I spoke to the manager(Heidi) and explained about the wrong information in the system. The reason given to me by her is it is stolen. I explain the busy life style of the customers and ask her to update this in the system as soon as possible to prevent wasting other customers time. She said she will do it. As of Jan 28,2028 their system still shows that this store has 7 pieces in store(which will waste more customers time). I end up with contact their national service centre to resolve this issue. From removing old rubber, new tire installation, re-balancing, tire pressure, logo badges installation, manufacturer rebate details, and to the new bags for my all-season tires, all of them were done systematically. Tire changing goes by appointment. Even though there was a small hiccup in my new Michelin order, it was rectified effectively with clear information given as well as an apologetic tone, and I waited for an extra three business days for the new appointment. Not too bad but just a little annoyance. The date code shows all 4 tires were freshly baked in the factory, in Nova Scotia, btw. At the end of the day, I got what I wanted. They have surprisingly good range of parts and brands in stock even for older models and same day access to almost anything else from the warehouse. Manager usually works the phones and counter and is very forthcoming providing all the brand and price options.They carry many of the off-brand lines you see in online parts catalogues (Standard, Spectra, Crown, OES Genuine) at prices very pretty to online stores but with added convenience of same day pickup and dealing locally for things like claims or core returns. I've installed a couple of Spectra Ignition coils from them for a great price, a Moog Control Arm-Ball Joint unit and they had in stock a specific NGK Laser Platimum plug which was a special order in all other stores. All have held up well over time removing any suspicion about the authenticity & fitness of the products. While I still consider 747 Auto Parts to be the gold standard in direct-to-consumer parts (given the near demise of NAPA as a retailer) Best Way is also a really good option for consumers who get their own parts in the north-east quarter of the GTA.

During our first meeting, she calculated the total amount I owed (which already included the vehicle ownership transfer fee). She asked me to get the safety certificate done myself and bring it along with a bank draft to our second meeting. At the second meeting, I brought both items, as well as my lease agreement. I showed her that the contract clearly stated the dealership was responsible for the safety certificate, even though she had made me pay for it out of pocket. She said, 'I can deduct this cost for you, but you've already brought the bank draft today.' I replied, 'No problem, I can go back to the bank and get a new one.'Then, as she was rewriting the price for me, she said, 'In that case, you have to pay a $30 ownership fee.' I said, 'Didn't you forget that you already told me this fee was included earlier?' They really try to scam you out of every penny they can. Moral of the story is to check your receipt when you purchase products from here in order to verify price and discount before leaving the store.
