AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE AT ALL COST. My partner and I bought a car from this dealership and it was not a positive experience. The lack of transparency is unnerving. The complete disconnect of communication between departments is completely unacceptable. There are tons of dealerships on sunrise highway. Drive past this one. We went to see a car and it wasn't drive-able and when it was turned on it smelt like rotten eggs. Our salesman showed us a few other options and landed on a nice, used Ford SUV. We were told they would match the APR on the pre-approved loan we came in with but they didn't. When we arrived to pick up the car are our agreed upon time it wasn't ready. A part needed to come in at a later date to be installed and no one felt it was important to let us know? The day we left a deposit on the car and the day we came to pick it up were 6 days a part. They had a full working week to alert us and no one did. So when we arrived to drive off the lot it was very frustrating that we weren't told ahead of time that they would need more time to prep the vehicle. We waited four hours because our salesman had to drive to another mechanic to get us a temporary piece so we had a way home (as we were dropped off and left stranded if we couldn't drive away with the car). Fast forward a full working week and weekend, my partner had to go back to have the new piece to be installed. We were told by our salesman that he would confirm when the part was in the dealership and never did so we followed up. He confirmed it's there. My partner arrives early the next day to find out that he needed an appointment to get the car serviced, which was never mentioned when the issue was first brought up. He is currently waiting there and it's now hitting hour 4 and he has to use PTO for work because this wasn't complete in a timely manner. Horrific, just don't do it to yourself. read more

Treated like complete crap in Lynbrook , then treated like a king at Audi of MASSAPEQUA. Arrived late on a Thursday night , around 7:20 pm at Audi Lynbrook to take a look at Q7. My best friend recently got the same car for what I thought sounded like a great price. So right off the bat I told the guy I was here for the same deal. The salesman says ok looks up my buddy's deal and charges me $200 more per month then my buddy , and double money down. I get ready to leave , he drops monthly payments $200 in a second , then he drops money down in Half just like that , like magic made $12000 in payments disappear...After negotiating for an hour we agree to the same price my buddy received , I give $1000 deposit and I'm told car will be there in a few days.... fast forward to 10 days later. I meet my new car , program it to my voice , my home address , and then I go sit down with the finance person. The finance person is this Kim Kardashian wanna be, my guess is they use a pretty woman at this point to rob people. They take my signed lease agreement basically rip it up , add $300 to my payment per month all with a straight face and expect me to just take it from behind. I was very upset, asked why , they all started pointing fingers at me telling me my credit this ,my credit that , you're not a preferred customer ... wasted my Friday. Drove straight home picked up wife and babies drove to Massapequa Audi. The team at Massapequa Audi honored the deal Audi Lynbrook screwed me on , and it took 30 min !! Bait & Switch - STAY AWAY! They're game is to give you dirt for your trade in, then work the price into of the vehicle they're selling. I negotiated a price for their vehicle, then for my trade-in, and when trying to settle that they would not honor either price. Rip off! There is no way to give a lower rating than one star, but there you go. Simply and plainly, this dealership tries to screw you on your trade-in. They then get super shady about the pricing on their vehicles, making it difficult to see where they are hiding the money. I spent time over phone calls and visits with a Rep there on a new or pre-owned Q7. I first negotiated a price on their car, and have in writing via messages what I believed was a fair price for a newly used car with pretty high mileage for that vintage. I then looked at a new vehicle, based on what they have in inventory, and negotiated a price for my trade-in. They gave me an extremely low offer, even as I showed them several on-line sites valuing my vehicle much higher, and even more instances of dealerships in the area retailing it for MUCH more than they offered. We argued for a while, they made me wait for a long, long time - I was there for hours. I finally agreed on a price for my trade-in, that while low, was at least closer to reality. THEN - they won't honor the price for their pre-owned car!!! They told me that for them to give me the trade-in value on which we JUST AGREED, they would need to RAISE the price of the car I was buying form them by the same amount they increased the offer for my trade in? THIS IS CLASSIC. I negotiated a price for their car (first), we then agreed a price for my car (trade-in), it would have been fair dealing to just make that deal happen - but their scheme relies upon giving you an extremely lowball offer for a trade in and then wholesaling it or selling it out the back-end. As with other reviews here, I also had the Sales Manager Barbara come in and be the "heavy". Asked to speak with the General Manager SEVERAL times, but was told that he "would just say the same thing." I love the Audi product, but wish I had a more reputable dealership close by. read more

Horrible attitude and worse customer service. Failed to log an appointment that was made a week prior into their system, which resulted in not having the specialized tire ready for installation. They blamed the entire mistake on the customer to hide their error. No apology, just blame and disappointment. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right." clearly that is not the mantra at Audi Lynbrook. They get one star because you cannot leave zero! Shame on Audi for this complete failure of their systems and a violation of every tenet of customer relations. read more

I created a second account and I will keep this salesperson's name out to avoid any backlash since they do have my personal information on file for being there and test driving. I was interested in leasing a Audi A5 Premium Plus with the intent of buying out at the end. The salesperson gave me more than what was worth for my car trade-in, but that didn't matter since he/she had already baked the trade-in value back into the lease price. Basically he/she told me the lease details after the test drive and the trade-in evaluation was agreed upon. He/she told this was the best deal you will get anywhere. I ran the numbers at the dealership and found out the total price that I will pay for the car after down-payment (for capitalized reduction), trade-in (for capitalized reduction), and the car payments at the end of the 36 months, I was essentially paying for about 67% (not including taxes, title, etc.) of the car's MSRP value. Okay fine, I get that, maybe my purchase option would be less cause I paid off majority of the car. Wrong, the purchase price option was 52% of the car's MSRP at the end. So now, if you add the math up I would be paying for about 120% of the car's value if I purchased the vehicle at the end. I've never heard of paying about 70% of a car's MSRP value in a lease, especially an A5. Not even Helms Bro Mercedes did this, they offered 42% lease for a fully loaded C300 4Matic which had a higher MSRP which was still better than what he/she was offering. Even the national lease offer's they have on Audi's website for a standard premium vehicle doesn't have you paying that absurd amount. I called him/her out on this and I swear he/she did not even try denying doing this (none of the "oh this is an accounting error, let me fix this" or like a "let me see what else I can do to reduce the cost") and again telling me that this was the best deal I will get anywhere. Well guess what I went to a different Audi dealership and leased the same car (with identical packages), but a different color (less $500 cause of the different paint), and I'm paying 33% of the MSRP value for a 36 month lease even with half the trade-in value this other dealership offered me. My purchase option was 67% of the car's MSRP. I would avoid this dealership at any cost. I have never seen a scam this outrageous in my life. read more

The dealership was beautiful and the salesperson, Asia, who helped me was fantastic. I have one complaint and it's an annoying one. My car was supposed to be detailed and from the looks of it, it was. However, they apparently neglected to clean the hidden rear cupholders because when I checked the next day after bringing the car home, it was a mess. Someone must have spilled a sugary drink and it was all over the place, staining the leather and creating a sticky mess. This should have been cleaned up by the detail work but they completely ignored it. Besides a bad detail experience, the rest of the interaction and process was great. If you get a loaner or preowned vehicle, double check everywhere that it truly was cleaned. read more

Jason Chance is the MAN! I was greeted with a lot of smiling faces the moment I entered the door. This is important to me because if a company pays attention to these small details, it shows me that they value me as a customer, and must do great with other aspects of customer service. The dealership was clean, and the desks of the employees were also neat. You can see how disciplined these people are to keep these spaces look pleasing to the eyes. They even had clean bathrooms and they had drinking water available. They even had a comfy lounge with a huge tv. I find Jason very courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and to my relatives because of the great service he provided. He made sure that I felt comfortable and he guided me before I made a buying decision. He made sure I understood everything that I'm paying for. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient with me. He was very professional. He went above and beyond. This guy deserves a raise. These are the kind of employees that help the company earn loyal customers. It was an outstanding consumer-oriented experience. I didn't feel like I was being forced to do something I didn't want. He made sure to ask the right questions before he recommended anything. We bought a used car for about 30k USD last month at this dealership. They promised us to take care for getting the licence plate and they would send them to us. So we paid the car in full and departed with a temporary licence. Last week we still had neither title nor plates and they assured me to overnight everything to us. Yesterday the temporary plates expired and when I called in today they told me again they would send them immediately. So I have a wonderful car in the garage that I can't use and without a title. Terrible customer service once they get you money they don't care. I bought a used car from dealer on 6/13/2020 along with a extended protection plan. While at the dealer I asked to see Carfax report and was given a Auto Check report from Experian. The report stated there was no reported damage to the car. After I got the car home I paid for a Carfax report which showed the car had prior damage. I called my sales person Renoy of 6/18/2020 and told him about it, he said he'd look into and get back to me. On 6/20/2020 I contacted the extended protection plan and told them I wanted to cancel plan due to fact dealership never told me about prior damage the the plan will not cover prior damage. They were very professional sent me the form I ned to complete I sent it right back and 2 days latter got email confirming the plan was canceled and I was due a full refund from deal but should give them 6-8 weeks to send money. After not hearing from my sales person I send a certified letter to dealer GM and got a call from GM Mr. Alabi and advised that the dealer sold me a car with prior damage and failed to tell me. He insisted that the dealership had no knowledge of the prior damage. I asked him to expedite my refund. On 7/3/2020 I heard from the fiance manager Sandra Bedoya telling me that the car would be covered because the dealership checked it out, when I told her about the large print on the bottom of the extended plan contract that says prior damage is not covered she agreed saying I was 1000% correct. I told her I canceled the plan and would appreciate if she could expedite my refund. it's now 9 weeks and no refund and I have left 3 messages for her and one email and no response. I spoke to the extended plan company on 8/19/2020 and they told me the dealership was advised in July that they would be getting the money back and on or about 8/3/2020 the dealership got the money back. Buyer be ware do not deal with this dealer ship once you give them your money they do not care. read more

I saw a great deal online for the audi Q5, fully loaded, and was put in touch with Jenn. Since we live over an hour and a half away, and had already looked at Q5s, we put together our sales conditions over the phone to make sure we didnt drive out for nothing. Jenn took numerous calls from us, and followed up with all our questions, making us confident about going there. Once we reached there, Jenn went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We loved and bought the car, and she took care of everything. We asked for some touch up paint and a number plate screw after one seemed on be missing on getting home, and she has been very diligent about following up to make sure she ships it to us. The only part I didnt like about the process, was when the manager (forget his name - think it was Mustafa) started hard balling us on our car's trade in value. We were asking for the appraised value (which another Audi had already promised to us), but he wouldn't close the deal because he valued the car at about 200$ less, We started walking out cos I was losing my patience, when he finally closed the deal. read more

Brought my car into this dealership/service department for the first time to have my battery replaced. This location is an hour drive from my residence but offered the first available appointment of all the Audi's in Long Island at the time of my search. Gave the service associate a coupon for 15% off parts and labor to apply to this visit. The coupon was downloaded from their own website ( https://www.audilynbrook.com/service/service-center.htm ). After I returned home and carefully examined the invoice, I noticed only 10% was applied. I called and spoke to the service associate (name initials AW) to report the issue. He first told me the coupon was approved by the manager for 10% off part and 5% off labor. I read him the coupon details as it shows online and printed coupon. I requested adjustment to my bill from their end and he replied I need to bring car and request the adjustment in person. I mentioned this is an inconvenience given the distance I traveled and the error not being my fault. First visit to this Audi location and last one. Will not recommend. Extremely upset with Audi Lynbrook over taking my car in for what I believed was an extended warranty problem was told I needed to flush my coolant system and it was low for 250.00 dollars. In the end it was 294.53 for labor and 89.47 parts for a total of 417.12 ! Then when I used my credit card I said debit and it got declined 2 times and when it was credit it was approved with a 13.56 fee!!!! Insane !!!! I called and spoke to manager in service Mike and he couldn't be bothered with my complaint even though i said i was contacting Corporate. I will never return to Audi Lynbrook again!!! (In August of 2017 they also charged me 658.95 labor and 191.67 parts +73.37 tax for a total of 923.99). I've been an Audi client for over 10 years and have own at least 8 Audi's! Presently have a Q3,Q5, and a Q7. Thanks Audi for showing indifference to your devoted clients!!! read more

I had a really good experience buying a CPO car from this place. Anthony was the sales guy and he did a great job on explaining everything to me. He took his time and did not try to oversell while also showing me that my business is very important no matter what the dollar amount was. He did not mind me speeding a little on my test drive as I needed to see how my car will handle when I drive it in the highway. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the car had one big scratch in the rear bumper and it's a shame that they did not want to erase that scratch even though it was certified pre-owned. I hope the next time they certified any car, they make sure that it doesn't have any visible scratches. I still hope that someone higher up from this dealership will reach out to me and try to work with me on getting rid of that scratch especially when someone spends close to $28K on a car. Purchased my Audi Q5 in New Jersey because of the horrible experience of what can only be described as racial profiling. Took my car in to the service department thinking it would be better, horrible decision. What they claimed to have been a simple censor issue took them 4 days to diagnose and repair without even so much as an update. I got my car back and 4 days later every sensor went insane. Had to wait a week for an appointment because I needed a loaner and was told a car that was decelerating to 36mph max on the highway was drivable while I waited for my appointment. Finally took it in today and again have no clue what the actual issue is with the car. Audi Lynbrook takes no accountability for their botched initial repair and is thus far not doing much better at correcting it. Stay away. Back in March 2017 went in there to check out the Q5, had all intentions of getting the car but was completely turned off by the sales guy I was working with. Forgot his name, don't really care to remember it either. But he talked to my mother and I like we were morons and really tried to scam us. I personally know a shit ton about cars and my mother knows what she can get when it comes to leasing a car. We've gotten great deals before and know what we're talking about. His whole demeanor was just a turn off. Long story short, go to another dealership. The only reason I went to Audi was because I wanted an SUV that I liked the look of, and I was previously with VW but didn't like their SUVs at the time. I have left several messages for him and his staff, but no one returns my calls. This seems to be a ongoing trend with management there, the old saying goes the fish stinks from the head. Jen DiCola greeted me when I walked into Audi on Monday. She was exactly as all salespeople should be. She followed me through the showroom and lot, answering any questions I had, not pushing one way or the other. Finally I spotted a 2021 Q7 that I'd come looking for, but hadn't verbalized yet. We were test driving immediately and I was in love. I asked if I could give a deposit to hold the car. She gave me her mobile and said rather than go through the hassle of deposit, call her anytime late that night or first thing next morning, to give my partner the courtesy of a discussion before a major purchase. I found she was just like me at work, always available (even answering on her day off) and an apparent advocate for her client (she got a couple dings fixed for me even though preowned are sold as is).
