This is by far the best dealership I've ever been to. No games, no secrets, no surprises. What they agree to at the start of the contract they come through with at the end. Coldit is such a great sales rep. He enjoys selling you the car as much as you are enjoying purchasing it. I've been enjoying my Audi for 2 and a half years now and would only ever drive Audi. The cars live up to anyones high standards. I would recommend this location and would also be back here to make another purchase. read more

I had bought a Audi Q5 in 2016 from Lynbrook after leaving a deposit a minor issue came up and they solved it the classy way you'd except from Audi. Had it for a three year lease and never had an issue. My lease ends I go back to Lynbrook (even after moving out of nassau county) we have a darling salesperson we sign a deal. (FYI this is my fourth Audi owning/leasing) We have a 7pm appt and we excitedly go pick up our new Q5. We are met with our salesperson who goes over everything and then directs us to sit with financial director. She tells us our credit report is "terrible" "very bad". This takes us by shock and increases our payment. We ask to cancel the contract until we investigate this. She kept going on about our credit is awful and maybe my spouse could co-sign IF she had good credit. We insisted on cancelling until we looked into this. With some resistance she finally calls in our salesperson and hands her a blue folder and says to the salesperson here "THEY CANT AFFORD THIS CAR" I immediately turned to the financial director and said that's not nice why would you say that. Was she trying to embarrass us into buying the vehicle? She offered no apology or remorse. She at one point even smirked at my salesperson as I was visibly upset. We walked out into the showroom then the Financial director shut the lights in her office and walked away and never looked back. Someone came over to talk to us in the heat of the moment I didn't get his title but I don't believe him to be a manager as I had asked earlier for a manager and they told me no one was in. I told him what happened. I of course left without a car, this was almost 9pm (Side note, no one ever called us from Lynbrook to discuss what happened). Next day I check our credit report and I go to Audi Smithtown (closer to my new home) have a wonderful salesperson Yanique. We strike a deal and proceed. Financial director was an absolute gentleman and helped us with a slight credit issue, that we realized occurred during our move, spoke to us intelligently and professionally. Two days later I drove away with a gorgeous 2019 Q5 Quattro. I'm so excited to have found Smithtown dealership. I love my new Q5 and Audi of Smithtown. Read the reviews on Lynbrook before giving them your money, sorry I didn't and wasted my time on at a dealership that employs some people that lack professionalism. Her bad attitude and her lack of empathy lost money for Lynbrook dealership and for the salesperson that worked to sell us the car. Her actions was a straight lack of respect for Audi's outstanding reputation. Most importantly this entire situation almost made me decide to lose my loyalty and get a car other than Audi. Thanks Smithtown Audi for restoring my faith and realizing that it's not Audi is just Lynbrook. read more

if i didn't have to leave a star i wouldnt , this dealership is unprofessional and dishonest ,especially the sales manager Barbara, even if i resolved my problem with them i still would lease from them just because of her ! Anyway on Oct 12th 2019 i went into Audi of Lynbrook and left a $2000 hold on my credit card for a Q7, when they received the car the called me and told me it was in , the car did not meet my expectations and i did not want the truck, i asked to have my $2000 released and they told me no because they had to buy the car from another dealership and will not refund me. My discussion with my salesman was if the car did not meet my standards i would get my refund. Guess what i was told from them i will not get a refund. How in the world can you treat a customer like that , just a typical dealership they are your best friend until you don't want to deal with them ! My opinion STAY AWAY ! read more

My experience at Audi Lynbrook has been amazing! I bought my first car from here and I completely fell in love with it!! I highly recommend Asia! She is the best and she is very helpful and takes her time explaining things in details. She is the best and I would highly recommend her! This place is amazing! read more

Worst dealership I have ever experienced in my life. Treated my husband and myself like we were idiots who never financed a car before and we didn't know what a scam looked like. Don't go here ever!! No shock their part of Atlantic which everyone knows is the absolute BIGGEST scammer out there. Don't waste your time. read more

My daughter and I went here late last Wednesday night to look at a used car that we found on cars.com. We then met and sat with Jennifer DiCola, who was absolutely AMAZING!! Jenn had my daughter test drive the car we were originally there to see and also had her test drive some other vehicles (of all shapes and sizes) when she expressed that she wasn't really sure what she wanted or what she was going to feel safe in. My daughter was in a car accident last November and hadn't had a car since and really hadn't driven much. Jenn was absolutely amazing with her. So professional and so personable, made us feel like she cared about us like family. She didn't care that it was one hour before closing and she didn't care how many cars she had to show or let my daughter drive to make sure she was 100% comfortable behind the wheel. My daughter bought the car we originally went to see.....and she felt so comfortable and confident in her decisions. Jenn.....can't thank you enough....would highly recommend you and Audi Lynbrook to EVERYONE I know looking for a car!!! read more

Let me just start by saying even though my car had MODS doesn't mean a service mechanic and go out for a JOY ride admit to going OVER 80MPH and BLOW ONE OF MY CATALYTIC CONVERTERS AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. As they said, it was a "COINCIDENCE". OKAY so lets start from zero... I have my car, 2014 S4 has mods... Im having trouble with it because at heavy loads, above 6K RPM it starts mis-firing and throws up EPC light... but its not a big deal, I'll pull over, turn off the car, turn back on, and the light will go away and back to normal as long as I don't step on it. Anyway, i go the Audi Dealer in Lynbrook, look for help. Obviously. Car is not under warranty, about 100k on the car. I take it to them, they charge 145.00 TO LOOK AT THE CAR, that's fine ! It's the dealer, wasn't expecting anything less then that. I tell the lady helping yeah fine, I just need to know exactly why the misfiring is happening... well they take the back... mechanic goes out for a ride, only reason I know its my car is cause i can hear the exhaust as he leaves... NO ONE TOLD ME OR EVEN ASKED ME.. anyway fine, not the end of the world, i guess it makes sense to test the car... then he comes back and comes to talk to me, and tells me he THINKS it's an injector I paid 145.00 for him to tell me he THINKS... anyway I already kinda knew, i had recently changes coils, and all spark plugs, and gaped properly. But he tells me i need a ECU update, and that if the car was stock, so before heading to the dealer i had put the ECU back to stock so yes, i tell him if you have to do it, that's fine. No big deal. Well I get the car back, I turn it on and i hear something wrong immediately. Well I go out for a Drive, and ugh, the car was running like garbage. I couldn't believe it, car was shaking a lot, now when it shifted at 5k RPM Puff of WHITE SMOKE came out the tail pipe. I barely get down sunrise highway, when i decided to turn back not even 15mins after i get the car. I go back in i tell him my car is running really back, white smoke.. etc.. he's like well i think its coolant... how did i go in to check something small like a misfire, to now the car burning coolant.. OKAY. I'm in a rush now i have to work at 1pm i been there since about 10am.. car hasn't thrown any codes, or check engine light... soo i decided to leave and ill just be back another day... When i make it back is a week later, only reason i went a week later, my girlfriend, was in the hospital for surgery, and i was staying with her that whole week... car was drive-able... any way, when i do go back to lynbrook by that time the car had throw a code, P0420 AUDI - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 I got back to audi, and tell the mechanic that drove the car.. and he sees the car and says that one of catalytic converters has to be changed and i tell him so it just happened when you took out the car, he says its a coincidence and that when he drove the car he said he only drove it around the block, when he admitted last time to driving it at 80 MPH with out my permission .. At this point i'm just tired of these people... Plus the cost of labor.. = MURDER. Any way to sum it up. I go to find the source of a small problem, and they go out for a joy ride. And brakes my car even more. AND then i have the rep that was helping me that day, telling me to give her a good review on a audi survey.. I SURE WILL. Now i have to change the cats out of pocket. THANKS AUDI OF LYNBROOK!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.. read more

Rude manager Mike Molite. He was extremely deceptive and rude. After having a salesman waste an hour of my time saying they would take me on a test drive, to only get to the lot and have the car buried behind three other cars and "unavailable". We went back to the dealership to talk numbers on the car, when the salesman brought the "manager" and I say manager lightly because if I was an executive of Audi, I would fire him immediately for the way he spoke to me and how he treats clients. The "manager" Mike who wouldn't give me his last name because of he knew he was being extremely rude, told me, "to get out of HIS dealership" after I didn't agree to the first price he gave me on the car I wanted to buy after talking for two minutes. He continued to try to intimidate me by getting very close to me as I went to leave. I have never in my life been treated the way I was today by Mike Molite of Audi of Lynbrook. I wouldn't use this dealership to purchase a car if the only other options were taking the bus and walking for the rest of my life. Mike Molite (who I had to get his name from the website, since he was hiding who he was) is an embarrassment to the Audi brand and more specifically himself for the way he acted. read more

Just read the reviews and you will get a feeling of what type of dealership this is. Let me first start off by saying the rep that showed me a few of Audi's was friendly and did a great job on the test drives and follow ups. How ever when you are willing to spend money on a luxury car you expect the sales experience to be the same. It was not the reps fault it's the way the staff is trained to sell a car. Asking to take your credit card acting as your not serious to buy a car everything in the reviews I experienced first hand. For the average person walking in and knows nothing about how financing or a lease works these high pressure tactics may work however if you you are willing to spend some coin for a car chances are you know math . I was told a 60 K Audi would lease the same as a 100+ k Benz S class... the math and cap cost would tell us otherwise. The best part was they gave me a estimate of what I would pay and would not want to give an exact price until I committed I was buying the car. I could not give someone like this my business. read more

I was a loyal customer of Audi Lynbrook for 4 years until I recently experienced what I perceived as a dishonest business practice. I purchased the extended warranty through Audi Lynbrook a few years back and decided to take my A8 in because my car was sitting very low to the ground. In addition, my rear view camera stopped working. I made an appointment and brought my vehicle in and spoke to a Mr. Chris Lean. I informed him that I had the extended warranty and he said he would take a look at it. He asked me if I was interested in getting my car appraised. I said sure why not. A few hours later I received a call from Mr. Lean stating that NONE of the work was covered under the extended warranty. He then told me that I could visit the showroom to see my trade in options for the car. He assured me that NO WORK WOULD BE DONE. After speaking to the woman regarding the trade in, I had no desire to trade my car in. I told the woman to call and verify that no work was done to my car. She told me to go over to the service dept. I was disappointed to discover that the camera was already replaced and that I had to pay out of pocket. I was upset but paid and left with no issue. I immediately made an appointment with Biener Audi for my suspension issues. I was informed that ALL WORK WAS COVERED under warranty and that Audi Lynbrook never even contacted the warranty company. I would have had to pay over $6,000 out of pocket through Audi Lynbrook. In my opinion, there goal was for me to trade my car in. When I declined to do so, they went ahead with the work anyway. I felt betrayed and immediately contacted Audi of America to report this issue. read more

I recently scheduled my Audi for service at Audi, Lynbrook. I couldn't be more disappointed with the level of customer service that I received. I scheduled my appointment online and spoke to a rep to follow up. At first I thought they were very accommodating. I went in later that day to discover all of the technicians were gone...why wasn't I told this? I spoke to a service rep and he said he can reschedule me for a later day. I asked him if I can keep my previous appointment time, which was on a Saturday. He said sure and I asked if I can receive a loaner vehicle. He said there would be one available on Friday. Being that I was misinformed once already, I called back the following day to follow up on this new appointment. Low and behold the service representative couldn't locate my new appointment. She also informed me there wasn't a loaner available for the entirety of the week. I said to her... "I came in on Monday and scheduled in person. How can my appointment be botched in two days time? Had I gone in on Friday morning, I would have discovered I had no appointment, no loaner vehicle, and would be late for work." She asked if I knew the representatives name and we narrowed it down to one person. Ohhhh, but he was too busy to get on the phone. So you can botch appointments but can't take my call David? I will take my business elsewhere, where my time is respected. I make too much money to deal with this backwater low class non-establishment. I'll have my R8 serviced in Huntington. read more

I purchased my certified pre-owned Audi last September and brought it in for service after one year. The service dept. told me the car had dry rot tires and needed to be replaced. I told them I only put 3,500 mi. on the car and since the car came from Florida the dry rot had to have occurred previous to my buying it. They said they would re-inspect and then said the tires were not dry rot. I took the car to be inspected by Goodyear and they claimed it was dry rot. Despite my proof from Goodyear, the dealer refused to honor their certified pre-owned agreement of purchasing a safe car. I now need to purchase new tires at my expense. Shame on you, Audi Lynbrook for certifying a vehicle which is unsafe as well as making a customer incur extra expenses to fix this. read more

Great staff and very respectful. I had went to a chevy dealer before this and the sales guy had tried to rip me off, the chevy staff was disrespectful. Then I decided to go to Audi lynbrook. WOW! I am currently in the market for a new vehicle and decided to stop in with my husband and daughter on our way to dinner. There were several associates standing outside when we arrived. We began to browse at the various models they had outside. We had made eye contact several times but never not once were we approached. I am sure because of perhaps our age or maybe because of our ethnicity we were over looked? I am not familiar with the Audi brand and would have liked to discuss some options with someone. I am very disappointed, and I do not think I will be trying this brand anytime soon. My money is just as green as the next consumer. Needless to say after mins without anyone attempting to help us we just left. I will never recommend this location to anyone. Come to think of it I have a close friend who used to service her vehicle with them and she too said they weren't very friendly. Shame on you Audi of Lynbrook, maybe the dollar sign over my head wasn't big enough. read more

Mustafa Azizi was deceptive and rude. I found a used vehicle on their website (2011 with ~26k miles), called and asked about any flaws, he shared only a small fraction of the major issues. After assuring me the interior was 'in great condition, barely used', we agree on a price, I put a deposit down over the phone and decided to travel ~500miles to buy it. Once I arrive, he pulls up the car and the interior shows excessive wear. Leather torn on door panel in several spots. Driver seat and center console full of gouges. 8" chunk torn out of the driver door weatherstripping. Black carpet was stained white with bleach that had spilled throughout the rear. Exterior bumper panels don't even match the color of the rest of the body. The photos that I had been given prior to leaving home were carefully aimed to exclude the obvious, glaring flaws above. He has the audacity to tell me how 'smooth it runs' while the engine squeaks and rattles next to us. I calmly explain my discontent with his deception. He begrudgingly refunds my deposit and walks away without explanation, apology, or offer to help me return home. I wasted over $1,200 on travel and hotels, based on his blatant misrepresentation of this car. Avoid this dealership at all cost. read more

ANOTHER GOOD THING RUINED BY ATLANTIC AUTO GROUP!!! Don't let the new fancy building fool you. I've been coming to this service center for nearly 5 years before it was purchased by Atlantic Auto Group. The reason I chose to purchase form Anchor Audi was the reviews from friends about how great their service center was. The service reps were straight to the point and told you how it is. Recently I had an appointment for an oil change and to change a headlight bulb. Simple changes. I didn't mind waiting. About an hour and a half in the mechanic advises that they need to replace the entire headlamp for $800 which confused me since everything was working. I asked did they change the bulb and their answer was 'NO' - they didn't event try that and wow it worked! I left after about 3 hours there and noticed my check engine light come on no more than 3 hours after the service. I check under the hood and notice that something is missing and I pull up a picture of my engine. When they replaced the headlight bulb they forgot to put back parts! Specifically the air duct tube. I'm no expert in Audi but if I can tell something wasn't right how didn't a Audi mechanic realize that? I scheduled an appointment first thing the next week and the rep apologized and promised I would be in and out in 30 mins - which is reasonable. When I check in a rep seems confused and says they will 'try' their best. About 45 mins in the rep states that they looked at the check engine light - already passed the 30 mins. Another 25 mins pass and they rep says they cannot find the part they took off and forgot to put on and that I would need to come back. After over an hour of waiting they just realize this?! They were reasonable and said they would come to my job once they 'find' it or order a new one. Then I am told they are pulling my car around. 25 mins passed and my car is still no where to be found. The rep they says the mechanic had basically messed up the check engine reading and had to run another diagnostic test. At this point it is already almost 2 hours and the rep seeing how furious I am finally offers a loaner car. Good thing the only helpful person was the loaner rep. The unprofessionalism and sloppiness was simply one that should not be on display for an 'luxury' dealership. I really hope they figure something out over there...... read more

The salesperson Andri Cruz was very pleasant but way too busy so the whole process was painful and long. It was New Year's Eve (as the manager Siad reminded us, very belligerently), but the place should have been better staffed and more organized. Also, as of today, 4 days after I purchased my car, it's still "for sale and available" on their web site. read more

I'm on the market for a new car and have only heard great things about Audis. I've been checking around and doing my research. If you go to this dealership, ask for Jen DiCola. We had a complicated issue as my dad recently passed away and we needed to trade in his car for a car that my mom was comfortable driving. Jen made the trade in process and transfer of title and insurance super easy and un-stressful. She was very knowledgeable about the market and knew which car would be a perfect fit for my mom. A sad circumstance brought us here but Jen was professional and made it a positive experience. read more

This place is atrocious. I've been an Audi customer since 2013, I currently lease a 2018 Q5 and I have never had one compliant when receiving service for my vehicle. Let me be clear, I purchased all my vehicles at Jack Daniels and I usually will take the drive because of the excellent service however my oil light came on today and I just needed to add 1 qt of oil. I was passing by this dealership and stopped just to get the oil topped off. Well let me say this....Christina was horrible!! Her attitude towards me was unnecessary and unprofessional. She tells me that I can just go by the qt of oil because that is not a free service. She claimed since my car doesn't get oil changes there is no way they can prove that I am servicing my vehicle. Any one that owns an Audi knows that is a bold face lie. The car tells you when service is needed. It tells you when you turn the vehicle on how many miles to service. She stated I cannot just come in and get oil for free. Excuse me!!! Free!!! I pay for Audi care. I'm not asking for anything free. I was asked why I don't receive service at this location; well here is the answer. I was told my car was due for servicing. No it was not I had about another 2500 miles before it needed an oil change. But I needed my inspection done so I left my vehicle although I made no plans for transportation. I paid for my Uber to the nearest mall but when I was ready to return I asked for a shuttle to bring me back to the dealership. I waited for 45 mins for a shuttle that never came. mind you the dealership is 1.8 miles from the mall. Had to pay for an Uber to bring me back to this place. I will say that Maria was helpful in this situation and I am thankful to her. But the overall experience was horrible and as long as I can help it I will never return to this forsaken place. read more

Audi Lynbrook lied and made mistakes since the day I walked in. It first started with offering me $5500 for a trade in but then when I brought it in, they changed their offer to less than $1000. Then we make a deal to lease a 2017 S5 with black/magma red interior and sepang blue exterior but after a week of waiting, it turned out that this color combination doesn't exist so I waited a week for absolutely nothing. From there, I had to settle and pick a different color which was promised to arrive in 3 weeks...it ended up being 4 weeks. From there, the managers were willing to do nothing for me except offer free tints which was messed up as well. I was promised that it would take 30-45 minutes for the tints but I ended up waiting 3 hours to only find out that the wrong car was tinted. Audi Lynbrook has continuously made mistakes and misinformed me on every aspect of this deal so I warn everyone to stay away and to try for Biener Audi instead. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this dealership conducts itself especially since they don't believe to have wronged me in anyway. This dealership must be stayed away from. read more

Do not buy or lease from Audi!!!! Whether it is a lack of competence or integrity that permeates this organization, when it is time to turn in your car, you will get burnt. I was getting phone calls for 2 years after turning in an A4 which they could not find. After finally getting that straightened out, they send me a bill for over $3500 for wear and tear. While some was legitimate, most was not. After explaining this numerous times, they knocked off a few hundred dollars. I still refused to pay the amount I was being asked to pay and was told a manager would call me. Never a call and now they turned me over to collections. I bought a 2016 Audi A-6 3.0 from Audi Lynbrook and found the experience both frustrating and disheartening. After the car was delivered to me, I parked it in my garage. Within 10 days while it sat, it developed on flat tire (punctured sidewall) and with 14 days a second flat (sidewall failure possibly from a pothole). In my first call with them about the tires, they told me is was not their fault. In the second they offered to resell the car for a discount. I repeatedly asked to talk to the manager who has never called. They had the car on their lot for a month before shipping it to me, so the tire issues would have been known. This is the first car that I ever bought that did not come with four serviceable tires. From reading the reviews of Audi Lynbrook, my experience is not unique. I strongly recommend finding a different Audi dealer. "Customer satisfaction" at Audi Lynbrook is just a set of hollow words without any business principles. read more

I have only had positive 'purchase' experiences at Lynbrook Audi. I have been using Barry Cohen as my sales person for a number of years. Barry is a nice guy and equally important, he is fair. I have referred friends to him who also have only kind words to say about Barry. However I cannot say the same for the service department. The advisors are very nice and courteous but they do not seem to stay abreast of the length of time the service takes. My past two experiences for oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours. Each time the advisor had an excuse for why it took so long. Yesterday was the worst experience. I had an appointment to have the battery in each of my key fobs replaced and a software update for my radio. It seems the audio would cut out intermittently. I was willing to wait and figured it wouldn't take more than an hour, maybe 1.5 hours. I pulled in at 2 PM. At approximately 5 PM, after being there 3 hours, the advisor informs me I have a bubble in a tire. Keep in mind, the car has been in the shop since 2 PM and they waited 3 hours to inform me bout the tire issue. I authorized them to install a new tire after being told it would only take 30 minutes. I finally pulled out a around 5:50 PM...almost 4 hours since I arrived. Oh, by the way, they have a beautiful new facility. Each time I have been there the advisor hands me a voucher for a free car wash located a couple miles away. On each occasion since they moved into the new building I was told they are building a new car wash facility across the street but waiting for Infinity to vacate the premises. Yesterday I wasn't offered anything until I inquired why my car wasn't washed. I presumed the new car wash facility was up and operable by now. The advisor said: 'Oh you have been here before, you know we don't have a car wash. But I can give you a voucher.' If I had not inquired she wouldn't have offered the voucher. Lastly, my car was not pulled around for me. They left it in the inside arrival area surrounded by multiple vehicles. I had to wait until they pulled other cars out and then I personally had to back my car out avoiding cars behind me. By now it was 6 PM...4 hours since I pulled in. As I said the purchase process is seamless and if you use Barry Cohen you'll be very happy. But the service department is lacking big time...it is nowhere on par with that of BMW, Jacquar or Mercedes. read more

I've only had my A3 for a few months and of course after winter there's tons of pot holes and I happen to hit one. Thankfully I got the tire and rim coverage. Which was great. I went in just to fix the one tire but Paul Hoffman asked be if I wanted them black. Now I know very little about cars but his idea got me so excited. Not to mention when I came to pick up my car he change the settings of my sound system around, and made it sound more amazing then before. (For the music lovers).Every time I get my car or my moms car serviced there I go straight to Paul he's great. He makes everything feel so welcoming, not to mention his honesty. He's great! In addidtion the whole place is great, everyone is welcoming. I've been to other dealers for choosing Audi lynbrook not everyone treated as they did. I'm glad this is my dealership/car of choice. read more

During the process of negotiating a deal to finance a 2017 A3, I was excited and looking forward to purchasing my own car. I am 21 and got approved on my credit alone to finance this car and had my own insurance and everything. After having the car for two weeks, I'm having a problem with the sirius receiving a signal. Called Sirius twice to no avail and instead brought it to lynbrook. Waited a half hour to be told that said since the car reported no fault when the computer hooked up and diagnosed it, I had to wait for the software upgrade in a few months MAYBE. So I'm paying 40k to be told "the computer didn't tell us whats wrong so we can't help you sorry!" Yeah right. The problem persisted, I called again and asked what would happen if they had to order parts, and they informed me since I'm 21 and not 25, I couldn't get a loaner due to their new insurance policy implemented in the summer and even if I could there was a week waiting period because they we're backed up. What!!! This is my car purchased from them, and you're saying for the next 4 years I have to have my MOTHER come down to sign out and drive the loaner while I drive her car????? Called Huntington who had no problem giving me a loaner immediately and kept the car for diagnostics. Save your time and go to Huntington ESPECIALLY IF YOURE UNDER 25 !!!!! read more

I'm typically not a fan of the car buying process, but as soon as I walked into Audi Lynbrook, I could tell I was in for a different experience. The showroom was very inviting and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was lucky enough to work with Chris Weis, who was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the different options available. He was also a great sport when he had to cram into the back of the A3 for the test drive (he is probably almost 7' tall!). He was able to offer me a great package without ever making me feel pressured into buying anything. Will definitely be recommending this dealership! read more

I am so sorry to read these awful reviews!! I am an audi enthusiast so this is my second vehicle and I could not have had a better sales experience than that which I had at Audi Lynbrook. The first I sold after 10 years, was purchased in Brooklyn. The service there was so-so. Just before we sold our first car the brakes were giving problems so I went to the Lynbrook service center and Mr. Singh was very good and solved the issues I had - a minor problem -air in the brake line. On that day (the summer of 2014) I stopped at the Audi Lynbrook sales center first, thinking that the service department was at the same location. A very pleassant young man, Mr, Thompson saw me and came over. He directed me to the service center a short distance away. I then told him that at some time in the future I was interested in a Q5: a hybrid or clean fuel vehecle. He took time to explain the differences as well as difficulties with the different technologies. Needless to say my husband and I ended up purchasing a new Q5 from Mr. Thompson. He was extremely courteous, friendly, patient (we had a slew of questions, well my husband did because I did my homework plus the discussion I had over the summer with him LOL) and an absolute pleasure to work with. Later we saw Mustafa who also was courteous and good at his job. So both service and sales at Audi Lynbrook from my experience have been good. Also while at the service department with the first car I struck up a conversation with another customer who had been a customer of Audi Lynbrook for 14 years and continues to have good experiences from both service and sales departments. read more

Bought a car the other day from here and I LOVE it. My salesperson was Chris W. and I've never been happier. He was attentive, nice, and HONEST. It felt great to have someone that didnt pressure me and seem like a sales shark. I trust him and I dont have any complaints about this place. Chris at Audi Lynbrook is highly recommended.. 5 stars! If you go there, make sure you deal with him!!!!! read more

Just dealt with Jeff Werner in the parts department. He was incredibly rude and condescending. I was asked to pick up a part for my brothers car. When I went to the counter, Jeff spent the first 3 minutes working and typing, which was fine, however he did not acknowledge my presence for even a split second. When he was ready, I explained the situation that I was sent to pick up this part for my brother and he began screaming at me HAS HE BEEN HERE BEFORE?? When his search of his name and phone number did not return any results, he screamed WHATS THE MODEL. WHATS THE VINN. When he asked what kind of car, and when I said Volkswagen, he immediately screamed YOU'RE IN AUDI. ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE IN VW DOWN THE STREET??? As if I didn't know where I should be. When my brother got on the phone he told him the part, which was exactly what I had told him before, he said ok and went to get it. He got the part, rudely said "that's 11.95" and never said thank you, have a nice day or apologized. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with him often.. especially his wife. read more
