Had a really bad experience. I bought bmw x4 2020 from these guys and the guy who helped me was CODY. First they insist you for buying warranty. He sold it to me by saying that he will give new summer tires with it, plus with warranty interest rates will be less. Winter tires you have it in really good condition and he will give car key replacement if I lose it. 1. As soon as deal was done he said no key Lost replacement is not included. I really liked the car so, I thought it's ok. 2. I live in Ottawa, so after buying car I straight went home as soon as I reach home my car back license plate wasn't there maybe they didn't tighten the screws enough. I called but no help so I replaced myself cost me around 60 dollars. Still I thought it fine it's just a human error. 3. When I saw the car, it had winter tires on so, I asked him just put summer tires in truck but he said " No, I have to put new tires on wheels because of safety n all". I was like it will cost me to put winter tires again. Still I was like ok if you are doing it for your safety reasons. So, then I booked my tire replacement at Costco and I found out that one of the tire had side cut and it's unrepairable. I called him to say that you gave me a defected tire and he replied "I can't do anything now it's just come with the car." Seriously. You buy a 60,000 dollar car and this how they treat you after buying it. I love BMW but these people are letting the brand value down. Worst customer service ever. Never going back to them again and never gonna let any of my family or friends go there. read more

I went in to ask for the price of a battery ~3 months ago and I was being pointed in all different directions. In the end, I waited at the desk to get parts information but the associate was gone for so long. The ladies at the front desk saw myself and another person lining up and waiting for at least 10 minutes and nobody came over to see how they could help or even just to inform us that perhaps the other associate was on break or something. I got too fed up so I just left. This was a poor experience. My most recent experience this past week was much better. I had an appointment to change the airbag due to a recall. I'm normally not the one that takes care of the car issues so I had no idea what I was doing. They took good care of me and guided me through the process. I checked in and they confirmed my shuttle service. I waited in the lounge where they had coffee, granola bars and cookies. Once the service advisor was ready, he gave me a call to go back to the service area. Antonio was polite and friendly. He thoroughly explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. After that, I got in the shuttle and was on my way to work. When the vehicle was ready, they gave me a call. I liked that they kept following up. They left me two voicemails (I didn't realize) and I picked up on the third call. They offered to have the shuttle pick me up at my convenience since I didn't mention I needed one. There was one thing I was upset about when I picked up the car. I had a vinyl sticker covering the bmw logo on the steering wheel. This was removed. After buying a Mini from this dealership a few years ago, my mother and I have gone here a couple of times and each time they have looked after us. The place is clean and spacious, and features many different cars from BMW, with Mini having its own dedicated area and also other cars. They have a merchandise area, a mechanic, car wash, car loaners and more services that I have not discovered as well. Every time we need to get our car serviced, they loan us a car so that our plans are not at a halt. Since this is our "home" location, I believe we are treated a bit better then if we went to a different location. They always look at any problems we have and even washes our car for us before we get it back so it's spick and span. In terms of service, everyone that I have encountered has been courteous and helpful. There is even a waiting lounge upstairs that has seating, a charging station, free wifi, and free snacks, which was very cool of them. Highly recommended. read more

I've certainly been satisfied with the service I received so far, and this is all despite of the construction efforts inside the building. My BMW has had a suspension problem as well as a flat tire. I simply wanted to compare costs of repairing the car here and at the auto shop I normally go to (which I will not mention here), and they took my car to the repair shop, showed me every single problem there is with the car, what the priorities are, and exactly what parts they would need and how much it would cost; all this for free! I made sure to tell them I'm exploring cost differentials with my regular body shop, and the mechanics were fine with that. To add to what was supposed to be a simple visit, the mechanics noticed my car was quite dirty. They decided to give me a free car wash! I definitely said yes, as with the cold spell we're currently in there was no way I would take my car to a car wash and dry it without it getting icy. One small problem at the end though was that my wipers had to be readjusted as it stopped cleaning the windshield for some reason... I won't mention the cost differentials in my review, just that the staff here are very honest, will go through every single detail, and I can assure you will get the best bang for your buck. Horrible treatment of customers when you aren't paying. There is a recall for the passenger's airbag of my E46 and I got two notices in the mail from BMW Canada telling me to bring my car in to my local dealership immediately. BMW Markham is the closest to my house, thus it was convenient to bring my car there. 1. I set up an appointment online and was never contacted up to 2 days prior. I called to follow up to ensure everything was good to go, and they said there were no airbags in stock. Well then, why did you not cancel the appointment? Had I not followed up, I would've wasted my time going to the dealer to get parts installed that aren't in stock. 2. I called the parts department, they said there were no airbags in stock at all, and that I would have to contact the service department to be put on a waitlist, which is fine. 3. Over the course of a few days, I called the service department, and my calls were never picked up during business hours. 4. I then used the online chat, the rep said they would follow up with the service department to get my name on a waiting list. It has now been 1 week and not a single peep from them Meanwhile, I emailed Budd's to check on this recall, and within 15 minutes of me emailing, I got a call from them saying airbags were in stock, and that I could set up an appointment to bring my car in. All in all, I had my appointment booked within 30 minutes of my inquiry. I suppose this "dealership" (stealership) is all about making money, and not doing what's right - airbags are a safety issue and thus should be dealt with accordingly. read more

In short, absolutely terrible service. Read if you're unsure of whether to come here or not. I brought in my 2017 X5 thing spring for oil and winter tire change (winter to summer). They convinced me to pay extra for tire alignment since it's the M-Sport package which I obliged. 7 hours later, I received a phone call advising that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I pickup the vehicle, they performed the alignment and tire swap (for fee service) but didn't bother with the free maintenance (oil/filter). On top of that, they gouged the driver's window. A call to service, they fixed the damaged, replaced the tint, did the oil change and gave me concierge service so that I wouldn't need to drive back in. This was the professional thing to do and I honestly thought to myself that the issues were a one-off scenario. Come on, it's BMW right? Fast forward to November 2018, it's time to put the winter tires on. Part of my winterization ritual is to clean/degrease, polish the rims (inside and face) and follow up with a thick coating of butter wet wax. The rims are in perfect condition as they should be since I paid close to $5000 for them last year (OEM BMW rims with tires). Since it takes about 40 minutes each rim, I notice anything and everything. If you haven't figured it out by now, I'm the type of person who puts a lot of attention to the details. I drop off my vehicle at 7:30AM, get a shuttle to work and advise service that I need the car back by 2:30PM since I need to pick up my daughter at 3:00PM. Service informs me that it wont be a problem as I booked this 4 weeks in advance. Come 2:00PM, I get a phone call from service informing me that they are back logged and didn't even start. Obviously frustrating, why didn't they just call me the night before? I did appreciate them at least calling me to let me know. Definite thumbs up for this as I'd be in quite the pickle. I come by to pick up the car but the service manager helped out and gave me a rental and assured me the vehicle will be ready by the following morning. Again, another thumbs up to try to make it right, obviously they understood that they made a mistake, unfortunately I'm sure they bumped someone else to make this happen. Fast forward to 5:30PM, I get a phone call from service informing me that the vehicle is ready. I come pick it up at 6:45PM and low and behold, they are reporting that I gave them the vehicle with a severely scratched rim. You would think I would have noticed something this bad before since I just polished and waxed the rims prior to giving them to mount. I'm not sure how they can make this right. I can see exactly how this is going to unfold, they say I gave them like this, I say I didn't and poof nothing goes anywhere except frustration increases and everyone's time is wasted. Should I really take them to small claims court for a rim? If you are considering bringing your expensive BMW here, please think again. Service is just terrible, maybe they'll make it right, maybe they wont. Maybe they'll perform the service you requested, maybe they wont. It's honestly a hit or miss, in my cases, just misses. Very expensive misses For the money you're spending, go somewhere else. I just paid $159.99 + Tax for BMW to damage a $1000.00 Rim, make me beg them to service my car and now have to go threw the frustrations and additional cost to fix the rim. read more

Stay away from these sales if you want to be treated as you deserve to be being a paying customer. We expressed interest in the X3 M40i via their website the day they reopened after COVID-19 closure. The sales rep assigned contacted me the very next day telling me we need to book an appointment for the test drive, it took 3 attempts to book an appointment, which was 1 week after I first contacted them. The appointment was supposed to be in the afternoon, she SMS me at 9am on the day of the appointment saying the showroom is fully booked and want to reschedule to noon instead, it's baffling how it took her a week to make the appointment and yet did not know it was fully booked till the morning. So we rescheduled for another day, showed up right at the appointment time, no one there to greet us. Someone came thru the front door and sent us to service department instead and they had no clue why we were there. Even after we were guided to the showroom, the sales rep did not show for another 5 minutes. She knew who I was right away, but then still ask for my contact info as if she had none of that, even though we had communicated numerous times already to get to this point. Demo car arrived and just gave us the keys, no introduction or demonstration whatsoever, we were left to figure out everything by ourselves. After the test drive, we asked what kind of options was in the demo car, and also mentioned there's a Phytonic Blue priced around 74k I saw on their website inventory which I'm interested. Her technical knowledge was nothing to speak of, she didn't even know the proper name of the "black kidney grill", all she wanted to show me was the color of the vehicle I mentioned and nothing else. She then went to her desk and came back with a spec list, but for the demo vehicle and not the one I showed interest in. I told her this was of no use to us because we would not be purchasing the demo vehicle to start with, she still had no clue about the vehicle I told her about for the last 10 min. She even asked me for the stock number, which I had to use my own phone to look up on their website for her, instead of checking it on the stock list herself. Finally came back with the proper spec sheet, but instead of going through it she basically just said we should make our decision soon to take advantage of the current promotions, which she did not go through with us either. At this point we felt so disrespected and unwelcome there's no point wasting anymore of our time with this rep and dealership. Unless you already know exactly which vehicle you want and going to walk in with cash in hand, slam on the table and walk out with a new set of keys in minutes, these guys are not what you are looking for. read more

I took my x5 to this dealer for noise under hood and parking assistant not working , They found no noise under hood and charge me 180 plus tax for that and for the parking issue ask for 1400 plus tax for hard wire change when I was not willing to pay that they charge me another 180 .So I left dealer paying over 400 dollars and no work was done . Later took the car to my mechanic noise and parking issues was fixed for 800 ,never deal with this dealer again. read more

went for a recall of the blow-by heater. they damaged the electrical panel. - both issues above were fixed without charge as they were created by bmw. car was at the dealership for 8 days. ---within 3 days of picking up the vehicle, my heating/ac fans stopped working - never had this issue before! - this new issue was also created by bmw, it was not a coincidence! --when i took the vehicle in again for repairs and asked the agent (andrew mak), if this new issue was due to the work done previously and if it should be covered by bmw - this rude, unprofessional person does not answer my question at all and just quotes the (overpriced) price for the repairs. ****conclusion: bmw is a scam and they conduct unethical practices to sabotage vehicles during service, so that they can get business again for repairs and overcharge by 3-4 times or more****** **********shame on you bmw********************* read more

Booked a service appointment for 8:30am just for an oil change. Asked for a rental since I had to get to work (since I work outside of their shuttle area), they said they don't provide rentals for oil changes. Fine. Told me it would take 2 hours and if I decided to shuttle it would take longer, so I agreed and decided to wait. Came in and didn't get to talk to a service rep until 30 minutes later. She was kind and helpful but told me 2.5-3 hours wait. After 2.5 hours of waiting, they texted me saying that there was a delay and now the car won't be ready until 2pm. 6 hours for an oil change? I quickly go chat with the service rep and mention that I really had to go to work and all they said was they are trying and delays can't be helped. Why bother coming here? It's ridiculous how service is run here. They don't value your time at all. read more

There was a recall for my Mini, so I came to this dealership as it is the closest one to home. I can say that the service from beginning till end was great. Everyone who helped me were kind and helpful. Starting with the appointment coordinator who made the appointment for me, (Q.Lau) we spoke via email and she was very accommodating with the date and time slot that would work for me. She even asked if I needed a courtesy car or shuttle. I say this because based on some of the reviews I've seen, they apparently don't ask the customers this. The service receptionist was very polite and efficient from greeting to sending me off to the middleman and helping me get my car ready for pick up. Next was the middleman, let's just say. I'm not sure what his title is nor his name, but he was the one who took care of my car; from taking the key to getting it ready for the shop and introducing me to my service advisor, he was very polite and helpful. My service advisor was Y. Guan and he was also very nice and explained the process very clearly which I appreciate a lot. I didn't feel rushed to get out of my seat, he made sure I understood what would be happening before I left. Finally, to the rental department. Mike took care of my rental needs and I was very happy with the entire experience, he had 2 cars for me to choose from and I went with the 3 series. It was a fantastic drive, very smooth. The car was a bit dirty and still had the previous drivers garbage in the backseat and trunk which was a turn off. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The last person I interacted with showed me to the rental and double checked the car before I took off with it. He was also very nice, however I'm not sure what his name was either. As someone who is an avid car lover, when we were taking a walk around the car, it was heartbreaking to see how the previous drivers treated the car... all of the rims were scratched up pretty badly and somehow there was a dent on the hood of the car... it's unfortunate that some people don't care to appreciate the things handed to them. Today I went to pick up my car and from beginning till end, it took half an hour which wasn't so bad considering they had a lot of cars getting ready for service. They did a quick wash for my car which was probably why I waited longer than I thought but I appreciated that, they even parked it right by the stop sign so it would be easier for me to leave the lot. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this dealership from the customer service to the way they handled my car. Two thumbs up for the service and rental team! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! LITERALLY YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE I went in to fix the air pressure in my tires as the light was on and I was in the area. We went in at 10 AM. We waited for 40 MINUTES before a mechanic could look at the tires. We were told by the service rep Ryan that we need to order a tire and it will be ready at around 2-3 PM. He specifically said that THERE IS NO STOCK ANYWHERE at other dealers and if there was it would be shipped there. I returned at 3PM only to wait until 5PM to be told the tire will not be here until tomorrow. Great way to waste a day. Just because I did not buy my BMW at your dealership DOES NOT MEAN I DESERVE WORST SERVICE THAN ANYONE ELSE. This morning, I went into BMW Toronto. Our problem was addressed right away. We went in at 11AM and our problem was solved by 1PM. We had a shuttle service that let us get on with our day which your dealership DID NOT OFFER. Also, this SPECIFIC TIRE was IN STOCK. They had 3. SO WHY WAS I LIED TO MY FACE about not being able to fix my car. I really DO NOT UNDERSTAND. My husband also accidentally called Ryan about a mischarge on the payment. He looked up his file and said you were not serviced here and I don't give a sh___. WOW. REALLY?! You should fire him today. I am also calling Corporate BMW to voice my concerns. I came here today with my dad to check out a couple of cars, specifically the M2 or 2 series as I am looking to get a new vehicle. As soon as we walked in, we were not greeted but after a little bit, we were approached by a very sweet chinese lady who asked if we needed any help. I told her that I was actually inquiring prices about a couple cars and if possible, to have a sales associate that spoke Cantonese. She gladly helped and brought over the salesman, Patrick. This is where it all turns sour. He never offered to bring us over to his desk to discuss prices but we were awkwardly standing in the middle of the show room as I asked him about what kind of options I have based on what I'm looking for. He briefly explained about the M2 and 2 series, took around a minute or so. He didn't look interested at all which made me feel very uncomfortable. Patrick made it seem like I couldn't afford the vehicles that I was inquiring about. Sensing the disinterest in speaking to me, I thanked him and decided to leave. As we were walking out, the kind lady in the front asked if we found everything okay to which my dad simply told her that the sales man is genuinely not concerned about our wants and even if we actually wanted to purchase, they wouldn't give us the time of the day. She apologized and asked if she could find us another sales person that could assist us. At this point, the whole experience was already ruined and left a bad taste in our mouth. We have been to multiple dealerships before as we are avid car lovers and every single one of them were helpful and informative. We've never felt more disrespected. Coming from a family that drives multiple Porsche's and showing up with the newest 2018 911 Carrera GTS, we would have expected much better customer service from BMW. Don't treat customers who actually have the funds and interest in purchasing a vehicle from your company like garbage. Remember, clientele like us are the ones who pay your salary so get off your high horse and show a little decency. I definitely DO NOT recommend Patrick or this BMW dealership and will gladly take my business somewhere else. Never ever ever ever bring your car in for service here. You figure that the largest BMW dealership in the GTA would have great service. I mean it's got the pretty design outside and the tower of m3s and the mini dealership in the back. I haven't encountered the sales staff as clearly I already have the car but the service department...horrible. I, personally took the car here for service, I had an appointment early in the morning for 9am. I asked for a courtesy car as I had to go to school that day. They gave me a Honda Civic...how is that in any way the same class as my car being serviced. I asked them to call me when the car was ready to be picked up. So only a few hours later I received the call and rushed back to pick up the car. When I got there...I still had to wait another 45 minutes before they were ready for me. Seriously? It's a good thing that they have a good waiting area with snacks and drinks and what not. But I'm not the only one that has had problems with the service people because sometimes it's a gender thing (ya, I know). Every time my dad brings the car in, he has a complaint as well. I don't know...maybe we're too high maintenance but when I pay so much for a car, am I not entitled to be a bit high maintenance? In any case, I have never been back to the service department and take my business elsewhere. Oh and another thing, they're detailing sucks! They washed the outside of the car and that's it. Took my business here because they have great sales people who are willing to give you their bottomline sales offer with very little hassle. A decent showroom which is busier than most likely because of a great service record. Not as flashy and accomodating as BMW Toronto but you're likely to get a better deal as the showroom related costs are less. Overall, the best place to handle your car related business. read more

My partner got a flat on the rear passenger side late on a Thursday night. Friday morning (8:30am) I called T&C BMW and within 40min. my BMW was picked up to be serviced! By 11am T&C had sent me brand new loaner. After they replaced the flat, they also noticed it was time for other yearly maintenance, all done with fast and friendly and FREE. I got my car back Friday night, no questions asked! It could not have been easier!!! I would totally recommend Town and Country BMW (and I have to at least 3 of my family and friends!!) If I could score this group ZERO, I would. I recently had all 4 tires suffer catastrophic failure of the treads at the same time. At no time did the car's tire sensor indicate any issue and only when I saw 1 tire go flat did I investigate the issue myself. In any case, this dealership would not acknowledge the fact that the tires had deteriorated unusually. Rather, they blamed the failure on all 4 wheels needing an alignment at the same time - an incredulous assertion. In fact, they never reported any such alignment issue when they last performed their regular service. Insult to injury: I delivered the car to them on Monday evening, they looked at it on Tuesday, and it took 5 phone calls on Wednesday to find out what they were doing with the car. I've purchased 2 cars there in the past. Never again. Nor will I use them for the regular servicing. read more

I went to the site, filled in the form, they called back and we booked an appointment. The experience and service I had with them was amazing! I don't understand how some of the reviewers here had bad service because in my point these guys have done everything they could to get the car I extremely wanted and in my past experience the car salesmen don't really give much attention and care unless they know you are "approved" but in this case it was different. Please never ever go to this dealership , i went there to buy a new 335is , I asked for test drive and you know what sales person said " we dont offer test drive for this type of car " what the hek is that , I consumed this becuas I knew what I am thinking to buy , so lets not make fuss on this , Okay so lets move forward . I submit the application and the next morning I got a call from there sales manager " we need this and this and this paper to get approval " I was surprised that why he is asking for all that stuff at first place , I got very good credit rating and got some very decent credit on my name already " my score is 760". I asked him , do you think after providing all this documentation you can get the approval " he replied in chinglish " oh yes for suuuure". Okay next day I took half day off and arrange all the paper work and submit every thing and was very much hopeful to get it as I have spent enough time on this procedure. Next morning he called back and said " we got approval but up to 50k and you have to pay 30k down ," what ..seriously ...I believe, the reason is this that when I was making the deal, at some point I mentioned that I can think to pay bit more down just to decreas my monthly payment and they thought okay then " take out max from his pocket as he is so desperate for this car " my mistake that I was so fair and I discuss every thing with that sales person that I really like the car and I can even think to put more down" world is not fair enough ...ehhh.. okay , and guess what they did on top of that , they pulled my credit twise , god knows why , when I asked to the sales person he just start beating the bush and could not reply me some thing reasonable. One last thing which I would like to say that after going to this dealer ship multiple times I am under this impression that they are facilitiating only a specific community there , beside this if you go there , they would not even bother to give you a damm look , does not matter how long you stay there , keep roaming in the store and they give you these feelings that you are just a useless thing to them...what a shame .... read more

Considering that BMW strives to outperform other car manufacturers, it is lacking greatly in customer satisfaction and car servicing. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. First they charged the BMW warranty, then they charged me for the same problem to be fixed, but it is still not fixed. It seems they don't know how to fix it, but they still got paid for a problem they didn't fix. The last time I was there for adding quarter of oil, they did add the oil but they didn't screw the cap back on the engine. I was driving around with no cap on the engine for over a week. read more

If I could give a rating of -150 stars, I would. Too bad this doesn't allow anything less than a 1. They should give us the option of 0 stars at least. In June 2010, I visited this dealership with my parents and considered buying a 3 series sedan to travel to work out of town. I didn't know too much about the trim levels or the size of the car so that's why I decided to go and find out more information for myself. We walked in through the door, and no one greeted us. I walked around to find the sedan to sit in and what not to see if I liked it. From the time we stepped foot into the door to the time I sat my butt down on the seat, to me getting up and leaving the car after inspecting, NO ONE had come up to us and said hello or asked if we needed help. The dealership was not busy by the way. Just a bunch of sales people standing around talking to each other and maybe staring once in a while to see if I would jack the car maybe? Anyways, that was my first experience dealing with a BMW dealer and I told myself that would be my last experience there. I left the dealership after that. Fast forward to October 2014. Over 4 years later. My husband and I decided to visit this dealership. He knew about my bad experience over 4 years ago but said this time it would be a better experience. So I agreed to just give it a second shot. Bad idea. We both had a keen eye on the M235i, and it was great because Joseph let us take a test drive with it. He was not pushy at all. There were a few more cars we were interested in the M series so it was a matter of deciding together what we both liked and what we could agree on. We met with Yoga to talk about the various cars to see which was good for us. At first he was nice, breaking down all the details and numbers, and letting us drive the M5 around the block. We asked if there was an M4 available to just drive around the block as well. There was one manual available but we were told it was being held for another potential buyer for the next day and they didn't have another manual one. And that person wanted no kms on the car. Ok, fair enough. As we sat down, we get the whole speech of "ok come on let's get the paperwork done for the M5 so I can send it out since tomorrow's the deadline otherwise you won't get a car until January" talk. I was away on vacation when my husband went in to test drive the M5 for the first time. He didn't want to make a decision on buying until I got back. Fair enough, that's what couples do no? So the second time around, he wanted to show me the car, so I said sure. Instead of letting us decide what we want, we felt like we were being pushed to drop $110,000 on this M5. This isn't like buying candy. Maybe for some people sure, but most of us work hard to buy something like this. Instead of giving us time to discuss (and no, 1 minute of stepping outside to give us time to talk does not count), he told us (in a threatening manner) that he was not going forward with this deal anymore, and basically took our folder in a huff. All this happened after we tried asking him if there was another M4 available to drive. We would both like to test drive our cars before purchasing. Instead, we get a rude response from him. And also telling us there is not much difference between the M3 sedan, M4 coupe, and M5 sedan. Uh, yes there is. Needless to say, my husband and I left that filthy place. I knew going back there a second time was just a bad idea. Third time won't be a charm, that's for sure. My husband soon emailed Yoga and the owner about professionalism and how we were treated. He gets an email from Yoga saying "haha that's funny". We weren't expecting a response to be honest, but to get that email from a sales associate just shows how professional this place is. Non existent. I have told my friends to never go to Town and Country BMW for any servicing or purchases. I will be sure to pass it on to future generations (kids, grandchildren, great grand children, great great great grandchildren etc you get the idea) to never step foot into that dealership. Good thing my friends are not fans of BMW. Your dealership may be going through some renovations but maybe you should think about renovating your professionalism, attitude, and how to talk to people. read more

Why you should never do business with Town and Country BMW Yes this could be construed as another consumer rant, but I really believe this organization has a high level of institutional dysfunction. Long story short, Albert Holtzman was my sales representative he offered me a price on a new BMW 3.28 2012 sedan. The price sounded fair so I accepted it. I would go without a car for a week (my other lease was up) while they shipped it in from another dealership but I live on the subway line so I didn't bother asking for a loaner and they didn't volunteer one anyway. After sorting out the insurance on my soon to be new vehicle, go through the credit apps etc. it was finally time to collect my new car. When I originally sat down with Albert I pressed him on the bluetooth audio capability of the new vehicle which he said it supported. Finding the description of the BMW assist with bluetooth audio option's description somewhat misleading I followed up with an email prior to signing the sales agreement. Here is a transcript of the conversation verbatim: Hi Albert, One thing I need to be clear on is that in the absents of the BMW assist with extended bluetooth package that I can do the following: 1) Make and receive bluetooth calls through the phones media interface and 2) Stream bluetooth audio through the cars stereo Can you please confirm that this is the case. Thanks, Mathew His reply: Yes and yes to both questions. Let me know if you require further. Look forward to receiving documents sent you. Regards, Albert So I get in the car and it cannot stream bluetooth audio. A really big deal. So did BMW profusely apologize? Offer me a loaner? try and get me a new vehicle? No they first came out with this is the car take it or leave it. Now Albert didn't strike me as the brightest individual on the planet so I thought I'd find a manager. Now I didn't find a manager but I did find a very poor excuse for one in John Gotzamanis. I Showed him the email and asked if he could help make things right. A loaner car and a new vehicle with the option I wanted that I would gladly pay for. The manager at first feigns sympathy tells me to wait a few minutes and he'll see what he can do. Then he approached me outside the dealership surrounded by dozens of brand new and used BMWs and with a straight face he tells me they have no car to lend me. I then rather loudly point out how we happen to be surrounded by cars his dealership owns and could lend me. After noticing my somewhat angrier demeanor immediately responds they have a car for me to use. The lesson to take home here kids is if you need a car from BMW after they materially misrepresent themselves in negotiations all you need to do is lose your temper and take a few years off your life to get one. I told the rather slimy John Gotzamanis that I was not here to negotiate with over what at any other self respecting institution would be routine and basic customer service and promptly left. read more

A good friend of mine referred me to a salesman he knew at Town and country BMW, and told me he would help me find the best SUV that was suited for me for the winter time, because I already had a Lexus for the spring and summer time, I told the salesman I wanted to feel safe and comfortable driving through hard winter weather!! I trusted their salesman and their sales manager, so I really didn't take a close look at the fine details of the SUV he had picked out for me. He convinced me to buy the extended warranty, and I asked him exactly what it covers, and exact words were "It covers any parts involving the entire engine and drivetrain, and all the electrical components. I ended up buying the SUV BMW X3 November of 2011, and since then I have had problems after problems, and the first problem I had was 1 month after I bought the truck, after the first major snowfall of the year where I nearly got into an accident cause he sold me an SUV with 20% tread on all the tires, they ended up replacing the tires with 65% tread that are still making me feel paranoid driving in the storms we're having this year. On too of that the salesman that sold me the SUV no longer works there, and I have had sooo many problems with the SUV, and brought it in for repairs on numerous times, and each time they told me that the extended warranty does not cover any of the engine problems that I still have wrong with the SUV, on top of that I found out that the finance is a balloon finance meaning at the end of the 4 year term I still have to pay an additional 10K for the SUV to be mine, which he never explained to me or mentioned anything about!! My SUV is running horribly up to today, and they will not take care of anything that was promised to me when I purchased the SUV, I am extremely upset and in the works of writing a major complaint letter, and emailing head office, sending the letter to head office, also sending the letter of complaint to the Toronto Star, The Toronto Sun, The Markham Economist, The York regional, The Unionville Economist, and also the business bureau of commerce, cause I feel like I was taken advantage of, and was sold a lemon, and was promised the world just for them to make the sale, and get rid of their lemon they had on the lot, I work at a gym as a trainer, and never do I lie and promise my clients things that I won't be able to come through with as Town and Country BMW has done with me!!! I would advise the public who's looking to buy an SUV to stay away from Town and Country, although all their people are very nice and polite, that's all an act to get you in the salesman office to sign on the dotted line, then your screwed!!! read more

Expensive for no reason.Never taking my car there again. Sales person works on commission i guess, they charged labor and parts 240 dollars for an oil change on BMW 328i. I always take my car at Mississauga BMW the charged me 169 dollar for the same service.i made a mistake thought it close to where i work. plus their parts are 10 dollars more every single one of them. they steal from ppl thats why have a fancy showroom. read more

Very poor service. They make so many mistakes and never own up to any of it. Make sure you get everything in writing (keep email trails) and speak very slowly and clearly to them otherwise lots of your time and energy will be wasted. read more

Do not have your car serviced here! Like a fool, I kept servicing my car (convenience) here, with some annoying but relatively minor issues over the years, but today was the last straw. To avoid delays I called ahead around 15 min. to have my car ready for pick-up (I have waited upwards to 30-40 minutes before).Got to dept. and after 10-15 minutes inquired where my car was (one customer who was behind me picked their car up). Now 3 customers had picked up their cars. No one had the courtesy to tell me what the issue was. After 35 min of in-store waiting and finding the service manager to sort this out, I had to get back into the loaner car with my kids (after missing a theatre production we were heading downtown for) to go home as they finally admitted to not being able to find the key. Not sure when I will get the car back. If they would have dealt with the situation appropriately, they could have admitted to having an issue, then I could have made a resonable decision at the time to take the loaner back and head on down to the production. BUT somewhere along the line, common sense did not prevail. read more

I just wanted to take a few minutes to rate my recent experience with Town and Country BMW. As you can see I gave it 5 stars but I would say there are not enough stars to rate my terrific experience with the sales staff and delivery specialists. I would like to personally thank Pirout Mohammadi and Leila Wang for there above and beyond, second to none customer service and experience that brought me to them. Furthermore, I must add that there are two BMW dealerships in my area (Elite BMW and Otto's BMW) and never have I had a good experience with them. TCBMW is over 500 Km away from where I live and Pirout has handled my last 4 BMW transactions over the phone with complete trust and respect. His approach is quite relaxed and no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and researching price points I knew the deal that I need to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Pirout to get the deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave Town and Country BMW with a brand new X4 M40i, but I also left well educated and better equipped to work my car thanks to the super awesome, very polite and all round super smart Leila.
