Parts department is beyond horrible. I ordered a part online, received an email saying it was ready for pick up, drive there and np part. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Attendants looking at their phones, manager hiding in back refusing to talk to me. Next day part comes in, same deal at the counter no acknowledgement from any one. Needless to say wrong part, go back a couple days later to return part, no acknowledgement again at parts counter, finally guy says you bought this online so you need to return it online. I ask so I need to come back here again to return this part??? The guy won't even answer my questions. Finally the manager comes from the back throws 2 pieces of paper at me stating me their return policy, no conversation. I ask for his name which he refused, he goes back into the back comes out 10 minutes later with return paperwork, hits me for a 35% return fee. Still he won't even answer my questions and is surprised that I do not want to buy the correct part from them. Do yourself a favor and don't shop there for parts. I went in Sunday to peruse the showroom but they were super busy and they kindly told us it was about an hour wait to speak with a rep. Not a big deal- so I went outside to chat lunch options with my mom. I figured I'd come back another time, but Saheed wandered outside to ask what I was looking for. I mentioned I was in the market for an A5 Sportback lease and he offered to help despite everyone else being busy. Fast forward about 10 minutes and he has me test-driving my dream car. He offered me a super competitive lease offer that I couldn't find anywhere else (and believe me, I looked!). Moreover, he didn't even mentioned he was the manager until we exchanged emails at the end- which is truly just a testament to how humble, kind, and helpful he was. Finally, I was introduced to the finance manager: Falysha Pierre-Lys. Normally, you get a finance manager who tries to swindle and up-sell you on everything you don't need to get you to pay extra. But not Falysha. She told us what she recommended, what most people got, what I really needed, and what I probably didn't. She was super chill, really honest, and overall awesome to work with. We were laughing throughout the entirety of the process and I enjoyed every minute. She was poised, professional, kind, and very helpful. I took my 2014 Audi S5 because of the check engine light came up. There was a tiny emission leak, they had my car for a few days and told me that they did a smoke test and they would need to replace everything that controls the emissions. They said it would cost 6000 bucks! I said no thanks..... My cousin told me about a guy in queens blvd fast fix automotive I told him what Audi Lynbrook told me and he was like wtf why...he took a look at it and did his thing he ordered a piece and told me to come back the next day and he replaced the Purge Valve which was 200 bucks and the check engine light was gone! Well my lease is up in 2 months but I will not be doing business with Lynn brook audi due to the service dept staff . Very unprofessional, they hold your car for 8, 9, 10 days before they even check out the car . They don't call you in all that time for updates. You can't get in touch with a manager because they always say she's not in when you call. The service reps name is DARIUS , he has an attitude if you call to see what's taking so long with your vehicle. He doesn't return calls. When it's time for me to get another car I will not be getting it from here. For now I'm going to call corporate and hopefully some progress will be made. read more

Came in to service my 2007 audi as it had recalls on the airbags. Making an appointment was pretty easy. Drove up to the service line and pulled in, they took my car right over and I went straight to the waiting area. The waiting area was very nice, there were sofa chairs and high top tables. My 2 year old lease failed inspection, they can't give me a new inspection sticker unless I pay $190 for them to do a diagnostic to find out why my Audi A5 failed inspection. The car was never in an accident, I never gave anyone a jump start or changed my battery. I Don't even have a scratch. Nobody can tell me why the computer failed my 2 year old car. I don't write reviews for anything but this calls for it. The service advisor (I'll leave his name out of this) Had my car for 3 weeks. The first week I had no loaner and no one could update me on my car and what was wrong even though I was told I could pick up my car on a certain day. No one could tell me what was wrong over the phone, nor when it would be fixed. I decided to just walk in. Got a loaner after going there upset, kept that for 2 weeks, then I CALLED (after not getting an update again) to ask what's up and told it's fixed and to pick up my car. After THREE WEEKS, nothing was fixed. And I was lied to about "the part needed that we ordered" and I had to come back a few weeks later for them to fix it. I didn't trust that. Took my car to Biener Audi, they found me a loaner and got me going about my day in minutes. And then updated me on what was really wrong literally 2 hours later, AND IT WAS NOWHERE CLOSE TO WHAT AUDI LYNBROOK TOLD ME. It's sad because I never had this problem with them. But here we are. I have a 2019 Audi Q5 that I purchased from this dealership. I brought it in for the first year service, after receiving the car back from them, I had a problem and brought it back to them a few weeks after. The service rep started by telling me they didn't cost the problem, and I took a one year old car to jiffy lue. They eventually fix the problem, without acknowledging any wrongdoing. After receiving the car back, here is another problem, a hose slipped off while they were fixing the first problem. They fixed the second problem. All of this, not before saying I'm was lying, and I was a bad person for asking them to correct their mistakes. I just brought the car in for its two years service, and they didn't even top up the windshield wiper fluid. Horrible experience. I made my appointment early purposely to avoid a long wait. I was told my oil change would only take about an hour. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and would have waited longer if I didn't go ask about my car. This is my 3rd time here and every time I pay more and more for an oil change. I was told it's new management but that doesn't explain why it's different every time I have went in the last 14 months. I drove off the lot and when I got home to check my oil level it wasn't even full! It was a 1/4 low! Why did I go to the dealer if you aren't going to do an oil change properly? I'll say that Lynbrook Audi was probably Long Island's best Audi I've seen so far because dealer Jennifer was quite welcoming and nicest dealer I've met within Audi department. She and I had a conversation about getting the deals worked out, but due to financial issues and my former dealer Freeport BMW giving me a price lower than I expected - I had to bail out. It was quite sad for me since Lynbrook's welcoming was quite warm comparing to Huntington Audi and Biener Audi where they were giving me that glare and refusing to talk about deals at our first meeting, and it really does require a good first impression for customers to ever considering of coming back. Even though I am quite disappointed myself that I could not grab Audi A4 this year, considering how I am a huge Audi fan myself - maybe I will definitely take a look for new relaunch A4 for post 2020 as my re-lease or 3rd car. I had to leave at least good positive review 4 star for outstanding team, and minus 1 for leaving off with a disappointing deal that didn't go so well. I will come back and will leave 5 next time I visit and get the deal - this I assure you guys. By then, I hope to see another professional individual such as Jennifer in there. My boyfriend unfortunately completely lost his house a couple of nights ago due to a major fire. He only has one Of his Audi keys that unfortunately was scorched during the fire. Naturally, he's unable to start his car, just get inside. Today being our only day to get to around in my car, we headed over to this location because it was closest at that time, and on the list with his other errands. We walk in and were greeted by a girl at her desk. He proceeds to tell her he needs a new key because of the incident, doesn't have the spare, and shows her the toasted set. She tells us the process of what our next steps probably will be, like needing to tow the car over and talk to service Monday through Friday and then awkwardly asks what year the car is and if he's interested in upgrading. With an awkward couple of seconds before replying to the totally insensitive question, he replies, "I just lost my house to a fire. No." Don't get us wrong, she was able to answer some questions, but that sales pitch seriously killed it. read more

However, the A6 windshield wiper was not working and I didn't find out until I was traveling to PA during the Christmas holiday. Jen right away made an appt to have the car looked at the following week @7am however the service department were not very attentive but to tell me that the technician was not there to work on my car. In short, I had to bring the car again the following week which the dealer provided a loaners car a 21 Q3 for three weeks. Overall, my car has a brand new windshield motor and working well. I went in for an Audi and had the greatest experience with my salesman (Brandon) who took every effort to go over everything about the car and all its features - he went lengths to personalize and pair my car. Lynnbrook had even offered me an impeccable deal (or so it seemed) on a Q5. Everything was good to go until I went in to meet with Finance - and thats where the story begins. Walking into finance, I had a very good understanding that the number I was quoted would be bumped up - I can not confidently say if it was contingent on my credit score (I had it ran a week earlier and it came out tier 1, I had it ran later THAT SAME DAY and it came out tier 1. In Lynnbrook, it came out tier 2) or they were covering the losses on the car. Regardless, I was bumped up $50 a month for having "tier 2" (I was contacted 2 days later saying the credit score actually came out tier 1 from Lynnbrook). Sandra Bedoya, the crude and arrogant finance manager used all of her 2 seconds of patience to try and seal the deal. The words "we are already giving you a deal" "were doing you a favor" and "what more do you want" were thrown around quite frequently, despite the fact that my boyfriend had offered to give her a card to put another $1000 down. At one point, she asked the sales manager, Eric, come in to speak with us in her place to further exemplify her lack in customer service in the retail world. He kindly explained we can either put more money down, or have ANOTHER tier 1 individual on the contract, in which case they will send me the documents. Sandra had made her useless self back into the office at this point and I had asked her "can you send me the documents?" to which she responded "I dont do that." Sorry, I forgot, sometimes people are too good to do their jobs, how did that slip my mind? I tried to explain myself by saying "Eric just told me you would be sending it over...?" and I guess at this point we were all suppose to know how to do her job and what exactly her occupation entails because she responded by rolling her eyes, cueing at my boyfriend "just explain it to her". .. okay, sorry but WHAT? Getting a little frustrated I suggested that she can explain it to me because ITS HER JOB. She proceeded to tell me I have a disgusting attitude (hilarious, I know). Heres where the story actually begins: Following this frustrating, she had (verbatim, and without exaggeration) told me I was "F**king ridiculous" and needed to "get the hell out of her office" whilst she graciously held the door open. On my way out, my boyfriend reminded her that she cant, but most importantly, shouldn't be talking to people like that. She kindly (and loudly) told him to get the hell out too. My absolute favorite part was that she was still graciously holding the door open for everyone else to hear. Almost as if this show she was putting on was titled 'I could not give less shits'. We were offered little apologies for her behavior and demeaning attitude; instead, we were told to come back another day to work with someone else. I came back two days later and got a complete refund. I was offered a deal that was 5k below invoice of the car (as per the manager, Justin), a deal I will never get again. But I will gladly pay MSRP at another audi and give them my business. When I left Lynnbrook after that incident, I drove to another (Audi) dealership and got an immpecable deal on the exact same car, I was approved for tier 1 credit and was explained in finance that there was no reason for the bump up in price that started all this, I left with the car 2 hours later, but most importantly, I was treated with dignity and respect, as all customers should. In fact, I drove to get my full refund in the Audi from another dealership. Im so disgustedly ashamed to even give her customer service and friendliness rating 1 star. I will tell every soul that comments on my new car this story and I would add that Brandon in Lynnbrook did an amazing job and the overall staff is very friendly, but to never work with Sandra. My favorite part about this? I have a small piece on recording because it was just so unbelievable. Shame on yelp for not allowing voice recording attachments. read more

Pretty awful car buying experience. We bought from Peter a few years back. The car was certified pre-owned and I fell in love with it. Peter assured me that the tires were new and "all weather" which was good since it was August and before you know it, winter is right around the corner. My husband had an old truck so instead of driving my car into Queens everyday for work, I drove his truck for nearly 3 years. Once the truck was on it's way out, we sold it and I began commuting in my A6. This was about December and I wasn't worried about not having the truck in the winter since Peter assured me that my car came with all weather tires and my A6 has AWD. I noticed trouble with the first snow fall-I was having a hard time getting in an out of only a few inches of snow. Upon further inspection, the tires weren't all weather but high performance summer tires! I called back to speak to Peter and he was no longer there. I spoke to someone else, explained my situation and they said that since when I bought was 2 years before, and that was when it was still "Anchor Audi" that they couldn't help me. I pleaded, even went down there in person and al they could "do" for me was try to get me to lease a new car and gave me such a great "deal" since "I was inconvenienced by the previous ownership". I had to cough up the 300+ dollars for new, all weather tires for my car. I am pretty disgusted by them. Now that I have had my car (which I love BTW, that's why this review gets the 2 stars otherwise, it would be a 1) a few years and it hasn't given me a day of trouble, I know that I will choose Audi when it's time to buy again. What I will NOT do, however, is frequent this establishment ever again. I will look elsewhere for my Audi purchases. read more

Remarkably, Jennifer Dicola of Audi Lynbrook ran back inside of a glass walled office and I watched her body language plead with supervisors on my behalf. From the looks of what I saw through the glass she would not take no for an answer. When she walked out of the office and towards me she left with a straight face and when her bosses were no longer looking Jennifer Dicola gave me a nod... and a smirk.
