I have never trusted dealerships to work on my cars until we took our Q5 to these guys. They were fantastic, treated us really well and took care of any issues we had. We like them so much that we when it was time to trade in the Q5 in we bought a new car from them. I sent my wife by herself to their service department with the new car and they treated her just as well as they would treat me. They actually told her that the service we took it in for did not need to be done for another thousand miles so they told us to come back later. We will continue to use their service department and buy cars from them. read more

WARNING DO NOT purchase a vehicle from here ever. I purchased a used truck from here in April and it has been the worst experience I've ever had. They sold me the vehicle with a windshield that was delaminated and needed to be replaced, the rear backup camera was also cracked and needed to be replaced. There was also issues with the brakes that causes jolting while braking at high speeds. I took the truck in to have the brakes fixed and they said that they replaced the rotors and brake pads which did not fix the problem. I then took it back in a couple months later into a different service shop and they said the rotors and brakes are in need of replacement so all I can think is that they lied about replacing them and gave it back to me as is. The salesman were just as bad and the GM, Adam, was also no help. Do not support this business or buy any vehicles from here, the problem still has yet to be resolved. read more

Eric the service manager worked me a great deal and owns a similar car so was good to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about and had been down the same road I was going already. Eric the tech did great work, sent me a video midway through that showed the work getting done and let me know of a couple issues I wasnt aware of before taking car in. Garth kept me posted as the work was being done and even though its a dealership they still gave me a better deal than 2 of the other shops I had talked to. Think twice about taking your car to Young Audi Layton. My wife called on Wednesday 09/22/21 and asked if they could look at the check engine light that came on. She was told that she could bring the car down and wait but no guarantee to even look at it until next Tuesday. She asked if they could just tell her if it was okay to drive and they told her no they didn't have time. She called Salt Lake Audi and they told her to bring the car down and they would do a quick check to see what the error code was. It took them 10 min to do check and scheduled her for a appointment next week. I have a Q3, A4 and Q5 which will all be serviced in SLC. Thought about calling and complaining, but this is just easier. All my business will go south I recommend you follow. Poor customer service will get them nowhere but out of business. read more

My experience with Cutrubus service has been five star. The last was on Tuesday. I work a split shift at The international center and drove the 28 miles to Cutrubus where they changed my tires, changed my oil and aligned my car in 2hrs The service manager changed my tires to keep me on time. The tires Continental Extreme Contact DWS06's were purchased at Cutrubus under a credit card promotion that gave me a free tire under a buy three get one free promotion. This saved me $169 compared to a tire dealer. Their prior service on my DSG transmission fluid change(every 40k miles) was nearly $200 cheaper than here in Salt Lake City. My car got a recall notice. I took it to Audi Layton and Taris Clark managed my repair. It was a major project and Taris let me know it may take a few days. The tech looked over the car and found a few other things that could be done with it torn apart. Taris communicated well and let me know about all these things and got my yes/no for each and provided a quote for them. The car was returned to me in great shape! read more

Thank you for a great experience. Needed a battery check for my Q5 and was rudely turned away by Strong Audi in SLC, obviously is a battery check not fancy enough and could not be accommodated. On my way back to Ogden I found the dealership in Layton and took a chance. Even though they were booked, they took the time to do a battery check and install a new one. I am shocked at appalled at their lack of concern or professionalism.. Brought my car there from SLC and was clear what I needed and expected. Car was fixed and they brought it out filthy. I had them wash it and discovered a huge scratch where they worked. They insisted it would be fixed, apologized and said a manager would call. Nothing. I called. Nothing. Left a review and got a call...still no resolution. Upon that same visit it was later discovered that they mounted my tires incorrectly. You think Audi would know what and how to mount tires on a Quattro?? My mistake for assuming they knew....it destroyed one tire which means 4 new ones. They were new. I called, emailed and NOTHING still. I tried Eric, Shawn/Sean both and not a word back. Beware of this place as they won't back their work and fix their mistakes. read more

Lousy experience purchasing a vehicle. They tried to gyp me out of my trade-in value; luckily I caught it. However I failed to catch that before they added the taxes, titles, and fees, they had actually raised my purchase price by over $1,000. Upon finding this discrepancy later, I asked them to rectify the situation (I had the text messages from the salesman showing the promised price) and they did a song and dance trying to explain that "out the door" price does NOT include fees and taxes. Google it. They're wrong and they know it. Also, I took advantage of the 30-day cancellation option in the extended warranty. Finance guy promised he had submitted the proper paperwork, but after 3-months of dodging my phone calls and emails, I still had no refund. Upon contacting Audi corporate headquarters, they informed me that no paperwork had been submitted. These guys are absolutely dishonest. Also, promising to "detail" your car apparently means take it through their crappy gas-station tunnel car wash, not actually detailing the car. Additional advice - if you have purchased a car here, check your oil. Mine was so low it didn't even register on the dipstick. Stay away from these guys. I cannot recommend this dealership. I got a lease there 3 years ago and was unhappy with the entire experience, especially when they tried to force me to get add ons that I didn't want and was very clear about not wanting. Then they charged me $750 for window tinting which I have come to find now costs no more than $250. As my lease came due they called and called even when I asked them not to, stating that I would call then when I was ready - they didn't listen. Then they told me I had to come to them to turn in the vehicle which is an out right lie. I ended up being able to turn it in to Strong VW in SLC. My grievances go one, but it's not worth my time. As a single woman looking at cars I've been pushed, manipulated, disrespected and lied to. This was that experience. :(( read more

I called 4 times to schedule completion of a recall on the airbags on our Audi. Three times they said they had to call to see when they could get the parts and never called me back. The fourth time I called, I got the same response and I requested that they put me on hold and check immediately, since three previous occasions they failed to return the call or leave a message. The representative stated he would put me on hold, but stated he may not pickup again. What a joke. They were more concerned whether I bought the Audi from them. Since I hadn't they seemed to care less. I called Audi Bozeman, who scheduled an appointment immediately and took care of me like an Audi dealership should. Shame on you Audi Layton read more

I went car shopping on a Friday night by web submission/email. I was looking for an extremely good deal on an Audi A3 after reading about some other VW TDI owners finding such deals. I submitted quote requests to 11 dealers across 5 states in my area, and heard back from most of them. Saturday morning I got a call from a salesman at Cutrubus and we had a good discussion. I explained what I was trying to achieve and also some information on what quotes I had received from other dealers. The salesman at Cutrubus said he would work up a quote and get back to me. An hour later I had his quote by email. It was a very good deal. I ended up buying a different car from another dealer (out of state) because the other dealer had the color I wanted and the package/option mix was a little different and was more my preference. If the other dealer's car hadn't been outfitted better for my tastes, I certainly would have bought the car offered me by Cutrubus. It was actually a couple hundred cheaper and I wouldn't have had the expense of flying out of state last minute, but I preferred the color and packages on the other car a bit more. read more
