Worst dealer experience ever. I purchased a brand new Audi Q7 on December 23, 2025, and the vehicle required repairs immediately upon delivery -- completely unacceptable for a new car. When I raised the issue, Sales Manager David Yip was extremely rude and told me to "STOP BARKING." The General Manager, Fred Marmugi, was threatening and refused to deal with the matter by walking away and closing door at me. This dealership shows zero accountability, zero respect for customers, and behavior that does not align with the Audi brand. I strongly regret purchasing from here and would not recommend this dealer to anyone expecting basic professionalism. read more

Excellent and extremely knowledgeable sales experience. This was my first time transitioning from Toyota to Audi, and my first Audi Q3 purchase. Lily, the sales representative at Audi Uptown Markham, was exceptionally professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and carefully considered which vehicle would be most suitable for me, both financially and in terms of style. Most impressively, she genuinely made every effort to offer the best possible deal. I highly recommend her!!!!! read more

Extremely bad service experience with Wendy. My car is still under warranty and I noticed there was some glitch in the computer system. I called the Audi Canada however they told me to contact the dealership. Therefore I was to explain my situation to her and she did not offer any suggestions or help, instead, she rather chatted with her colleague and ignore my complaints. This is totally unprofessional and not acceptable. Strongly do no recommend others to go to this dealership good bye read more

BEFORE BUYING A (CPO) CERTIFIED-PREOWNED VEHICLE READ THIS REVIEW. Earlier this year I picked up a 2018 Audi TTS. Lovely car. On the day of delivery I noticed the front air vent grill was broken and the bumper was scratched (see attached image). Dealership: The car is CPO inspected and cleared but looks like this slipped through the cracks. We'll take care of it. Okay, no worries. I totally understand. Little had I known what was in store for me. This began nearly a year long ordeal. Hang tight because we're just getting started. That day (delivery day) I drove the car home in good faith and here's some other issues that sprung up: Apart from the front bumper scratch and broken grill repair/replacement I noticed a knocking sound from the engine bay area on the driver's side (was a cross bar or something, not the technical wizzard here) on slow speeds. And the brakes making a squealing sound (which is quite embarrassing as you pull up to a stop). Listen: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/xdywj1obvggw4kxdnd2b4/TTS-brake-sounds-case-no-05784255.mov?rlkey=v4kvs1wck9wa8kfb15y66aso6&dl=0 A bit disappointed I reached out to the dealership. There response: The car is CPO inspected and cleared but looks like this slipped through the cracks. We'll take care of it. Okay, no worries. I totally understand a laundry list of items slipped through the inspection. Nearly 3 months later the dealership resolved all the issues except for the brakes which make a loud squealing sound at low and high speeds once they warm up. Response from the dealership: The car is CPO inspected and cleared and the brakes are at 50% Frustrated and embarrassed by the car's squealing sounds, I reached out to Audi Canada and their response: The dealership said so and we can't help you. And here I am now sharing my experience for anyone else who might be considering a certified pre-owned vehicle. PS: The people are super nice. It's most likely bad process. read more

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Audi Uptown's Service department. I brought my 2022 Audi Q5 for a check on Friday due to a low tire pressure warning. The service advisor, Wendy SIN, claimed additional repairs were necessary, totalling $2,120, which included: Brake pads: $1,100 Wheel alignment: $900 Tire repair (patch tire): $120 My extended warranty allegedly did not cover these repairs, even though my car had just completed its annual maintenance in June this year. These prices seemed highly unreasonable, especially since my car had recently undergone annual maintenance in June. I was shocked by the estimate and called to stop the repairs. However, Wendy informed me that the work had already started, and I would need to pay part of the cost regardless. During my Saturday visit, Wendy inaccurately recorded that I had damaged my car, which is untrue. I emailed Wendy and her manager to prove this claim and correct this record, but I am still awaiting a response. Wendy later displayed two pictures of the replaced parts, claiming they were abnormal, yet provided no evidence to support the damage claim. When I picked up my car on Monday, I discovered discrepancies in my service record. Wendy had noted that I had damaged my car, which was false. Wendy had also added a note to page 1 of the service form without my knowledge or consent. When I asked her about it, she pointed to my signature on page 2, implying I had authorized it--which felt very misleading and unethical. Additionally, when I questioned why the repairs weren't covered under my extended warranty, Wendy claimed she needed time to "study" the warranty. I waited for over an hour at the shop, only to be told I'd been given a discount after she discussed it with her manager. Ultimately, I was charged $1,780 despite not receiving a proper breakdown of why my warranty did not cover the repairs. However, I didn't want a discount -- I wanted a clear explanation of why these repairs were necessary and not covered. To make matters worse, Wendy later admitted that the team shares bonuses or commissions on repairs. However, there is no visible sign disclosing this, which I believe is required under the Consumer Protection Act. This whole experience felt like a trap. I have attached a copy of the warranty indicating that nothing was damaged and that the photos of the parts Wendy claimed were abnormal. I feel misled by the service and pressured to pay for unnecessary repairs. I'm sorry I didn't check the reviews earlier, and I strongly advise anyone going to Audi Uptown to be careful. Please ask for clear documentation and detailed cost estimates in writing, and ensure you fully understand the work before authorizing anything. read more

Google review got removed by them. They use 5 starts review to cover the bad reviews. Shame. Shame. Shame. According to the website, DFC Auto Group has been the GTA's premier choice for the finest luxury cars since its foundation in 1977. I had a bad experience with the employees of Audi Uptown recently. The incident happened outside their office/showroom. On May 28, 2024 at 1:20pm 5308 Highway 7 East, Markham (parking lot) A pre-owned Manager of Audi Uptown drove a Porcsche Cayenne GTS opened the driver side door and hit my vehicle's side mirror. He did not apologize for his carelessness and drove away. Some white paint and a crack was found on the side mirror. The GM (Fred Marmugi) denied that Kevin Galindo (Pre-Owned Manager) caused the damages by opening the door. Fred came to the conclusion without checking my vehicle nor talking to me in person. I feel this is both unjust and unfair, bullying even. A hit and run case was reported to the police station last night and I decided against receiving any compensation for this situation. I learned that a big company can say whatever they wish loud and clear. read more

SAFETY WARNING - DO NOT TRUST AUDI UPTOWN OR SALES MANAGER KEVIN GALINDO i strongly urge anyone considering doing business with Audi Uptown to think twice--especially when it comes to purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. Based on my experience, this dealership cannot be trusted, and sales manager Kevin Galindo does not stand behind the work they sell or certify. In August 2024, I purchased a 2021 Audi RS7 from Audi Uptown, presented to me as a Certified Plus vehicle--a designation that is supposed to guarantee thorough inspection and high-quality repairs carried out by Audi-certified technicians. Since I took delivery, I've driven the car less than 3,000 km. The RS7 was stored in my garage for the winter and only brought out again in May 2025. From the beginning, I noticed a mild squeaking noise that gradually worsened. I brought the car to my local Audi Certified Plus dealership to investigate. They informed me that the rear bumper had previously been removed and was improperly reinstalled--with damaged clips and missing securing hardware. This is a clear violation of Audi's certification standards, and something that was never disclosed by Audi Uptown at the time of sale. Here are the repair notes from my local Audi service center: "REMOVED REAR LID UPPER AND LOWER TRIM, FOUND IMPROPER INSTALL (CLIPS DAMAGED/NOT SECURED PROPERLY FROM INCORRECT INSTALLATION), FOUND LEFT SIDE OF REAR BUMPER COVER NOT SECURED PROPERLY (MISSING HARDWARE FROM POSSIBLE PREVIOUS RE&RE) CAUSING REAR BUMPER TO MOVE/RUB AGAINST BODY/LIGHT ASSEMBLY. INSTALLED SECURING HARDWARE TO LEFT REAR BUMPER COVER." The repair cost me $926 out of pocket. When I contacted Audi Uptown, The Sales Manager Kevin Galindo refused to accept any responsibility. His justification? The vehicle had been purchased eight and a half months earlier, and he claimed he couldn't verify that no additional work had been done--despite the car having extremely low mileage and being stored in a garage for the majority of that time. To be clear, I'm not upset about the $926. This RS7 was a purchase of over $100,000. What truly concerns me is the complete lack of accountability and the absence of any safety consideration from the sales manager. Rather than investigating the issue or showing any willingness to stand behind their certification, he was quick to shift blame onto me. This response was both dismissive and unacceptable. The issue clearly stems from Audi Uptown's failure to properly inspect and reassemble the vehicle. Selling a car with a dangerously insecure bumper as "Certified Plus" is irresponsible and deceptive. This oversight placed my family's safety at risk. No even a phone call made by the sales manger to understand and here my concerns. If my local Audi dealer hadn't found and addressed this issue, I could have been driving a car with a bumper that might detach or fail during an accident. That's not just bad service--it's a serious safety hazard. Do NOT buy, lease, or service your vehicle at Audi Uptown. Do NOT trust the words or promises of Kevin Galindo. Their lack of accountability and disregard for safety is alarming. Audi Uptown is cutting corners and misrepresenting the integrity of their Certified Plus vehicles. Please take this review seriously--your safety and that of your passengers could depend on it. read more

I was sold a CPO 2017 Audi A4 at the end of February. I opted to purchase Audi Care package covering two major, and one minor maintenance, as described to me by the business manager Zenobia Xiao. I went the next week to get the maintenance done and was told I was not being covered for the major maintenance. I went back to this dealership for an explanation but they have been giving me the run around since March. I further discovered my CPO vehicle has a bent rim. I was experiencing a rough ride, and accounted it towards the tires in the cold weather. But Summer came and it the ride was getting worse. I took it for a balance and discovered the bent rim, proof of which being one of the tires completely brand new than the other three. Again I attempted to address this issue with the dealership and they are now ignoring me. I was given a speech about honesty and integrity by the used sales manager Kevin Galindo, but he has been ignoring me for weeks now. I have no other recourse now but to vent and let others know about my experience with this dealership. If you ever do find yourself in a position to buy CPO from this dealership, please make sure you examine the vehicle nut to bolt - because they don't. read more

I brought my Audi in for my first service and I must say, I was really impressed with their level of service at Uptown. ** UPDATE** I was contacted by the GM at Uptown Audi, and he has gone out of his way to resolve this situation as quickly possible. I would really like to thank Fred Marmugi and the staff at this location for listening to my concerns about this issue and addressing them. While it obviously took a little while to get resolved, Fred contacted me personally and ensured this was dealt with and completed to my satisfaction. He had no obligation to do so, and I would highlight this fact. Thank you VERY much guys ********** Recently I took delivery of my Audi Q5, and what should have been a smooth, problem-free delivery turned into a headache. Back in May, I visited Uptown Audi to shop for a 2018 Q5. I've had my eye on an Audi for several years and had already visited Midtown Audi and was met with indifference, and uninterested salespeople. The salesperson at Uptown was quick to answer all my questions, and went out of her way to help me and make me feel welcome. Everything from getting me water, to taking me for a test drive, to follow-up emails to check-in on me after my initial visit. After the debacle at Midtown, this was great: to feel like the dealership genuinely wanted my business. One of the items I had asked about was the Q5 roof crossbar, which I considered purchasing for extra cargo or a bike rack. To my surprise, the salesperson told me "that's standard" with the purchase of the car, meaning no additional cost. I asked several times, in person, "so, the crossbar is standard?" and she confirmed each time. I also asked, via email, that I was receiving the crossbar, and this was confirmed via email as well. Fantastic, right? Nope. Fast forward to several months after signing, and it's time for delivery. I had given 3+ weeks notice (being out of town) of the day I would arrive, and lo and behold: several items are not ready. The wheel locks cannot be found, the cargo tray is not available, and the crossbar is not available. After agreeing to return the next day, I received an email the following morning (the day AFTER the delivery date) saying "sorry, but the crossbar is not standard on the 2018 model." It was suggested that when I come in for the other items that I speak with the sales manager, and maybe an exception would be made. Apparently, that was a very weak "maybe." Arriving at the Audi dealership, I fully expected a higher level of customer service... as in: "Hey, we here at Audi made an error, we'll fix this. Here is your crossbar" instead I was asked to compromise and pay several hundred for the crossbar, and they would foot the remainder. How is that a compromise? I understand that a mistake was made, and these things do happen. But it was not a mistake on my part whatsoever: so why am I even dealing with this? On Sept 11, 2017 I was contacted by my sales rep who asked when I was coming in to pick up the crossbars. This was a bit of a surprise as I hadn't anticipated hearing about these crossbars again, and was simply coming back to finally have everything installed on my vehicle (Audi Connect and Wifi). My final experience with Uptown Audi took place on August 18, 2017 when I arrived to pickup the crossbars. Immediately I noticed that these were scuffed/dirty and obviously used (photos attached). I didn't say anything on the spot because I'm REALLY tired of dealing with this dealership, and its sales staff. I'm not sure if I'm angry or amazed at this attempt to patronize me with what Uptown Audi feels is "fair" for this entire experience. Absolutely everything else pertaining to this vehicle has been great, but this experience has left me questioning whether to return to this dealer at the end of my lease, or even recommend to my friends/family. Extremely poor choice in customer service. +1 star because the vehicle has been great... otherwise this would be a 1 star review. read more

Update: we ended up getting our car serviced at Newmarket Audi and also had our car brought back there for the recall as well. Audi Uptown has taken care of my family's vehicles for many years. Wonderful service. Thanks!

The Folks here are awesome , first class Service Department and Sales personnel were on point with pricing !!!

The service center of Uptown Audi is the worst in GTA. The specialist there do not listen. My car is under warranty and the handle is cracking. Instead of helping me out, they told me to talk to Audi Canada directly. Audi Canada told us we have dealership for these things. So we went back to the dealership and they did not do anything. Wasted my day with the car with them. Ultimately I took it to Midtown who took a few pictures and within one week got the approval for the new handle all under warranty. read more

Beware of what you are signing. We just purchased a brand new Q5 last week. The sales rep was extremely impatient with us, as we were trying to read over the contract before signing. He did not explain anything and just kept asking us to sign. When we got home, we found out that we are enrolled with the Audi Anti-theft program, and there are an additional monthly charge that we have to pay. We were shocked! I tried texting the manager, but he did not respond. We contacted the sales rep via email, and he told his to contact the service manager without giving us any contact information. At the end of we received the cancellation form, and submitted. This is really bad customer service and I wouldn't recommend buying from this dealership. read more

Went by for a visit to check out some cars and had a nice experience with greeting and staff in dealership.

Dishonest, untrustworthy, flaw-hiding dealership that is an embarrassment to the brand it bears... BUYERS BEWARE! You will find in this dealership the very reason that industry has earned its reputation. Short story (there is a long version but Audi Uptown isn't worth the virtual ink I am using here) : I went there to test drive and buy a car. I have experience with Audi and test drove a few over the past two weeks... I was immediately very surprised when they brought me the car in a dirty condition (and by dirty I mean really dirty, especially the hood...). I ask to see the car clean before I spend time test driving it so I may spot any flaws... and lo and behold... the dirt was hiding a 3 foot long, non-superficial scratch in the middle of the hood. What a waste of my time... and the salesguy was trying to say it wasn't a real problem as I was leaving the dealership. If they purposefully tried to hide this easy to spot flaw, who knows what other, harder to spot flaws would have been hidden. PS: this wasn't even for a cheap, run down car, it was for an A6 with 20,000 km on it. It should have been in mint condition. read more

Worst Dealership I have ever experienced from buying a car to dealing with the service department. They don't have any customer service skills or experience in the service department. THE WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I have had a 4 year lease with this dealership and just recently had been approved for a Re-Finance on my vehicle. Upon arrival at this dealership to sign paperwork for the Re-Finance, I was not even looked at by ANY of the staff nor was I accommodated. I had to find the person i had an appointment with myself. I sat down with the Business Manager (Lemen Yuen) to finalize my Re-Finance, but had a change of heart and I asked her if I could see another car on the lot, she told me that I was WASTING HER TIME! really? so 4 years and $25,000 is not enough of my money for you to give me some proper customer service? and not to mention the rest of the 4 years that I was signing for, which was an additional $25,000. That is their business manager... imagine how their staff are. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Lemen Yuen has no manners or any accommodation skills. They just want your money and want you out of their face. Ive already told many people of this incident and will continue to spread the word and deter people away from this place. Extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. When picked up the car I was told there is a flaw and I can bring it back anytime to fix it. The 1st time I went there the staff confirmed there is a flaw and made an appointment for the fix. When I went there the 2nd time, the staff denied there is a problem and refused to do anything. I had to go to another Audi dealer and took photos to verify this. Then I made another appointment. For the 3rd time I brought the car there and was only told again that there was no problem at all. The staff in the service dept. was very defensive who even shouted at the sales: you should know it's just like that! I made a complaint. This time after careful check they finally acknowledged and agreed to fix it. I have to go there for the 4th time and have no idea if this will be done or not. This is very bad experience. I don't want to fussy up, but would like to remind any potential customers to manage your expectations when you step into this store. In addition to their incompetency in dealing with the technical issues, their customer service is awful. From the first time I got in, I see no smiling faces, all cold and arrogant. I can't believe Audi's customer service is such poor. Have the staff ever had any training on customer service? Have they any idea of courtesy and professional? I'm afraid Audi is using this dealership and hiring these staff to ruin its reputation. So disappointing! I would never recommend this dealership, nor Audi either. read more

This dealership has the worst customer service there is! The managers are incredibly rude and condescending. I only gave one star because I can't give zero stars. No one ever picks up the phone and return voicemails. Problems are never addressed or fixed. My mom's car has been problematic since last year and it keeps on being returned to her with the same unfixed problems and sometime with additional problems. My mom doesn't speak English well and every time she goes in the Manager is incredibly rude. She was frustrated to the point of tears. I was on the phone with the manager at the time and he was blaming me for not having gone to the dealership with my mom even after I explained I'm in London for school. Don't get your car from here! No customer service should operate this way. No one should be spoken to or treated this way. This is not a one time occurrence. When I called on my mom's behalf a couple month ago, I spoke to Robert Yuen. He was no different. Incredibly rude and sneered at me and responded to my concerns with "Are you fucking kidding me." read more

Worst Audi dealership ever. I walked in at about 5pm on a Saturday. There was only another 2 couples in the showroom. I was looking around at a couple of cars when I noticed a sales rep standing by his desk (middle aged asian man directly on the right side of the main entrance once you walk in). I walked up to him and said 'excuse me I have a question' No joke.. he literally didn't even bother looking in my direction or in the eye. he pointed to the reception and said 'the reception can help you' and he walked away. I stood there for 20 seconds and watched him walk towards the other side of the showroom and lean against the glass and just stared into space. I had one small question for him.. I felt so disrespected and angry. This is exactly how you lose a potential customer. Perhaps I wasn't dressed up to par to be taken seriously.. horrible horrible service. Don't bother coming here.
