My experience was so Awesome at Audi Lynbrook that I had to share the letter I wrote to the President of Audi USA about Jason Chance. Dear Mr. Keogh, I have always driven luxury and BMW was the only vehicle of choice. This was the year my lease on my BMW 535 expired, however, I found myself disenchanted with the 2018 model and dissatisfied with the overall lack of technological advances. I decided I would give every luxury automaker an opportunity to sell me their product. My family and I spent an entire weekend going from one dealership to another, exploring and discovering all these wonderful automobiles. Much to my surprise, I discovered several of the automakers have significantly improved on their products, offering something for everyone in assorted price ranges. But as I continued to search, there was no vehicle that made me want to commit to purchasing, until I arrived at my last stop, the Lynbrook Audi dealership. Upon entered the building, I was extremely impressed by the state of the art showroom, showcasing these stunning vehicles. Shortly thereafter, I was approached by a sales man who was in transit with a customer. However, he stopped to ask if anyone was helping us and if not, he would get someone to assist us. I advised, we would wait until he was available, in order to continue to review the various models as well as to observe the interaction with him and the customer he was serving. Jason Chance was positively worth the wait. Jason proved to be the very best car sales man and sales experience we have ever had, we loved him! He was lots of fun, extremely informative and believes in the Audi product he demonstrates, which made for the ultimate Audi test drive experience. He knows and recommends a vehicle specifically tailored for you. He is patient and attentive, allowing us to test drive a few of the vehicles, explaining and demonstrating each and every detail. He tentatively listened to my concerns, assuring me he will go above and beyond for me. Ultimately, earning my business. Eventually, I settled the first car he originally recommended for me; my fully loaded Audi A4. On the day of delivery of the vehicle, Jason picked me up from the former dealer. Due to the insufficient time to review all the functions, Jason scheduled an appointment for a second delivery of the car, to ensure I was comfortable operating my new vehicle. Once the second delivery transpired, he further advised if I needed any further assistance, despite how minor, to contact him, as he assured me I made the best decision in purchasing this car and I absolutely agree. In today's customer service oriented society, friendly, proactive service is sought to enhance future business growth. Customer loyalty is always impacted when you employ the right service professional to represent your product when assisting your valued customers and Jason Chance is that true professional. I repeatedly witnessed, his manner as demonstrated in the level of service and professionalism he performs with each and every customer that experiences him. This is a quality that is not taught or learned, he just naturally has it. In conclusion, people take the time to write letters for matters when they are dissatisfied. However, people like Jason is worthy of recognition and need to be acknowledged. He is an awesome Audi new car sales professional, successfully assisting me in making an unprecedented transition, from an automaker I have been with for over twenty years to a future with Audi. Jason possesses a superior work ethic, a phenomenal commitment to customer service excellence and most importantly, he is a tremendous asset representing your company. Sincerely, Annarese read more

Updated review: After the incident listed below I was contacted by the general manager and general sales manager. They both apologized and both made the deal happen and even better. I appreciate them helping me out. Very friendly and conducted business on a professional matter with me. Definitely recommend always speaking to them. Thank you both for making this awesome deal happen. Ronnell A sales representative from Audi of Lynbrook called me to share a deal going on currently. They wanted me to give a deposit for the deal over the phone and sign for a 2019 Q7. I wasn't comfortable giving a $1000 deposit over the phone so I decided to come to their dealership in order to put a deposit down and sign for the 2019 Q7 because apparently the deal will be gone tomorrow or they might sell the car. Before arriving in the pouring rain and thunderstorm with my 4 year old son and pregnant fiance, I called numerous times to confirm that the deal was legitimate. They were aware that I am currently in an Audi A6 and were going to cover the remaining payments and sign me for that car at a certain price (I recorded the conversation of the price given) . They assured me that there wasn't any hidden fees and to come in and go forward with the deal. The weather conditions were not great so I asked again and they assured me to come even in these weather conditions. When I came into the dealership, I was approached with the deal promised. Ronnel went to the sales manager and came back and told me the promised price and we selected the color and he gave me a credit application. As I was filling out the credit application, I was then told the deal was a mistake. Some numbers were calculated incorrectly and the deal was now more expensive. He stated that the "daytime manager" made a mistake calculating the numbers. I explained to him that I took off work to come here. I called many times to confirm the price given because the drive is an hour in a half away. I declined the deal and left the premises. My fiancé urged that we asked for their business cards and file a complaint. Upon coming back, I asked them for the business cards and the manager started explaining that mistake mistakes happen. I replied that I called numerous times to confirm the deal and was told it was legitimate. The manager, Michael Molite started becoming nasty and refused to provide me with his business card and then stated that his job was more important than mine. And that he doesn't care about me coming to the dealership nor losing a day of work. I continued to ask for his business card and he refused to provide it to me and stated that he doesn't care about what Audi Cooperate has to say. I was disgusted and after seeing that he is not providing the car and insisted on saying that " I cry to much" I was fed up with so much anger so I cursed him, which he then followed me to the parking lot to start a physical fight with me in front of my 4 year old and my fiancé. They were rude and unprofessional and scammed me of my time. read more

My Mother's lease was coming to an end and while she and my Dad has always been die hard Toyota individuals; she was ready to depart due to the fact Toyota Rav 4 does not have front parking sensors on their vehicles. After a brief conversation with my parents, we narrowed down our search of vehicles to three choices: Toyota Rav 4 (of course), Honda CR-V, and Audi Q3 (my pick of course). I explained to my parents the car shortage issue as well as the increase in car prices recently due to the economy; so I advised them to approach this process with an open mind. Our first stop was Audi Lynbrook. Upon entry, we were greeted at the front desk by a receptionist who was extremely friendly. But what stood out to us most was, after being greeted by her, the GM came and shook our hands and walked us over to the desk of our sales representative. This was a small notion, that set the tone for the rest of the visit. We sat down at the desk of Asia Johnson; a friendly, spunky, well informed sales rep. Asia helped us look at several Q3 options, offered us a test drive as well as went over several different leasing and financing options. My father was a bit taken back by the prices; so we decided to venture out to other dealerships. Let's just say, my father was not pleased. Asia had set the bar! The other 3 dealerships we visited treated us like a number instead of like a person. And for that very reason, my Dad decided that his business and his money felt more appreciated at Audi. As a result, at 6:50 PM that evening, I called Asia and told her we will take the car. From that point on, it was easy breezy. The entire process was smooth sailing, clear and concise. Asia, was able to meet all of our needs and more. She was kind. She was helpful. She was patient. Asia made our entire experience one to speak about. On Friday morning we arrived a tad bit early, and once again as we walked inside it was the GM, Asia they are here. It felt great to be known. To be welcomed. But most of all it felt great to have our business appreciated. And one thing I must add, as my Dad and I sat there Friday morning, it was amazing to see the diversity and professionalism of all the employees within Audi Lynbrook. We felt at home. I must say, because of Asia, we chose Audi Lynbrook!! My Mother is extremely happy! Upon seeing the car today, her words were "it is perfect!" Thank you so much Audi Lynbrook for helping us with this purchase. And a special thanks to Asia Johnson for your professionalism, your spunk, and your expertise. read more

I've never had a better car buying experience in my life than here at Audi Lynbrook. I went in Sunday to peruse the showroom but they were super busy and they kindly told us it was about an hour wait to speak with a rep. Not a big deal- so I went outside to chat lunch options with my mom. I figured I'd come back another time, but Saheed wandered outside to ask what I was looking for. I mentioned I was in the market for an A5 Sportback lease and he offered to help despite everyone else being busy. Fast forward about 10 minutes and he has me test-driving my dream car. He offered me a super competitive lease offer that I couldn't find anywhere else (and believe me, I looked!). Moreover, he didn't even mentioned he was the manager until we exchanged emails at the end- which is truly just a testament to how humble, kind, and helpful he was. Within two days and a few emails later, Audi Lynbrook had my car ready for pickup. Saheed introduced me to Asia who is probably the sweetest, most helpful human on planet Earth. She made the entire process easy AND fun. She spent 30+ minutes with me going through every single car detail and feature and even helped me personalize / set up Apple Car Play. I cannot say enough good things about how incredibly wonderful she was. If you are looking for a great sales rep who isn't pushy and makes the process really enjoyable, go see ASIA! Finally, I was introduced to the finance manager: Falysha Pierre-Lys. Normally, you get a finance manager who tries to swindle and up-sell you on everything you don't need to get you to pay extra. But not Falysha. She told us what she recommended, what most people got, what I really needed, and what I probably didn't. She was super chill, really honest, and overall awesome to work with. We were laughing throughout the entirety of the process and I enjoyed every minute. She was poised, professional, kind, and very helpful. Once I got my car, they even had a little "Congrats, Sara!" sign in the window. So Sweet! Just the cherry on top and a really nice touch. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Audi Lynbrook, Saheed, Asia, Falysha and the entire team. If you need a car: Look no further. My experience was outstanding, extraordinary and super smooth! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ read more

I recently had the most amazing experience leasing my dream car, the Audi Q8, from Audi Lynbrook, and I can't stop smiling! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I felt like a VIP, and it was all thanks to the incredible team there. Let's start with Saheed, the General Manager. He really sets the tone for the dealership. He's not just about making a sale; he genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to chat with me about what I was looking for and made sure I felt valued every step of the way. It's refreshing to see a GM so engaged and personable! Then there's Gustavo, my fabulous salesperson. He went above and beyond by bringing the test drive right to me in NYC! Talk about service! I was so excited to get behind the wheel, and Gustavo made it happen effortlessly. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Q8, and his enthusiasm for the car was contagious. He answered all my questions without making me feel pressured--just a true professional who clearly loves what he does. And I can't forget about Asia, who helped me with the contract and additional add-ons. She was so friendly and patient, walking me through everything and ensuring I understood all my options. She took the time to explain each feature and add-on without any of that typical sales pressure. It felt more like chatting with a friend than a salesperson, which made the whole process enjoyable. Every visit to Audi Lynbrook is like catching up with friends. The team is so warm and welcoming, completely opposite from the stereotypical car salesman vibe. They truly believe their cars sell themselves, and I couldn't agree more! Their knowledge and support make the entire leasing experience seamless and easy. This is my second time leasing an Audi from Lynbrook, and honestly, there's nowhere else I'd rather go. They make everything so straightforward that it's a no-brainer for me to choose them every time. If you're looking for a hassle-free experience with a team that treats you like family, look no further than Audi Lynbrook! I'm beyond grateful for the wonderful experience and thrilled with my new Q8. Thank you, Saheed, Gustavo, and Asia, for making this such a memorable journey. You've earned a lifelong customer in me! read more

Don't believe the negative reviews on here! I can't understand them. When this dealership was Anchor Audi, it was a mess, but when Justin Haynes took over with Atlantic it because THE BEST Audi dealership on Long Island and probably the ti-state area. I've purchased Audi's all over the Tri-State area and this place is hands down, the best in every way! Justin and his staff are simply amazing, I cannot write enough how on top of their game they are and how good they are at delivering a superb customer experience. We went in one night and met Eric Outcault, who has sold me Audi's in the past. Eric is the consummate professional, and took a great deal of time out to show my fiancee the Audi Q5, explain all its features, and explain why it is the best mid size luxury SUV on the market. Making the deal with the easiest I've ever dealt with (and thats saying a lot after buying about 10 cars in the last 4 years). There was no BS back and forth haggling, they gave me the price I wanted with the terms I wanted with no nonsense. It was the first time in my life that I didn't have to play back and forth with the sales consultant and the sales manager. Their first price was want I wanted and was a great deal---so no HAGGLING at this dealership! Delivery went perfectly. Eric took about 45 minutes to show my fiancee all the features of her new Q5, and was on his hands an knees wiping away excess dirt near the wheels to make it perfect for her. Eric followed up several times after my fiancee took the car home to make sure she understood all the features and evaluate her experience as a customer of Audi of Lynbrook. There are a lot of Audi dealers on Long Island, and from my experience all the rest are scam artists (with the exception of Atlantic Audi) ready to rip you off and not spend the time needed to buy a $50K+ car. You are a fool is you go anywhere else but this dealership to buy a new or used Audi, trust me. The rest of the dealers out there are terrible, I can tell your horror stories about all of them. Audi of Lynbrook has their stuff together and will deliver an amazing, tactful, and pleasant sales experience without a doubt. I promise it! read more

My recent car buying experience at Audi Lynbrook was second to none. I'm writing this to express my deepest appreciation for the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The friendly and professional atmosphere is something that really stood out to me. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jameik, a sales associate who went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. Jameik demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the Audi line, and guided me to the perfect choice - a stunning new Q5. What truly made my experience unique, however, was the level of care and attention that Jameik provided. He took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget. This personal touch took my car buying experience from simply good to outstanding. Now, let's talk about Falysha, the finance manager. She is truly a gem. The financial aspects of buying a car can often be stressful, but Falysha made the process smooth and easy to understand. She was patient, clear, and incredibly helpful, ensuring I got the best possible financing option for my situation. In addition, Falysha took the time to explain all the paperwork, which made me feel comfortable with the purchase. I left Audi Lynbrook not only with a new Q5 but also with complete peace of mind knowing that I made the right financial decision. In conclusion, the service provided by Jameik and Falysha at Audi Lynbrook was exemplary. Their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made my car buying experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend Audi Lynbrook to anyone considering purchasing a new vehicle. It's not just about the cars, it's about the people, and at Audi Lynbrook, you're in the best hands! Jameik and Falysha, thank you for a fantastic car buying experience! read more

Purchasing a vehicle can be a nervewracking and intimidating experience- not at Audi Lynbrook!! This dealership and it's wonderful staff treat their customers with the highest level of professionalism and respect! From the moment I drove on their lot and was greeted and welcomed and even offered valet parking up to the happy moment I drove off with my new car everything was flawless. Mr. Adnan Baig,my Audi sales consultant, demonstrated extensive knowledge on every feature this fantastic car and company has to offer and was transparent throughout the whole transaction. His professionalism and courtesy are truly impressive! He went above and beyond in ensuring that this is the great experience which one would come to expect from Audi and made me feel at ease. The test drive was fun and informative and I really had a chance to get a feel for the car without being rushed (unlike at other dealers). He was able to have the car ready to go the very next day which was FANTASTIC!! The "dreaded" paperwork and financial process was made so easy without loosing oversight of what you are signing and agreeing to since he explained everything in detail and copies were provided. A big compliment also to the young lady (sorry, I forgot her name) who assisted with the financing process and explained additional services in a helpful manner. A thank you to Mr. Coldit Thompson and the young lady at the information desk for answering all my additional questions with professionalism and enthusiasm adding to this flawlessly wonderful transaction. I have already recommended this dealership and the staff mentioned to my friends and family. read more

This is not the first time there's been damage upon pick up. The passenger side front airbag had to be replaced about a year ago and the carbon fiber trim panel was cracked in the process. I brought this issue up to the service advisor at the time and she denied any damage. The OEM part is over $400. I brought my car in for service of abother recall and few issues beyond my knowledge less than a month ago. While I was checking in, the valet stalled my car. I informed the service advisor of the issues I was bringing the car in for. Upon picking up the car, I inspected the exterior of the car; the service advisor drove it around for me for fear of it being stalled again. There was significant scratches to the rear trunk where the license plate bracket was replaced. S.A. asked if I wanted him to drive it back to the shop and ask the tech about it. I declined because of course he's going to deny it- the tech should be brought to me- however I wish I would have inspected the interior before the S.A. left. I get in the car and the check engine light was on the dash as well as a light bulb out. As informative as the S.A. was during the process of diagnostics, he should have notified me that while my car was in their possession, the check engine light came on and a bulb blew and ask me if I'd like to have the repairs done since I told him that these repairs were needed to be done for its inspection, which is now overdue, while I get the monitors ready to be inspected. read more

I recently purchased an Audi A5 Sportback from Audi Lynbrook, and I have to say, the experience was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with friendly smiles and an atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. My sales consultant, Ronnell, stood out from the get go. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car. Ronnell took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget. He walked me through the features of the A5 Sportback in detail, without any high-pressure sales tactics, which I truly appreciated. He made it clear that his main goal was to ensure I was happy with my purchase and that's exactly how it turned out! The test drive was a game-changer. Ronnell didn't rush me instead he encouraged me to take my time, get a feel for the car, and even try out some of the features on the road. When it came time to discuss financing, the team at Audi Lynbrook was transparent and worked hard to find a plan that fit my budget. They explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable with the terms before moving forward. I can't recommend Audi Lynbrook, and Ronnell in particular, enough. If you're in the market for an Audi, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed! 5 out of 5 stars for an outstanding car buying experience! Thank you, Ronnell and the team at Audi Lynbrook! read more

I'd rather have a root canal, no anesthesia, than buy a new car. I mentioned the same to Howard Tucker, Sales Specialist at Audi Lynbrook. Howard made my experience painless. He listened to my needs, addressed my concerns, showed me the vehicle and options that best met my requirements, worked with me on a price. I purchased a new Audi. His followup with the required paperwork was effective; he helped me every step of the way. I was impressed by his knowledge of his cars, but also his understanding on how his cars compared to others in the same category. He never sold against his competition, but illustrated the strengths of his product within the category. I find this to be a sign of a good salesperson. He offered one of the most effective test drives I ever experienced. His dialogue was informative, and seemed perfectly choreographed, as the car did the rest almost on cue. My car was delivered in meticulous condition. The Audi Business Manager did a good job in explaining all aspects of the agreement. Howard's final walk through was great. I was also impressed at the teamwork when the car was delivered as a coworker helped with the new plates and wished me well as I left the lot. If you are like me and hate the dickering that is usually associated with the new car purchase process, give Howard and the folks at Audi Lynbrook a chance to win your business. read more

As a female, I find car shopping to be a little annoying because the little voice in the back of my head always says, "is this guy trying to rip me off because I'm a chick?" I am happy to say, I did not hear that little voice while shopping at Audi of Lynbrook. I walked in and was immediately greeted, but I turned down any offer of help because I wasn't really sure if I wanted an Audi. As I strolled around the show room, a sales woman, Ariana, came up to me and asked me what type of car I liked to drive. No sales person had asked me that question before. Most just talk about how great the car is you're looking at is. I began telling her of my car history, and she used this information to show me different Audi's that might match my type of car. Ariana was beyond knowledgeable about the cars in the showroom. She has an answer for every single question I asked her. I must have spent two hours in there questioning her, siting in cars, and even taking one for a test drive. Ariana never once got frustrated with my indecisiveness, and more importantly she didn't make me feel pressured into buying a car like most sales people do. I felt she truly cared about me and that I chose the right car for me. Because of Ariana's professional, sweet, and knowledgeable attitude I will be returning to Audi Of Lynbrook. read more

My love for cars and Audi is what brought me in ...never had any intentions purchasing a car. I expect to just swing by and look at some cool cars, but immediately I was approached by this young lady. Now usually a car " salesman " would shove it down your throat to buy a car and that pressure was the last thing I walked in for....but this was different. Instead of the typical "welcome ...how can I help you" she smiled and tossed me some keys saying " pick you poison ". This made me laugh and feel a bit more comfortable, but to save her time I told her I was just looking and not interested in buying. Usually this is where they walk away but she didn't seem to care that I wasn't buying. She was more concerned in showing off Audi's cools toys. Her excitement for cars Immediately triggered my love for cars and we had so much to talk about. I must say either Audi has a really a good training process or she is a car specialist. She knew everything. Overall this was special to me because not only did she not pressure me to buy something but she made me love Audi even more. I left with a big smile and I'm currently forcing my friend to go BUY AN AUDI !. This review and suggesting my friend is the best I can do to thank you. THANK YOU ASIA ! You are a car guru ! My experience leasing an A4 was good. The dealer moved to a cool new building in recent years with valet parking, so don't get lost looking for customer parking like I did. Pull into the service entrance. Was shortly introduced to Asia Johnson to test drive and discuss a deal on the A4. Asia was awesome. Smart and personable. Our multi-hour long discussions felt relaxed and natural. Was initially told there was little room to negotiate but after some time I got a deal I thought was good. Came in on Wednesday and took delivery on Saturday as that was the soonest I could make it. The prep and paperwork leading to Saturday was smooth. Zero hitches. On Saturday the car was ready to go pending a plate swap but waiting for F&I took longer than I would have liked. Sandra the finance manager was professional and nice but the dealer management needs to work on the way it schedules customer deliveries. Arrived at 2 and was out of there ~4. Had faster pickup experiences at other dealerships/brands. The staff were above and beyond and the facility was nice but really I should have been scheduled at 3 to pick up the car. Overall, a good experience. read more
