He answered all of our questions throughout the process. The owners Mike and Mary were also very helpful and available for additional questions and consultation. Swita Metal Roofing…read more I rarely leave a review but felt it was necessary. We are a middle/later aged couple who debated between asphalt and a metal roof. Understand that not all meatal roofs are (3' x long lengths) sheets that look like long sheets of roofing. Nothing wrong with that but SMR sells and installs metal roofing that looks like traditional shingle/shaker roofing......but it lasts forever! Literally, "The last roof you'll ever need". Mike's crew of 7 men; (yes subcontracted), were on time, courteous, and worked 3 hard 14+ hour days as they raced the weather. Communication was never an issue and they let me know every day when they were going to be there and what they were going to try to accomplish that day. We were amazed how smooth this went as storms wandered through! We left our doors open as we got a 'good feel' from their lead that they were trustworthy from the moment they showed up. I'm not sure if they used our bathrooms, etc but if so, they left it cleaner than they found it if they did! Awesome, awesome group of guys with a great sense of humor! Our trust was not misplaced! Mike checked with us everyday.... many, many times ... to make sure everything was going well. Honestly, he was so concerned and between Mike, Mary and Jose, it was kinda overkill. To be fair, I got the feeling before we bought that this is the type of company they run, so if you go with them, expect a fair amount of contact from beginning to end. I am so frickin happy with our new roof! My better half is ecstatic with our new roof. The best part is it truly the 'Last roof we'll ever need'.... unless we have a tornado.

I would never hire Larson again.

Not only was Benji and his team great to work with they took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and even keep me informed through out the process from scheduling to installation. Benji even helped me navigate the insurance process (since this was my first home owners claim) and explained next steps to make sure my insurance company was kept in the loop and on board with our solutions. They were quick, clean and very nice. When they found some construction mistakes under the old roof, Benji talked through my options, explained the costs (which was very minimal) and made sure I was comfortable with proceeding with the repair. After the roof was replaced it looked nicer and more finished than the original roof I had when I bought the house. Ace Exteriors took the time to install edging that completed the look and hid the hardware underneath. Extra bonus! Overall this team went above and beyond my expectations. I've had many contractors work on my house (large companies and small) and Ace Exteriors was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I feel good about the work that was completed, and the cost was very reasonable. Super happy to work with them again.

My husband and I moved into a house a few months ago and wanted to make some changes that we felt…read morewould improve the quality and resale value of our home. Our realtor actually gave us a number to someone she recommended but when we called them, they kept us on hold and eventually hung up. After that bust, I searched online for another contractor and saw all of the positive reviews A-Team Construction had online. When I called them, I was greeted by Nicole who was extremely professional and friendly. She was able to have Cory come out and talk to us about what we wanted to do in a timely manner. When Cory arrived, he was excited to help us out with all of the ideas we had and gave us some feedback about what might or might not work based on our goals. He came as many times as he needed to make sure we were all on the same page about what we wanted to do. He even helped us outline the work with painter's tape so we could get a better feel for how the finished product would look. We really appreciated how flexible he was when it came to meeting with us since my husband works long hours but still really wanted to be a part of the process. In addition, to keep costs down for us, Cory suggested and carefully explained a few demo tasks we could do ourselves. A-Team is very busy so we did have to wait a few weeks for the work to be done, but it was done quickly and efficiently. I love how Tommy, the Vice President, keeps the lines of communication open throughout the entire process to ensure we are 100% happy with the work. Even after they were done, he has followed up to make sure everything is working well. Not every company's VP will give out his cell phone number so you can call them directly about a concern you have. You can really feel how much he cares about his customers' ultimate satisfaction. My only complaint is about the drywall guy they work with. He left some fruit scraps on the floor after he was done for the day which we thought was rude and unprofessional. However, when we called them about it, they handled our complaint with grace and assured us that he was going to be addressed. When they were done, they left the house cleaner than how it started. I forgot to mention that the first time I posted this, but it was so impressive. I just had to mention it. Bottom line: I would without a doubt recommend A-Team Construction for your remodeling needs. Call them. You won't regret it!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Paramount, especially James!…read more Due to circumstances on our end, James and Paramount have been by our side for the last 15+ months as we navigated our issues. We contracted to have a total house, 2-car garage and 4-car garage makeover: - Removal of old metal roof and installation of new Standing Seam Roof, with snow breaks. - Removal of old siding and installation of LP Smartside Board & Batten. - Removal of old skylights and installation of new Velux venting skylights. - New 6" gutters with gutter guards. - New soffit and fascia. James responded to every question we had, provided timely updates AND pointed out issues that we had no idea were present that his crew easily could have overlooked and hidden and we wouldn't have been the wiser. The attention to detail was impeccable. Every seam lined up, all the battens are straight, every nail head has been touched up with appropriate color. As with the entire job, not only did James ensure cleanup was done properly, he pitched in and got his hands dirty! We are extremely thrilled with the finished product and have the look and feel of a brand new home! We would highly recommend James and Paramount for any roofing and siding job!
