Out of all the estimates I received, they were the cheapest and they included an estimate for new gutters, which is also part of their business. After I spoke with them to confirm they were the company I wanted to use, the process moved quickly and they came the next week to install the roof. Lance was great to work with and easy to communicate with through the whole process. Definitely recommend getting a quote from them if you have any roofing needs.

They said it could go another year but we decided to get it done now and they gave a good estimate on cost . They explained the always do a tear down and not just an overlay to make sure there are no problems underneath. I'm glad they did as there was evidence of old water damage on boards underneath. They were out here the following week and Joe explained the need for the new boarding and showed us the old ones. He was in charge of the work that day and very helpful in explaining everything. They put in the new roof on our small house and garage in one day and it looks great ! We're very happy and highly recommended them if you need a new roof.

We got four bids on our roof replacement and Sun Vault Roofing was not the lowest. I almost went…read morewith someone else, but thankfully I did not. Our house has a complicated driveway and parking situation which their crew was able to work around seamlessly. Our HOA had its own approval layer on top of the city permit, and Sun Vault Roofing helped us navigate a two-week back-and-forth over approved shingle colors (side salad: ridiculous that HOAs have this kind of bureaucracy). Despite the complications, Sun Vault Roofing kept us updated through every delay and milestone without us having to chase anyone down. That alone was worth the price difference. The crew showed up on time, worked two full days, and left the yard cleaner than they found it. The roof has now been through 2-3 major storms since installation, including the crazy hail in April and there is not a speck of damage. Everything looks sharp and clean. You can tell was done right all the way from the street. If you're getting multiple bids for a roof replacement in the Madison area, make sure Sun Vault Roofing is one of them. Just don't let the price be the reason you go somewhere else, if they are not the lowest. The quality they provide is worth it.

Not only was Benji and his team great to work with they took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and even keep me informed through out the process from scheduling to installation. Benji even helped me navigate the insurance process (since this was my first home owners claim) and explained next steps to make sure my insurance company was kept in the loop and on board with our solutions. They were quick, clean and very nice. When they found some construction mistakes under the old roof, Benji talked through my options, explained the costs (which was very minimal) and made sure I was comfortable with proceeding with the repair. After the roof was replaced it looked nicer and more finished than the original roof I had when I bought the house. Ace Exteriors took the time to install edging that completed the look and hid the hardware underneath. Extra bonus! Overall this team went above and beyond my expectations. I've had many contractors work on my house (large companies and small) and Ace Exteriors was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I feel good about the work that was completed, and the cost was very reasonable. Super happy to work with them again.

We chose J & V based on reviews and personal interactions with Jose. His estimate was complete,…read moreinformative and professional. But what we got was SO MUCH MORE! The supply company delivered the wrong shingles (similar to those we chose, but hard to tell). The roofers were so efficient that they had the old roof off and the new installed before Jose could make it on site. He halted his crew immediately and contacted the supplier. Without any hesitation, he informed us of what had happened and recommended that we wait for the shingles we ordered (much higher quality) regardless of the additional cost to him. The very next day his crew was back removing the incorrect shingles, Jose personally delivered the correct ones, and finished our roof the same day. It looks gorgeous (and SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL DELIVERED SHINGLES DID)! J & V not only does a great and timely job, but Jose's integrity, honestly, and professionalism are second to none. He took full responsibility for the mistake even though he ordered the correct shingles from the supplier (he had the original order and showed us). We would not hesitate to recommend J & V Roofing.

In September of 2019, we experienced a hail storm that caused enough damage that our homeowners insurance covered the replacement of our roof. We chose Mike Seidel after inspecting other roofs he had done in our neighborhood and meeting with him to discuss our project. What impressed us most, was his integrity and insistence on the quality of the roofing system he would be installing and standing behind. His team did a great job from start to finish, (including clean-up) and made sure all the little details were wrapped up before pulling off the job. The Owens Corning roofing system he installed looks great and should last for decades. Seidel Construction = Integrity, Quality & Value!
