Audio Addiction .... We've been through some thick & thin lol but managed to make it though and get everything done . I appreciate all the hard work. I bought a Halo 9, which I love, Illusion speakers and subwoofer, and a Mosconi amplifier for my BMW from them, and Ray and Carlos expertly installed it. I originally went to Audio Addiction because I had an antenna mast that would not function I was so impressed with their pricing I came back when the knob on my stereo would not allow me to adjust the volume any longer and was permanently blasting in my car while I was there I had them fix my lighter so I could use my GPS in my car and I even added a USB they troubleshooted multiple electrical problems in my car at an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend them not just for your audio needs but for your electrical issues as well. read more

I'm a long time customer of Audio Addiction. I've had them do a couple of installs for me and a removal as well when I sold a car and wanted to keep the head unit and JL amp. They gave me all the custom wiring and interfaces back as well. Prices for the labor were very reasonable. They also installed an alarm system with a proximity sensor in my vehicle and stood by their installation when I ran into a problem a year or two later with a switch by the parking brake that broke. They were also very helpful when my remote stopped working and made sure I had one that worked perfectly. I was in there recently just to look around and even with my covid mask on, Linda recognized me and said hello. She wanted to make sure I was being taken care of, but Devin had already seen to that and answered my questions right away. I may contact them again about re-installing my JL amp and maybe some new speakers in my van at some point. Not sure if they provide labor-only installation services without a new hardware purchase, but I'll find out when the time comes. read more

Overall, I was happy with the work and service. I've been driving around in my car, playing with all the bells and whistles quite comfortably. I'd like to recommend them, but honestly - I have to make sure I offer my friends a couple of "need to know" tidbits. Audio Addiction installed a stereo system in my car some time ago, and I decided that it was time for an upgrade. When I had my first stereo installed by them, what they failed to mention BEFORE they did they work is that they'd be disconnecting the steering wheel hand controls, (apparently, they're not obligated by law to tell me that - which I found fishy.) And - of course, when I challenged this after the installation, the reply was: "We can take the car back and install our $85 connector." I read a recent negative review where Denise W. from Moreno Valley claimed: "My steering wheel buttons didn't work when I picked up my car. They said that it was my fault because I didn't ask them to make sure my buttons worked. They said that I didn't ask the right questions when I originally got the quote." I wasn't there, so I can't verify Miss Denise W.'s account...HOWEVER, it sounds QUITE similar to the scenario in which I found myself the first time around - and, I was pretty pissed. Ray and Linda, it's very simple: disclosure versus discovery. Be up front and inform the customer if you're going to alter how the car worked originally - BEFORE you perform installations. That's the ETHICAL thing to do and you should simply own it versus putting the onus on the customer to know which questions to ask you about service they know little about. Truth is, had you disclosed the steering controls issue, I would have very likely opted to purchase the connector and have it installed - but, you took that power from me by being slick. Create a dynamic of trust and responsibility, and that will bode well for you. You've been in business there for a good while, you do quality work - don't taint it by hiding behind fine print and technicalities. You don't need to play these kinds of games - everybody loses. THIS TIME, I made sure to ask, "Is the installation going to impact ANY of the car's original functionality?" (Fool me once...). #caveatemptor read more

I can't begin to thank Ray and the staff for everything they did for me. I came in with a nightmare audio job that ruined my brand new 2018 Camaro. Paradise Chevy had recommended Audio Addiction and told me how amazing their work is and they by far exceeded my expectations. I took my car here to get my system diagnosed and fixed. They charged me $164.00. After picking up the car and checking the balance of the speakers, it was extremely unbalanced. They solved one problem but returned it to me like all issues were fixed. After returning and letting them know it's not fixed correctly, they offered another alternative that was not offered in the beginning. The alternative was to pay an additional $623 give or take to fix the system. I will never go here again. read more

Very helpful and gives honest opinions. I had trouble with installing HID headlights. I was unable to get both of the lights to work while installing. Out of frustration I searched for a different setup. Audio addiction recommended that I should try LED headlights instead. It was the best decision I made. I purchased the LED headlights from audio addiction and installed the lights myself. And what do you know, I literally plugged the lights in and they actually worked without any hassle. I recommend this place any time. And I will definitely come back for a stereo setup in the near future. read more

Had a price quoted. By the time I picked up my car, it ended up being more than what was quoted. My steering wheel buttons didn't work when I picked up my car. Ok its been awhile since i had 3k Alpine system installed At Audio Addiction. Of which i now know was over priced grossly. First let me say that the dude in front . I believe is Ray, was nice . Explained alot. and (seemed)very informative. Which he is. Except for this time. You will read why in this story. From when i pulled my f250 superduty into the shop until it was finished the next day!!! yeah full day to install 2 10inch alpines and 4 door speakers and a deck. It sounded really good on the inside.. But once home i started having door lock issues. My door locks wont fully unlock or lock with remote nor with buttons in truck. I took the door panel off. Which was put back on with broken tabs and only one screw. i was in shock when i saw my alpine 5 1/4 hanging by another single screw. The dyna matting i paid for was what they used to to make the hole smaller so it would hold my new speaker. It was not even the right size speaker that is supposed to be there. So instead of saying to me we ned 6 1/2 or whatever . they went ahead and installed all 4 speakers with one good screw. and 3 in dyna matting or whatever its called. They used the same 20yr old speaker wire to install these nice ass speakers. The box for the 10's wasnt even scred into the truck. so it would vibrate when stoping. But the worst part and my biggest issue. was the vibration outside the truck ! I paid $3000 for an Alpine system that sounded like one of those cars that the trunk is vibrating so bad you just laugh at it as it goes by... For being experts in car audio. They would account for that in the quote. while advising you as to how much vibration it produces..... Or something . I would of paid for it. I never went back . I will never go back. I never recieved my credit card from the back they went through. Now my issue is i bought a new ford fx4 black widow .and need to have this reinstalled in it. but with 2 more 10's. IT WAS JUST THE LACK OF THE 7 P's.. PROPER PRIOR PLANNING PREVENTS PISS POOR PERFORMANCE!!!!! read more

The professionalism from this place is incredible. I've never EVER had someone do such a great job installing a system in my car, and I've had many cars with many systems. First of all, I didn't even buy the stuff at the shop and that normally makes me feel uncomfortable asking people to install something I didn't purchase from them but I did it anyways and boy was I happy. They covered all the wires under the hood and in the trunk, set the wires so that nothing moves, and even used some of their own wires without charging me because apparently, the ones I brought in were of terrible quality (and they showed me why). It was kind of funny seeing them talk about how they didn't even want to install such crappy wires and how they hate that someone would even produce and sell somethings so crappy. That one me over. These people don't want to sell you expensive things because they want to make a lot of money, they sell you expensive product because they only work with quality products and materials and you can determine that when you talk to them, not being sold, but just talking. read more

These guys are electronic magicians! I have gone to them a handful of times for issues with the monitors in my headrests (that were installed by a shop in Vegas). But when the old monitors were unable to be fixed, we had them install new ones last week. They did an amazing job tidying the mess of the first shop and were able to wire the dropdown monitor in with the other 4 screens, which is something the last guys told us couldn't be done. I searched and called around different shops for different prices, etc. This place seemed to be the nicest and seemed to know what they were doing. Granted, I spoke to chuck. Not sure who he is but he was kind and he quoted me a price for an amp install and wiring kit. I show up and the lady who checks me in begins to tell me that there's an increase on the price due to "chuck giving me the wrong price". No apology. I was peeved because a $25 increase now puts them relatively above every other shop quote I got. But, I figured, well, there goes whoever was supposed to get this tip and decided "I was already there and had an appointment so I'll just let them have my car". So chuck, if you were to get that tip, sorry bro. Granted, I don't trust anyone with my car. It was a whatever kinda moment. Now I know a lot about audio and car installs, but I was surprised that me just saying "I'm here for an amp install for a sub" is enough info. The rep checking me in didn't go over much else except for the misquoted price and didn't offer an apology and didn't offer to extend the misquoted price or any sort of care. I was kinda waiting for a quick recap or something to sell me on how great they are and how good and efficient they are, thus to take care of my nerves in letting a shop have my car and my frustration with the misquote on pricing. Like most places, they show some sort of comfort in knowing you're in good hands especially after a screw up like that. She wasn't mean by any means but she just seemed to be "all business" and really wasn't too good about customer service or sales in my opinion. My install was done surprisingly well. Amp kit was ran clean and tucked thoroughly and thankfully to a fuse (also a huge concern of mine). The installer definitely did stuff to my car that then resolved my frustration. I already had an aftermarket radio that I had installed and it had a microphone kinda dangling because I hadn't had time to ever mount it correctly. The installer took it upon themselves to make sure after pulling my head unit out for the install of the sub to not only remount my unit better than before but also mounted my mic. Now that's something little, but that's something that shows the installer cares and THAT ALONE should've been a selling point by the rep that checked me in and closed me out. It should've been a "hey, I'm sorry about the pricing issue, but because we screwed up on the quote, we noticed a few issues and we fixed them for you free of charge". The fixes were little but to me it shows the installer cares. Maybe they didn't tell the front of house rep, who knows. But I hope you track with me. That's the reason I gave a 4. Install was great, front of house, not the best and not the worst. I wish whoever Chuck was would've been there to check me in. He was super kind. Super knowledgeable and I'm sure he would've honored the price he gave me without me saying anything. So here's my dilemma. Would I recommend this place off of their work, sure. Would I recommend off of their customer service, not sure. And those are 2 definite things to consider as a consumer. So here's my warning to whoever reads this and is looking for a shop. Oh, and after typing this I realized another thing. Not only did the front of house rep not really go over anything with me but of course per normal they reset my head unit. Primarily because you have to pull the battery terminals for safety when doing an amp install. So I had to repair my phone. Once I did that, I was excited and cranked my radio. To my confusion, no sub. I then realized my sub on my head unit had to be turned up. All this sounds normal. Easy to do. But why didn't she prep me before hand? She should've at least warned me or reminded me. If I didn't have any clue what I was doing I would've really been that much more frustrated at this point. But since I knew what I was doing I got it all working. Was excited it works. And it has worked ever since. Just wish and hope that the front of house rep lady is more efficient with other people or maybe then have the installers come out and meet their customer. Every other place I've been (which has been a lot of install places for a lot of cars I've owned and helped friends with to make sure they're not getting ripped off) the installer also comes out and greets you. And/or then recaps not only the sale but the install. Didn't get any of that. That's normally where I would've tipped because that's a normal at any shop I've been to. Granted, I said this before. I do most of my installs and haven't had any audio intensive sound systems in the last 2 years so maybe the service side has changed in audio shops and I didn't know that. But I'm sure it hasn't. Maybe front of house rep was having a bad day? But for a small shop that's not a good day to have. Thankful my install was done right. It's debatable if I personally come back with my other car just due to the front of house rep. read more

First time I went to Audio Addiction, the environment's as friendly as can be. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I was greeted by Ray, but he was busy with another customer at the time, so Tony was there to assist what I had came in for. I was looking for some fog lights to match with my headlights. They placed an order for me and I came back a few days after to get them installed. I was extremely satisfied with the final product. Excellent job they did. I was greeted by Linda and Tony, and Ray assisted me in choosing the ones I was looking for. They scheduled me an appointment for the following day and Linda called to confirm. Again, excellent customer service. Not a lot of places will call you to confirm your appointment date. When I came in on my appointed date to get my lights installed. Carlos did an awesome job in making sure I was happy with it. It took them a few hours, but yet again, I am very happy with the outcome. The lights are very bright and well worth it. Great job guys! After coming to Audio Addiction a few times, my 3rd visit is no different. I came in looking to get a sound system, and Ray was helpful in assisting me with any questions I had. He even went online and checked out different systems that would match what I was searching for. On the day that I came in for my installation, I was greeted at the door by Linda, Ray, and the other staff members. Very inviting. Makes me feel like I'm at home. When I pulled my car to the back and into their work space, Carlos got right on it. He asked me a few questions here and there to make sure I left with a smile on my face. Very cool guy.
