Service manager Eric got my Q7 in quick for an oil change and even rotated the tires. Thanks Audi of Layton!!

Damage caused by Audi Layton that they refused to take responsibility to pay for repair.

Garth is the worst service manager I've ever dealt with as is his boss Eric Iman. Both have refused to take any responsibility for damaging our car that was left with them for a repair. Completely unethical organization.

1 STAR - ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL…read more This place is a nightmare, and I regret ever bringing my car here. I initially went to this body shop on December 2nd just to get a quote. They took photos of the body damage and then told me I had engine damage that "had to be sent to their mechanic." I was told that was necessary to move forward, so I dropped my car off on December 5th. From that point on, communication was almost nonexistent. They sent me a body estimate and repeatedly told me they were "waiting on the mechanic." My insurance adjuster didn't even inspect the car until December 9th, yet Allstate issued a payment that same day -- a payment I never signed for, never authorized, and never agreed could be cashed. Weeks went by with no updates. On December 15th, they again claimed they were still waiting on their mechanic. Then I heard nothing until December 29th. When I told them I wanted to move my car to another shop due to the ridiculous delays, I was suddenly told I couldn't -- because they had already cashed the insurance check without my authorization. At that point, I didn't know better and felt trapped, so I reluctantly agreed to continue. Big mistake. They didn't submit the mechanic's estimate until January 5th, at which point they conveniently decided the engine issue "wasn't related to the accident" -- despite the fact that my engine had ZERO leaks before the accident. On January 8th, I demanded my check back and told them I would pick up my car on January 12th. I was told it would take two weeks to return the money. It is now January 28th, and I still do not have my check. To make matters worse, I contacted their corporate office and spoke to someone named Chris, who said he would "look into it." Instead of helping, he falsely told the body shop that I approved the repairs -- which I absolutely did NOT. The body shop then texted me claiming I had approved work and needed to bring my car back. That never happened. Let me be very clear: I never signed anything. I never authorized payment. I never approved repairs. This shop cashed a check without consent, stalled for over a month, withheld funds they have no right to, and then tried to cover themselves by falsely claiming I approved work. This is not just incompetence -- this is unethical business behavior. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, stay far away from this place.

**They'll do and say whatever to get the sale. I don't recommended this dealership. **…read more Came here because my wife wanted to trade in her convertible since we expanded to a family of 5. The sales rep Kj was very nice and helpful. He catered to our desires and kept a consistent personality through out the whole experience. He didn't pressure us to look at cars or try to buy one out of the range we wanted to be in and worked to provide us options within the budget we had. When we found the car and it came to closing we were introduced to Skyler. He basically sold us the financing. On the front end he was nice but turns out he just lied to us. I don't appreciate dishonest business. When we chose the car of choice there were 3 things wrong with it. Windshield wipers didn't work the usb port or the driver door speaker. They fixed the wipers but wouldn't fix the others. Skyler told us that he won't fix the other two but if you buy the extended warranty it will cover the repair. I said are you sure because it doesn't say it in the pamphlet but he ensured it falls under the electrical part of the warranty and you'll be good. He just asked us to wait a month to file the claim. We waited 2.5 months and got it checked and the warranty says they won't cover it. When I spoke to Skyler he said he'll see what he can do but not right now. It's been 2 weeks no contact from him or any form of communication. When I spoke to him his solution was we can cancel your warranty and you can just pay for the repairs with the warranty refund. I told him that's not the principal. You sold us this with the promise that it would cover it. We trusted your word and you put it on it with strength it would work. We told you we didn't want the car unless this was fixed. You lied to us to get your rep a sale. You sold the warranty and let us know that it will give the car extra coverage and protection in case something else goes wrong. We agreed that was valuable. Now the dealership wants to charge us over $500 to fix these two things and do nothing about it but tell us to cancel our warranty and get the refund to pay for this. If leadership has no integrity when selling the car , just to get a deal could you imagine how they would be when a serious issues arises it? Now our car is having what I assume electrical issues. When driving it freaks out with a bunch of notifications, turns e brake on and blinkers, slows down and won't let us operate it. It's scary because the first time it happened I didn't have a safe space to pull over and turn the car off praying it will work again. Will attach video for reference. Note we drove the car off the lot 3 months ago and no issues. And this started the day after going to their service shop to our promised repairs fixed and nothing happened. Even though the sales guy made our experience pleasant, because of the way leadership handled this experience I won't buy a vehicle from them again because of the lack of integrity and honesty provided.

However, I'm well aware that the year makes it old but it's also a Toyota who literally advertise that after 15 years their vehicles are still on the road but okay. After negotiating I finally got them up to 20k (even tho KBB said 22-24k) for my trade in. However, these people BOUGHT a car that had damage on the driver side wheel arch panel, rear tailgate, dents on the driver side door. But the dents on the wheel arch WAS HORRIBLE! THEN Scott and the manger told me "well since we have to spend money to make money we're going to take it $1,000 out of your trade". NO. YOU BOUGHT THAT VEHICLE WITH NOTICEABLE DAMAGES/DENTS AND YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT??! Absolutely not. Also, how are you going to give me a big speech about how "we don't like to put the young names on vehicles that are not worthy of it" but then purchase a vehicle with MULTIPLE dents? Crazy if you ask me. Oh and on top of that at the very end Scott said "so we did all of that for what". After I had apologized multiple times for "wasting his time" but I did not feel comfortable making a deal that would add -11,360 (trade in, taxes, titles, and fee) to a 30,000k car. You're acting like I didn't refuse your deal multiple times and said "I will not trade it in for anything less than what I deserve". On July 9, 2024 I purchased a 1965 Ford Ranchero from Haake Motors in Layton UT. The car was a consignment sale, but I was not able to pick it up until July 28 because the dealer got their own Utah title which was not necessary (remember it was a consignment sale). It gets even better. Haake Motors never sent the title to m y home state of Nevada until November 22, 2024, four months after I picked up the car. I previously called several times asking them to send the title. Total amateurs. I was assured the car was ready to go. After all, it was represented as a great driver in it's Las Vegas home. It was clean and appeared fine, and I checked under the hood for any apparent leaks. None found. All clean. I was told the AC was fine. I started the four hour drive back to my home and realized the air was not working, but decided to continue my trip. Within 50 miles the car was overheating. Under the hood the thermostat housing and water pump gaskets were leaking, and were cleaned up before I picked the car up. The AC hose fittings at the firewall were all hand loose, so the AC was never working. I got as far as St. George and ended up having the car transported to my home, 180 miles away. It was clear this car could not have been a Las Vegas driver...no AC and water gasket leaks. I called the dealer and spoke with the salesman telling him about my plight, and asked for consideration. Nothing ever happened. No follow-up from them. No concern. Nothing. Only a botched title transfer and vehicle misrepresentation.

They will order it and it will be here in a few days. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday because the parts would be in. I was told the battery price after giving them my old battery would be $304.56 and the cost for labor will be $50 because it'll only take 15 minutes to install. I will be in and out in less then an hour. When I showed up for my appointment they told me labor will be $119.99. With a dead car battery not much you can do other then just pay it because they won't jump me to leave. After 30 minutes of being here they come to tell me they don't have a Volkswagen battery in stock but they can go to ORileys and buy the battery they sell that they recommend and install it for me. Absolutely insane. I could have done that myself. The reason I didn't install the battery myself is because they specifically recommended and said I should have a Volkswagen battery and it needs to be programmed by them. To pay $50 for the install was a fair rate to pay. Not only did labor price more then double, but the time of service did the same and they expect me to pay quoted price for everything. Just be aware if going to work with them. Their communication isn't congruent amongst employees. Their time management is off and quality of service is 50/50. I'd also follow up before your appointment to make sure the parts your bringing your car in are actually there so time isn't wasted. In the end they paid for the cost of labor which I was grateful for though it doesn't add up for the amount of time lost and product I expected to purchase.

Before she even got to the Wyoming State line she had a blowout from driving on the low tire they never filled. I left work and drove three hours to get her back on the road. After getting home, I realized my odometer was completely gone, no mileage. A quick google search revealed this was from the key learning procedure not being completed. The recall also wasn't done because "It wasn't on the paper". I had to again take a day off work and drive my car to Utah to have the key reprogrammed and the recall to be performed. I was told I'd be compensated two tanks of gas. I was given a $50 gas card which isn't even one full tank. They do the work and I pick up the car and drive home, this time I didn't have paperwork from them so I called Young Volkswagen and was told that the recall was not performed. The service department at Young Volkswagen is so incompetent and unprofessional, it's unbelievable that they're still in business! I now have to take yet another day off work and drive to Utah because these incompetent people can't do a simple task. I am currently working with a Volkswagen customer care advocate to make this right because the dealership is absolutely no help. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words).
