Significantly Over charge - oil change for my A 6 charged me $380 I called Audi Smithtown where I moved from They would have charged me $140 less for the same oil change. I argued with their service manager for 15 minutes to no avail. I told him other Audi dealers charging $240 - why are you charging me $140 more. told me good bye. Don't go to them they will ripe you off big time. also waited approximately 2 hours for my 1 pm appointment service to be completed. Be warned - stay away. I will drive from Freeport to Smithtown for service from now on. If I need a loner car they will give me a loner for Free just fill up tank for what I used. read more

I had a terrible experience with this Audi dealership. They told me the car would receive a full annual inspection (40,000‑mile inspection) before they selling to me and that it would take a few days -- but after buying it, I found out they never did it. They only changed the oil and two tires, didn't even check the coolant, and then acted like they never promised anything. On top of that, the car had a CV axle issue right away, and now I'm stuck trying to get them to fix it under warranty even though I bought the car two days ago. Look at the picture. This is how they sold me their car after their inspection. Pill of leaves under the hood, water cooler low level and didn't even scan the engine to clear the old codes. I do not recommend this dealership. Make sure everything is in writing, because based on my experience, their word means nothing. read more

They refuse to reimburse me for a cancelled service contract. The 'check is in the mail' for over a month. Unreliable and shady! Also, they tried to bill me several thousands of dollars for a sensor issue that was 'uncovered'. Imagine my surprise when I found out they didn't go thru the original manufacture's warranty but got $899 from my extended warranty. They figured I wouldn't know. Only reason it was discovered wss due to cancellation. BUYER BEWARE! read more

I've been an Audi enjoyer for years and bought a brand new rs3 and I got warranties for rim and tire came in to replace they don't ever stock the nicer cars I got a flat tires and it takes a day or more to get it replaced for you doesn't come with a donut or a spare either think about the big inconvenience it is to deal with all that stuff, especially if it's your only car to get around by they had no loaner available or wouldnt care to take it to a different shop and funny enough no Audi shops stock the tires too especially for the higher end models Audi is decent but switch to Mercedes while you can never choosing Audi again highly disappointed in this company read more

They drove my car without my permission just to also up charge me for driving my car . They also scammed me when I went to get a sensor fixed, they didn't fix my sensor and charged me over 1k for it, the manager says he will give me a refund then they try to recharge me. The professionalism here absolutely sucks they'll do anything to try and steal your money and do the worst job possible if I could give them 0 stars then I definitely would. Great experience with Wilson Sanchez! Best deal on my new Audi. We drove the hour to this dealership well worth it .

Second time I've bought a car from Henry. Process was painless & I felt very fairly treated.

The worst experience. left my car for two days and my leak was not even addressed. When I spoke with Crystal she claims that I needed to pay a diagnostic fee before having the service. This was never mentioned. 2 days without a car and having to pay for UBER. Totally unacceptable. read more

If you are in the market for a used car, Buyer beware of Empire Auto Group and Audi of Lynbook. Prices advertised are misleading. Although everything is spelled out in the fine print. This dealership charges multiple fees on top of the price. It may seem like a good deal, but after adding in the fees, I suggest you reconsider and walk away. $3190 in mandatory fees plus the $1995 in the fine print price that is a down payment. Anyone thinking about buying a car from Audi Lynbrook needs to reconsider or have their head examined. This dealership is by far the worst of the worst. The whole dealership from sales to finance are unbelievably unorganized, incompetent, lying, conniving, manipulating minions. The finance " woman" is by far the nastiest, unpleasant person you ever want to deal with. Nothing was done by anyone in this place until we sat for 2 1/2 hours. I showed up 1/2 hour earlier for 5:00 pm appointment. Everything we were initially quoted... the rate, the payment and all expenses were just numbers thrown to us to get us back! The whole dealership should be ashamed of themselves! I was shopping around and I ended up at this dealership. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jen D. who was very sweet and knowledgeable. I was impressed by how much she knew about the specific vehicle that I was interested in without having to look at notes. I decided to make the purchase and she was helpful throughout it all. She went above and beyond to help me find an insurance company that was cost effective and that served my needs. I was not expecting to walk out with a car that I was purchasing for my son, given that an Audi is a bit much for a sophomore year college student but here we are! As requested by Jason Chance, I am providing an honest review of my car buying experience at Audi Lynbrook. I initially purchased my Audi vehicle from an out-of-state dealership due to past less-than-ideal car-buying experiences in New York. However, after my most recent service appointment at Audi Lynbrook, I was contacted by Jason Chance regarding the possibility of upgrading my current vehicle. I made it clear to Jason that I was only "looking" for a larger vehicle as I am expecting my third child, and he acknowledged my intentions. On Saturday, February 8, I met with Jason to discuss a 2022 Audi Q5 with 31,519 miles, priced at $33,337.31. I informed Jason that I had already been preapproved for $50,000 by my bank, my current lien holder. Jason offered a test drive, and I was impressed with the vehicle and his thorough knowledge of it. Although I was interested in the vehicle, I made it clear that I was not willing to pay anything beyond the value of my current vehicle, minus my remaining loan balance. After appraising my vehicle, I was offered a 72-month financing option with a monthly payment of $783.13, accepting a $1,500 trade-in equity. This option was acceptable to me, as I understood my financial commitment. However, I wanted to reduce the monthly payment significantly, but there was limited flexibility as I was not willing to make a down payment, which Jason understood. Despite his efforts to encourage a down payment of $1,000-$3,000 or to consider another vehicle, I stood firm in my decision. Ultimately, we agreed on a monthly payment of at least $770, and I was satisfied with this arrangement. We shook hands, and Jason asked me to post a Google review of my positive car-buying experience. He also requested my insurance policy number and a copy of my registration, assuring me that the car would be ready by midweek. On February 11, 2025, I received a call from Jason stating that they were encountering difficulties with financing, as the banks they contacted were not providing the expected terms. I inquired as to why they had approached other banks, given my preapproval with my current lien holder. Jason stated they would look into the situation and call me back. In the meantime, I contacted my bank and discovered that no documentation had been submitted regarding the vehicle purchase. I attempted to reach Jason multiple times, leaving voicemails, and eventually sent a text message. He returned my call and informed me that my bank had only approved me for $30,000, and I would need to provide a $10,000 down payment or consider another vehicle. At this point, something felt off. I expressed that I was no longer interested in pursuing another vehicle and requested the return of my deposit. Further discussions with my bank revealed that no down payment had ever been mentioned beyond the $770 agreed upon on February 8. Audi Lynbrook had submitted a financing request for $37,163.90, which my bank countered with $30,121, the appraised value of the 2022 Q5. My bank confirmed they were awaiting a response from the dealership. At this stage, I requested that all submissions made by the dealer on my behalf be retracted. Unfortunately, my experience with Audi Lynbrook has left me disillusioned, as the situation has brought to mind terms such as "sleazy," "pushy," and "crooked," which are often associated with questionable sales tactics in the car industry. read more

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for service. Dropped car off 9am. 2 full days later the car was never looked at. Why? Because they oddly give priority to walk ins who wait over appointments where the car is dropped off. Reminds me of seinfeld. They know how to make appointments but they don't know how to hold appointments - which is the most important part of the appointment: the holding. We called a week ago to get our car picked up and serviced as this was a service they offered us in the past with no issue. When it came to the day for pick up we called to follow up since it was 20 min since pick up and we hadnt heard of them. We called service and thats when Eliana stated they would only be giving us the car a day later. We were furious since we have a newborn at home and a 1 year old and that was the whole purpose we were using this service. We were furious so we asked why no one told us this and when can this be done. She said things like "we have valued customers waiting for us" making it seem like we werent valued, "not to talk to her like we were children" - I had raised my voice because she was not listening to us and just kept saying the same thing over and over, "she doesnt work for us" when I said we needed same day service. This is again the SECOND car we leased with them and have had nothing but terrible customer service from them since Saheed and team took over. If you are in the market for a new car and need it ever serviced avoid Lynbrook Audi at ALL COSTS. Having bought two cars there over the years, getting any warranty or other work is an ABSOLUTE Nightmare. My first Q5 was in for service and the car was damaged on lot and had to be sent out. Our second Q5 had he same fate of being damaged after being on lot for almost 2 months for AC service. At that time they provided me a loaner Audi, filthy and with an expired inspection sticker. I now had to drop off same Q5 for AC service yet again, apparently having for nearly two months they did nothing but charge the AC and now I am being told it may need new condenser. That was what I was told 8 days ago, no UPDATES since then. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch for your UNSERVICE rep, messages go unreturned, tried several times via online chat and NOTHING. I had to rent a car as no loaners available, it costing me $400 a week and ZERO updates. Do yourself a favor and buy a Mercedes as this never happens to me with our other car at RVC Mercedes Benz. I paid their service dept. $217 to incorrectly diagnose instrument panel outage to my 2014 Audi Q5. It likely took them all of 10 minutes to do their work - plug their diagnostic tool into the onboard computer to read the error messages. And then tell me that I needed to spend an additional $2200 to replace the whole instrument panel. No further diagnosis or explanation of the issue. The service rep did not know what an instrument panel was. Terrible experience with their service department. They are crooks and incompetent. And just don't care. Most dealerships would work with you and offer to deduct the diagnosis charge if you do the work with them. Especially in this case where it likely took them all of 10 minutes. But, not these rip off artists. It just did not trust them, paid the $217 for their false diagnosis and brought the vehicle to a local repair shop. Sure enough, the local shop found that I had a corroded wire that caused the outage to my instrument panel and did the repair for $100. Thank god I did not have this vehicle follow through with their proposed $2200 repair. Again, they just don't care about their customers. If they did care, faced with a huge repair bill, why would they not have taken another look or done further investigation? Because they are either incompetent or crooks or maybe both. Certainly don't trust your German vehicle or your wallet with them. Run from this place read more

Attention: Audi Lynbrook Sales Manager- Michael Molite. Once again it all depends on who you deal with! I have to say, after my husband conversation with you today and the overall treatment received regarding issues with the vehicle purchased from your esteemed dealership, I am left me no other recourse than to expose your dealership as a FRAUD, in my eyes, to whoever will listen! Starting with the BBB! In the past 6 years as an AUDI OWNER, you truly have given me the absolute 100% worst experience ever! You were very rude, that's not the way to speak to a customer, you are the manager, the face of Audi! Do they know how you are treating their customers? You belittle my friend on where he was working "none of your business", the way they speak "what is wrong calling you you "Bro" in a conversation? After being on the phone with you for over 30 min! I'm sure you were called far worse in your life! And you gave out personal information to a caller without verifying who they were?! Down to the address on file?! Then have the nerve nerve tell us that we were breaking the law as we received the sale transaction for the car! When told that you were not professional, you call out my husband telling him that he was unprofessional because he was calling you in his lunch break! You stated that you could hear people ordering food?! Seriously? for the price that an AUDI cost we can call your from wherever we want "BRO"! What kind of business is this! When we simply called to help a friend to figure out why a car that you sold has its entire computer system down in less than 2 months! His a kid, his 1st car and you gus were giving him the run around!! You response, the car was fine when we sold it to you! I'm sure that not how you treat the customers that looks like you!! I'm pretty sure! you do not deserve to be in this position at all, I essentially other employees such as Andrew my service guy! you do not know how to interact with customers the you shouldn't be a manager ! On this note going to BBB! Shouldn't do you top much harm as you stated "You do not care!" read more

Horrible experience 3 times in a row! Sales and Service department! Last year I had an electronic issue with my current car which is an RS model. I leased this vehicle from this dealership in 2019 (Under old management) . This was the 3rd Audi I had obtained at Audi Lynbrook; again under former management. Under the latest management, I was told i could not be given a loaner for 45 days (The problem i was having was an emergency and it specifically says on my contract that a loaner is always provided for repair work) I was offered a valet ride back to my residence until I was told my residence was too far for a valet to drive (I'm 25 miles away) I was told that I could be dropped of at a train station. Needless to say i got Corporate involved, took the car to another dealership (Smithtown) and the problem was solved after a few weeks with immediate access to a loaner. Incident 2 and 3. After waiting a year (coming to the end of my current lease) I decided to give the sales department a chance to rectify what the service department did the year before. In March of 22 i visited only to have my worst expectations met. The salesman i dealt with was arrogant and obnoxious spewing pricing inflated by the so called "covid market adjustment". The inventory was beyond pale, the cars I was being quoted on were either used or base level S models with lease numbers reaching far into the RS range and sticker prices were gouged 10-15k over MSRP. I inquired about ordering an RS7 (which according to Audi corporation would be the best option to avoid dealer gouging) and was told that wasn't an option as no allocations were available. I asked why they had TWO 2022 RS7s (Yes, thats right folks, TWO 22' RS7s) parked outside the dealership and was told they both belonged to employees, the salesman I dealt with and another gentleman working there. I ask this question; How is it that two, I say that again... not 1 but TWO of the the more rare Audi RS models were not available to a customer with 20 years of Audi ownership (8 different Audis) but instead in possession of two Audi Lynbrook employees. August 2022 - With one month to go on my lease, I decided it may be best to extend it. I received a phone call yesterday from Audi Lynbrook Customer Retention and was asked what could be done to get me into another Audi and get back my current RS model. I told the gentlemen straight out. Get me an RS model at MSRP and I'll be down tomorrow. (Asking for MSRP is no gift to the customer btw, a dealer makes thousands over their Invoice price at msrp, especially on vehicles in luxury or performance classes) The excuses began to rain down. We're not in an MSRP market i was told. Ok, then i said, I'll order the car. I was again told no, that ordering was not an option. I stated that according to Audi corporation I could order the car at MSRP and wait for delivery. At that point the story changed to "yes you can, if you go to Ohio" I'm not done. I decided to call Audi financial and extend my current lease after that call. I explained my frustration and was told 2 very interesting things. 1st, Audi corporation does not want the dealers charging over MSRP. The dealers don't have to do that and they are warned not to do that. If they receive too many customer complaints about price gouging through corporate, they can be severely penalized. 2. ordering any Audi, RS model or not - is always an available option and should never be done at a price over MSRP. You may have to call a few dealerships to get it done but they are obliged to sell the manufactures automobiles at manufacturer suggested pricing, not play with allocations hoping to cash in on the highest bidder. Any dealership telling you otherwise is not being truthful or not willing to help you unless they are ripping you off blind. I will never buy or lease from Audi lynbrook again. I have extended my lease until i can visit another Tristate dealership and order another car at a fair price. Ill start by calling Audi corporation to report this latest incidents in detail. They can point me to a dealership in the tristate area who is working for the customer and not their own profit margins. read more

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK ALL PARTS BEFORE LEAVING THE LOT (WHEEL LOCK ETC.) My husband and I leased a brand new 2022 vehicle from them and they gave it to us without the wheel lock. Upon having a flat tire this then resulted in us not being able to put on the spare and having to have our car TOWED. Upon this disaster we noticed that other parts were missing as well. Rather than being apologetic the representative stated that "maybe we lost it" as if a wheel lock would just fall out of the vehicle while driving. All they care about is a sale. The way this was handled is truly unprofessional. We will be contacting corporate. Please do your due diligence and check before you leave the lot! Then when I get the car back the MMI screen kept blacking out when using the Apple CarPlay function. They told me that I didn't really need it anyway and they didn't know how to fix it. And I'm not even going to write about all of the appointments they never recorded so when I show up they aren't expecting me. I recently had the displeasure of visiting Audi Lynbrook in search of a new vehicle. From the moment I stepped onto the showroom, Jason Chance, seemed very pleasant and eager to help me. Initially, I appreciated his enthusiasm and willingness to assist. But my experience shifted from good to bad as Jason's demeanor changed during the negotiation stage. During our negotiation chat, we explored various purchasing options. While I initially found his assistance to be helpful and informative, I was taken aback as I proposed my final offer and was met with a request for my credit card to show his manager "my form of good faith". At this point, I found it highly unusual that Jason needed to "show" his boss my credit card before a deal had been finalized. After I left the dealership, it became apparent why my credit card was requested at that point in time. Five minutes after leaving the dealership, I received a call from Used Car Director, Michael Molite. He inquired why I had left the dealership and I explained that I did not see a reason why I was required to present a physical credit card in order to get a manager's approval in my final offer. Michael went on to explain that this is standard operating practice at car dealerships. I informed him that I have never been asked to present a form of payment prior to finalizing an agreement at a car dealership. I found it unnerving that I needed present my physical credit card in order to show in good faith that I was serious about the deal. In actuality the purpose of handing over my credit card was so that if Michael had in fact agreed to my proposal then I would have been charged right there on the spot a $1000 deposit. The reason this practice is done, as explained to me by Michael, was because most people upon reaching an approved final deal will still back out. As I recall, a consumer has every right even if a final deal is reached, to back out of any deal for any reason unless a contract has been signed. This is a cheap and unprofessional tactic used to try and keep you locked into a deal that you may be hesitant about proceeding with. I told Michael when I make an offer I commit to that offer. His response was "well then you're one percent of car buyers that come into the dealership". So be aware when you show up at this dealership that you will categorized as a prospective buyer that has little to no integrity as to the value of your word. I'm well aware a car dealership is hardly the environment where one expects straight forward and honest tactics but when being touted that the level of interaction is at an elevated level at "Audi" then I should, as the consumer, be seen as a more elite consumer who doesn't need to be exposed to shady tactics. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

My wife and I went here an Saturday afternoon just look and maybe test drive the new Q5. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately and then we met Jason, the sales rep who walked us through the details of the Q5. Upon meeting him, we told him that we are not ready to make a deal today and we are just looking. He said, that is fine, lets go for a drive. I was immediately impressed. Generally, most sales rep try to sell you cars, but Jason is different. He knew, we were just looking. Long story short, we went for a test drive and he literally, we over every detail of the car. At the end of the day, it was a great impression and we walked out the dealer without feeling pressured. A few weeks later, we walked back it to meet Jason to talk numbers this time. Jason immediately said, I have the car out front, lets take it for another drive in case you forgot what he was like. This along shows that he is willing to spend time with each client to get to know their exact wants and needs. On the second test drive, he went over the details of the vehicle again, which was impressive to say the least. The knowledge Jason has for Audi is beyond comprehension. Shortly after, we agreed to a deal. Jason, my wife and I thanks you for all the help and wisdom you have provided throughout this whole process. To be honest, this is my second vehicle purchase, and It was the simplest. You walked us through each step of the process and really listened to our needs and wants.
