I have had mixed experiences here in the past. I bought my Audi from John Marble, and I strongly suggest that if you are buying one, request him as your salesperson. He was really nice, and professional. He calls me every year to thank me for buying my car, and to check on me. I have bought many new vehicles, and he is the only salesperson that has called me after he got paid. He will also call me to remind me to bring the vehicle in for service. I mean, that is not even his job, yet he still does it. I was looking at the Q3 and Q5 to purchase, and I went back a few days just until I found a day that John was working. Rich Kuhn is the service advisor you want. I never have had a problem when dealing with Rich, he will call me if they have an earlier appointment to see if I want to bring it in, will call me while my vehicle is in the shop to give me updates, etc. If you can't get Rich, then ask for Nick Price. Nick remembers me when I come in, will greet me by name, and help out if Rich is not available. He is also a good advisor on his own. Avoid Thomas Eagleman like the plague. Since I didn't get a loaner this time I dropped my vehicle off before the shop opened, and filled out the envelope stating I wanted the 110K service, not to text me, and wrote down my email address as the envelope ask the communication preference. Later when we connect by phone call he asked if I wanted a rotate and balance. I told him that I did not because I just had Discount Tires do it for free. And he also asked if I received the text message with the video link that the tech did. If I gave him my land line phone number and written instructions that communication is to be via email, why is he trying to text me a video? He obviously can't follow instructions. He emailed me a quote of recommended repairs. But guess what, they were not even for my vehicle, they were for Christopher Messina and his 2019 A4 WAUENAF48KA006856. I emailed Thomas back stating he emailed me the wrong persons quote, and asked him if he could send me the correct one. Guess what, four (4) months later and I am still waiting on the email. But that is not the worst part. When I went to pick up the vehicle I went actually review all of the papers for the work that they stated they did. I asked where was the alignment check, as that was included in the service. His response, "You told me not to do it and you already had it done." I looked at him dead in his eyes and said, "No I didn't. I said I had a rotate and balance already done at Discount Tires because they do it it for free." His response, "Don't they do alignments." No, no they don't. Discount Tires does not do alignments at all. So why would he look me in the eyes and lie to me is beyond me. And my email address was changed in the Audi system so I wouldn't get the email surveys from corporate to talk about how bad his service was. If you are considering purchasing a new car, run, don't walk away from this dealer. The buying experience, like with all Leith Dealers, is like stepping back in time. You have to play finance games, hidden disclosures, and other ways to make you pay more if possible. The dealer sales team is thirsty, but not for your satisfaction, no, that matters almost not at all, but stay tuned I am sure they can find a way to sell old style warranties, and other crap that every knows is nothing but a scam that can be financed for the life of your car. These guys are the kind the leave you feeling violated after you complete your purchase. They might as well flip you a quarter, and wish you well. Next, let's talk Audi knowledge. Most of the guys in this dealership, are paid nothing, so they have be thirsty (see above), but they are also not tenured, or trained in the ever increasing, more and more complicated systems on these cars. If you ask them, stand prepared for the absolutely least knowledge from the management team, sales, parts, and service. They don't know their product, and therefore, I am not sure how you can learn from a staff who doesn't believe in "owning' the product they sell. They will lie, cheat and steal to get you to purchase instead or doing the research and investing in themselves. I also trust Leith makes all of this possible through poorly planned incentives, and commission only sales people. Thirsty. I would strongly encourage you to stay away from this team if you do not already know what you are buying, how it works, and if possible, arrange for your own financing. During my sales process, I knew more about upcoming models, features, and incentives then they did. To date, I have owned Porsche, Lexus, Infiniti, Acura, and now this. I can safely say, every other dealer experience has been much better. For the money, I would buy a Toyota and expect better treatment. Finally, I will take it a step further, if you are planning on learning, driving, or exploring electric cars, this is absolutely not the place. First, Audi is not natively capable of using Tesla Chargers. You will need to buy and adapter for $215 plus shipping to even physically connect. Then, you will need to know it is SUPER CHARGERs only, not a home charger, or an apartment charger in the parking lot, they do NOT work, they are not part of the network you can use. Also, the Electrify America network (VW CHARGERS) are so few and far between, don't be fooled by the word "free" when the reality is "not available." The only free charger is at Walmart, and if you have seen the three of them, they are busy, so while technically "free" good luck being able to use it. Outside of Wake Forest there are no free pumps, I have travelled across the state and this proved to be a complete lie. I have yet to find a free charger between here and Charlotte. If you require help from the dealer, it is an exercise in futility. If you don't know how to use it, don't buy it here. These guys care about one thing, one thing only, selling cars, if you cannot use them, too bad. Even the management team throws their arms up and say "we haven't sold any for a while, so it's not our problem." If you are considering other options, I would suggest you exercise them. For the kind of money that Audi is asking for, you can have a really fantastic dealership, and owner experience, with all of the complaints, and glitches Audi is already known for, plus the poorly run, and lead dealership I cannot think of one thing in their cars that makes this a win for you. I hope you read this carefully, and choose anything but this. Don't buy the aggravation, disappointments, and frustration of having something priced so high when their are many, many other choices that will gladly take your business, and make you feel good about it, long after the sale. I have bought three Audi's here since 2015. The sales experience for me has been top notch. No issues with the finance teams, but I typically lease and buy new. I am an Audi fan and have own six in my life. In general I mostly brought my cars in for scheduled or pre-paid maintenance and have had no concerns with the service department, had a few goofy things where a volume button popped off the central dash and mentioned it while bringing in my A5 for a service interval and when I picked it up they musta searched for the knob and reattached it or had one and swapped it in and it. was fine. Recently purchased my third Audi, since I've not had one since 2018 I will update this after my first service experience, but to me I never experienced issues with the service teams not doing what they wanted. I wonder if many people review their dealers though and most of the reviews here are for people who had a bad experience and wanted to report it. read more

Initial experience leading up to sale of my new vehicle, wonderful and very convincing. Actual big day of delivery that really matters, oh dear!Car was nowhere near ready after weeks of notice of pick up. Interior was covered in strange "ceramic" gluey and gummy spots of something (probably the special $1000 ArmorAll ceramic package I paid for that I explicitly specified to be only applied to exterior)! Operator error was the result of my AC diagnostic. Cons: The check in process took way too long. I had an appointment but the service guy that was supposed to assist me was on the phone when I arrived. There were so many people standing around that I wasn't sure why they couldn't take the call. If it were me, I would help the person in front of me and transfer the call to a colleague that wasn't busy Pros: The actual service technician that worked on my vehicle was superb! He was able to fix my "problem" quickly then give me a tutorial of how to optimize the AC flow. Very nice, thoughtful service! Because of him I am giving the experience 4 stars. read more

I used to be a top fan of Audi Raleigh service. But for some reason the techs seem to have either gotten lazy or just incompetent. I've had several issues with the service department. From incomplete installations, SHODDY workmanship(exhaust pipes hanging like a dead branch, Car overheating because a coolant return line left disconnected. Needless to say, we Audi owners pay a PREMIUM at the dealership and we expect and SHOULD RECEIVE FLAWLESS SERVICE. I don't know what has caused such a downturn in quality service here. It's simply not acceptable. There should be ZERO EXCUSES, ZERO DOUBLE TALK, ZERO CARSPLAINING. Just QUALITY, ACCURATE SERVICE. Smoke and mirror dealership , shitty service BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!!Came to pick up my Audi from service and found this river of oil coming from my beautiful car. Trying to find the service manager was a joke , it felt like I was playing Where's Waldo. Finally after the staff fumbled to find the service manager TOM HING , he brush off my concern as if it was not part of his responsibility. After going back and forth with him to have my car reinspected as to why I have all this oil coming from my 2020 Audi, did he introduce me to a so called team leader ( the name on his uniform was NATE). This guy was a run of the mill joke , trying to tell me that all new Audi's do this and that this is completely normal??? What a load of croc this place tried to feed me. As they brought my vehicle back into the shop , I watched them place my vehicle back on a lift and clean the oil present and tighten a bolt underneath ( I'm guessing my oil drain bolt). My question now is how loose did the tech leave it in the first place ( the name on my paperwork for the technician was JONAS). Somebody should teach their techs how to properly tighten a bolt and manager on proper customer service. I made an appointment for two weeks out for which I confirmed there would be a loaner car available. After making the drive to the dealership (45 minutes each way), they made me wait an hour before informing me that there would be no loaner car. I have had the worst experience with Audi Raleigh's Service & Parts, this has happened on multiple occasions. You would think choosing to take your Audi to the dealership (and paying more) vs. a third party vendor means you'll get excellent quality in service; well that has not been the case for me. Who knew that an oil change could take up to 6 hours...oh and no loaner car provided. When I dropped off my car I was informed that it would take no longer than 3-4 hours. An hour prior to the promised finished time, I got a call informing me that the car will be done in 40 mins. I quickly made it back to the dealership to wait an additional 2 hours. Once they told me it was done, I went outside and waited 30 mins only to watch them as they take my car back into the garage (which I assumed it was there the whole time) apparently they forgot to wash it. The Audi Raleigh service department closes at 5:30pm, I was there till 6pm. They gave me back my car with black smudges and soap marks, I guess thats how they wash cars. After being so upset for the service I received, I complained to my service agent who was the only helpful person. He went to relay the message to the manager on duty, who sat in his office directly in front of me and did not bother to personal come up and apologize for the awful service we received. He looked directly at me from afar, yet continues to discuss my situation to the agent rather than myself. I was baffled. The best part of it all, my car has a current recall that was released 3 month ago. I was out of town for the summer so while waiting at the dealership I mentioned the recall. They agreed that there was a recall, but (after 3 months) they still do not have the parts to fix the company ordered defect. In our family, we have also have a Lexus, a Mercedes and a BMW. All are just as amazing cars, and the service provided down the street at each of those dealerships is incomparable to the service I continue to receive at Audi; never again will I make the mistake of buying an Audi from Raleigh. read more

Garrett helped me out during my service and he was very nice. He kept me informed while I waited about what was being done to my vehicle. He also offered me the shuttle service or access to a more quiet waiting area due to my long appointment time. It would've been nice to know my appointment was going to take 7 hours before arriving at the dealership. I was also told three times it would only be another 15 minutes. The long wait time/ communication aspect is the reason I gave 3 stars and not 5. I was able to get an appointment here within a week, which was convenient because the other Audi dealership nearby was booking three weeks out. read more

This was my husband and my first trip to Audi. He decided to check out the A7, since his current lease is up this month. The new building is beautiful! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm (they close at 5pm) and there weren't many sales people available. I only saw one with another customer, but we still waited a good 10 minutes for someone to help us. That was a bit frustrating, but our experience improved from there. Brandon, our salesman, knew EVERYTHING about this car. He answered every question we had about the car and added a lot of value to the car through his knowledge of every last button and gizmo inside of it. He took us out for a lengthy test drive and even insisted that I take a turn as well, even though this would be my husband's lease....BONUS POINTS! It took them 4 hours to do an oil change, tire rotations, and the state inspections. They said it was in the line for alignment. Which I never requested because it doesn't need one. It's a new car. We've been using the service department for my boyfriend's '04 TT convertible (flawless navy blue with the baseball stitched leather interior... ooo-wee!) at this location since it opened... which isn't saying much, since it only opened a few short months ago, but whatever. The staff here is attentive and can usually take care of you even if you're a walk in (provided you don't mind waiting for a little bit in the lounge area). There's free wi-fi (so you can get your work on while you wait) as well as coffee, tea, cold beverages and snacks to keep you busy while they work on your vehicle... or, you can walk around the shiny, new showroom and think about all the ways you could spend those hard-earned dollars in your bank account. read more

Let me put it this way: I live in Nothern California and actually flew all the way to North Carolina to buy a car from these guys. Not just because they had the car I wanted, but also because they deserved it. Anthony Cotellese (the salesman) and Melissa Cape (who took care of pretty much everything paperwork -- financing, registration with the CA DMV, helping getting the car shipped, etc.) were absolutely amazing. The nicest, kindest, most competent people I've ever bought a car from. Now, I do realize that the bar set by California car dealers is pretty low, but still... This was my first time buying a car, and I'm so happy I bought it from Audi Raleigh. They gave me a great price, and the woman in charge of finance, Melissa, was extremely helpful. She found the best rate for me (I know because I compared with different banks myself before I signed), and the representative, Tommy, was very nice. He knew everything about my car, even though it wasn't an Audi (it was a 2006 Miata trade-in they had on the lot). Overall, I was very pleased, and because they have such a great reputation, I felt very confident buying from them. The car was in perfect condition and had just been waxed. I have been taking my car to get serviced at Audi since I purchased it from them in 2013. The last two time I took my car to get serviced for an oil change, I had to take it back within two weeks because my car suddenly started to have issues that it didn't have before I took it to them. The first time it happened was in December of 2018. I got an oil change and the did a recall for the coolant pump. By the end of the week, my interior lights stopped working a few days after that, my horn stopped working. I took it in for a diagnostic that costs $150 per hour. It took them 2 hours to diagnose the issue. They claim it was a leak. I hadn't had any issues before this. It cost me almost $1,000 to repair the leak. At my next service for an oil change which was in at the end of June, my air stopped working a week later. Audi charged me $150 for a diagnostic check. They said it was a fuse. It cost me $300 for the diagnostic and the to change the fuse. I find it mighty strange that after an oil change, something goes wrong with my car in less than two weeks. I no longer trust Raleigh Audi to do any work on my car. I really feel like they are doing things to my car. read more

There was no wait time as I was greeted by Dick (I think his name was). He too was professional and accommodating. He is the first greeter when you pull-in the Audi Service Center on Capital. I bought a car here a few months ago and it was a great experience from start to finish. Every person I dealt with, especially John Marble, the salesperson, was friendly and extremely helpful. The car I bought wasn't an Audi--it was a used Hyundai that they happened to have on the lot. In other words, a way less expensive car than the typical cars they sell here. I wasn't treated like any less of a valuable customer and John even stayed really late on a Friday night (after 9 pm) to help make sure everything went smoothly. Anthony in the office was awesome too. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and I was a bit intimidated at first, but John and Anthony were so friendly and so helpful that the whole thing was a fun experience.
