    If anyone knows anything about the auto industry knows that Mercedes Benz is terrible for their service. Always ranking amongst the lower spectrum in the industry for their service. Its quite understandable why. The brand itself is extremely popular, even more so in the Markham community where it seems like every other car is a Merc. So with such a huge number of Benz in the community its quite fitting that a large number of Benz owners will go back to the dealer for service and repairs; heavily decreasing the service quality and increasing the time that Benz owner spend waiting to have their vehicle attended too. Now about this dealership itself. To start off with there is about a 2 week wait, for an appointment with them. You can never choose a time that is convenient for you, you most bring your vehicle in at a time that is given to you. After dropping my car off at around 9 in the morning there is already a small line built up to get a courtesy car or shuttle bus. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, you can notice how busy the dealership gets later on in the day. Full parking lot, nowhere to park. What makes it worst was when i walked into the dealership, to the reception area to speak to someone; no one seemed to be working, mind you this was around 5PM and it seemed like quite a bit of customers were in the store. The counter at the front had a names of 4 employees that are normally seated their. Not a single person was working; after about a 10 min wait, someone finally decides to show up and slowly fills me in on the status of my car. Overall i never liked this dealership, always slow, always seemed understaffed even when they are not. However their's nothing i can do, as a Benz driver i will always have to go back

    They deleted all these comments because they cannot stand up for their horrible customer service.

    Incredibly awful service, both service advisor and front desk are incredibly irresponsible, arrogant and rude.

    I went to this location (Jan 27,2026 )to buy the item SKU: 9390121. Before I go there I check in…read morethe system and it showed 7 in stock. When I reached the store around 10:00 a.m. there is none in the shelf. I asked one of the customer service rep about this item and she got the details and come back and said the inventory is wrong and we don't have this item and I confirmed with the manager(Heidi). I spoke to the manager(Heidi) and explained about the wrong information in the system. The reason given to me by her is it is stolen. I explain the busy life style of the customers and ask her to update this in the system as soon as possible to prevent wasting other customers time. She said she will do it. As of Jan 28,2028 their system still shows that this store has 7 pieces in store(which will waste more customers time). I end up with contact their national service centre to resolve this issue. This store online information about the available items and the quantity is not reliable.

Honest people with good working attitudes can be found here. It's pretty nice and easy to work with. Very clear and informative phone call for quotations and availability. From removing old rubber, new tire installation, re-balancing, tire pressure, logo badges installation, manufacturer rebate details, and to the new bags for my all-season tires, all of them were done systematically. Tire changing goes by appointment. Even though there was a small hiccup in my new Michelin order, it was rectified effectively with clear information given as well as an apologetic tone, and I waited for an extra three business days for the new appointment. Not too bad but just a little annoyance. The date code shows all 4 tires were freshly baked in the factory, in Nova Scotia, btw. At the end of the day, I got what I wanted. Good due diligence for putting on the new rubber on my alloy wheels. Like the way these good guys run their business. Support local businesses. Recommended, particularly with honest folks.

As a first-time car buyer, I chose this dealership because it was a certified Honda store, expecting professionalism and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. The finance manager I dealt with, Fiona Liu, seemed helpful and efficient during the process, but later I discovered two major issues: 1. I gave her $4,000 in cash as a down payment -- a decision I regret. It was never reflected in my financing, and no receipt was issued. 2. Without my knowledge, several costly protection packages were added to my loan. These included tire and rim coverage, rust proofing, and cosmetic damage protection -- totaling over $4,000. None of these were explained or offered to me explicitly. These hidden add-ons were only uncovered more than a year later when I reviewed my loan breakdown. When I returned to the dealership, I spoke to a senior sales manager, Wilson Chan, who admitted the finance manager had since been let go, and I was not the only customer affected. He said, "I believe what you're saying - and that's why she's no longer here." But the dealership declined any compensation, saying there was no documentation to act on. I'm sharing this not out of anger, but in hopes that it protects future buyers from blindly trusting the process, even at large brand-name dealers. Ask questions, request documentation, and take your time reading every page. Markham Honda has yet to take full responsibility for what happened under their roof. Dismissing it as a "former employee issue" is not enough when customers are left to deal with the consequences.
