Jeremy and Liam came out to our house for tv mounting and wire runs as well as a general rack consultation. They were super helpful, friendly and very professional. They made recommendations that we didn't think of and in turn, the end result was beautiful. We are going to move forward with a second phase for our project and will be adding a rack they recommended. Their skill set is unmatched and I couldn't think of a better team or a better company to recommend to friends and family. I felt like they cared about us and wanted the best for us as if we were their own friends. They were very quick to accommodate to our existing speakers/amps and mounting equipment. They cleaned up and even got along with our pups! Audio Contractors originally installed out whole house system when we built our home in 2001. Technology changed and we didn't use it as often as we had used to. A kitchen reno dictated a call to AC to see what they could do to get us back in the music. The install had a few issues and a couple of call backs occurred. Cam, the AC Tech came out to access the problem. He was very professional and got the system back working 100%. I highly recommend Cam and I would ask for him by name if I have any future needs or issues. read more

Audio Contractors did a great job for my house. They rewired the speakers upstairs and installed their own surround speakers downstairs and built the 5.1 system with my receiver I brought from my old home. Their estimate was so much better than competitors and John never delayed or missed any appointment or schedule. They are very knowledgeable. The other competitors initially said installing speakers on my basement ceiling was so hard but Audio contractors did not even mentioned about that and wired them without any problem. read more

Originally American of Madison installed my Control 4 audio system, but the person I worked with, Kris Hodgkins, has been with Audio Contractors for the last year. AC has been more responsive and easy to schedule than any other audio contractor I've had (four total). My emails are returned within 24 hours, and when my system has gone on the fritz, I've even gotten great service on weekends. Someone returns my calls or texts with helpful information. The price is reasonable for the service and I've never had to pay extra for all the extras I've needed! Communication is clear, billing is clear, my options are laid out for me. Jason came out to today to install a new Sonos system. The installation was quick and professional and we were very impressed with his training and guidance on how to use the service after the installation. I'm a little behind the times when it comes to technology and Jason did a great job explaining how to operate the system from our laptop, cell phone or I-Pod. We were so impressed we are reaching out to Audio Contractors again about expanding the service area of our existing Wi-Fi. read more
