i write, Freddy is installing a pioneer w/ backup camera. Previous dealer had no idea what they were doing so i had a lot of problems with them... So far i'm happy with Freddy and Israel. Work is fast and professional. Their shop looks like a stereo/tint drive through with plenty of items in srock and enough manpower to help customers without delaying others. My double din was missing so Israel drove to the nearest junkyard to get one for me. I appreciate it. Prices are not cheap nor they r rediculous; pretty moderate.
