The test was very quick and I was given a report. Even though the emissions test was free, they still treated me like a regular paying customer. They even gave me a $10 coupon for an oil change. Fast forward a few months later, I went back to this location for their Signature Service Oil Change, and only waited about 5 minutes for the bay door to open. Their waiting room and bathroom are very clean. There is ample seating with a TV and free Wi-Fi. They also have complimentary water, coffee, and even a slush machine. I was able to peak out the window to see them work on my car, and was surprised that they vacuumed the interior floors and cleaned "all" exterior windows. The guys are all very professional, friendly and super courteous. The oil change was $45.99 so with my coupon, it came to $35.99 + taxes. I will definitely come here again.

Had the front/rear rotors & pads done on my 2009 Odyssey back in July 2022 for approx $700. Ivan…read moresaid he used Akebono coated parts which are suppose to be a premium product that I've used in my other vehicle with excellent results. The following spring, with only 10k km on these rotors/pads, I started to notice brake performance decline with it not really biting and needing to apply a lot more pedal pressure to stop properly. Brought it back for Ivan to inspect. He said rotors had a lot of rust, however, they were all suppose to be coated which greatly increases the time for rust to form. So, for rust form so quickly and so severe to affect performance in just 8 months and with only 10K Km since install....that just doesn't add up and Ivan wasn't able or willing to offer anything (possible defective warranty etc) other than to resurface them for an extra $100-200. That really didn't make any difference. So, I ended up going back to my regular guru who replaced all the pads with Power Stop shortly after. Fixed it and it was 100% better. Not sure if the issue was with the parts, the installer or a bit of both. Things just didn't make much sense to me and Ivan wasn't really taking any initiative or making any effort help me other than charging extra to hopefully remedy my issues. Lesson learned...Will keep to my guru from now on.

After a quick search, Oil Changers appeared to be the shop of choice in the area. The actual experience lived up to past reviews. No appointment was required to quickly stop by and get an oil change. While I was there they squeegeed my windshield, refilled my windshield wiper fluid, filled my tired, and of course, refilled the engine oil with standard engine oil. The guys in the shop were refreshingly welcoming, and offered to have a look at a small issue with my hood prop. Though they couldn't fix it without spending some undue time, I appreciated the extra concern. I paid around $50 (tax included) for the oil change and other things. I figure you can get this done for cheaper elsewhere, but being short on time, I appreciated getting in and out without a hassle.

Fluent in Cantonese and English, I love that he communicates to my parents in Cantonese and speaks English to me; this makes me feel comfortable for not having to stress with trying to convey myself in Cantonese. From all of our years coming here, me and my family experienced no issue. The COST to get our cars serviced is EXTREMELY reasonable, so if you are looking for a break from the crazy rates at your car dealership, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. PLUS, the waiting area is quite cozy, with comfortable seats, a tv screen, drinks, and... CUP NOODLES! That's right, they offer CUP NOODLES, the legit Chinese ones that actually tastes delicious! But if sitting around and waiting for your car to get fixed is not your thing. Markville Mall is literally a 5-minute walk away, so you could hang out there and get your shopping done. I noticed fresh oil on the driveway over several days. I checked my dipstick and the oil was down to 50%.
