Visited Audi Flatirons to test drive some used Audi sedans. Salesperson eventually got me interested in a few cars. Unfortunately the used car manager pretty much torpedoed any deal with a ridiculously low offer on my trade in (a luxury Japanese model with low miles). Even the salesperson was surprised by the low-ball offer. How low? $2k below CarMax and $4.5k below Caravana. No reason given for low offer...but it was too low too consummate any deal. Just a heads-up that if you are going the trade in route (some tax advantages to do so) with Audi Flatirons be weary of the used car manager....you will not get a realistic trade in offer (I noted similar complaints on Google about low-ball offers). As for me, I sold the car to Carvana for over $4500 above Flatirons offer.....and I plan to buy a used Audi from another dealer. read more

My husband and I went into Audi Flatirons with the intentions of purchasing a specific vehicle. We walked in the door with a pre-approval letter from our lending company, however we walked in 1/2 hours before closing time and Mel Ott was so awesome. He took the time even though he just wanted to go home to show us the car and let us test drive it. We started the process on Monday evening and finished it all up a couple days later. What a smooth process and they were extremely fair on our trade-ins. The finance team was fantastic and we finished all paperwork quickly. Do not buy a car here! Sales experience was like that of a 190's used car salesmen. I mean I guess props to her for the gross oversell. I you are unfortunate enough to buy a car here definitely do not have a car serviced I purchased a 2018 Audi Q7 prestige with all the bells and whistles from the dealership along with the service package, but I am certain it is never been serviced. I took it in 4 times for a sensor issue that they never fixed, a recall that wasn't replaced and 2 oil changes, yet I have had to put oil in the car on multiple occasions. I then recently found out I need all new tires shouldn't that have been something the service department looks for and mentions? I complained to the service manager and general manage and was told "sorry for the inconvenience we can offer a loaner and caller service to look at your vehicle" unacceptable! When purchasing a $80,000+ vehicle I expect better! Don't fall victim to their scams and horrible service! read more

I've been looking into getting an Audi, so went here. Visit #1, turned up to the store, no appointment. Walked around for 10mins with no one approaching me, so left. Visit #2, made an appointment and that went well. However what they had didn't fit. I left with details of what I was looking for Visit #3. I found something on their page that could have been interesting, so I called and made an appointment (Sales person #2, #1 never even thought to reach out) - turned up and the car wasn't actually available to drive as it was being serviced. So even though they knew the car I was looking at they let me drive there knowing I wouldn't be able to drive it. Left telling sales person #2 what I was interested in. Instance #4. Checked their web page, and found a car listed that I'd be interested in - had to call to express my interest to see. Waiting a call back - never got one. I now don't even see that car listed. When I met sales person #2 they told me that they are selling more than ever before with a very quick turn over - that knowledge, coupled with no-one ever coming back to me doesn't really make me feel like I'm valued in any way and they just don't care - and are waiting for the business to come to them. Purchased my car in Louisiana and moved here not long after. Had the same problem with my cars screen going black ever since I drove it off the lot but of course still had to pay $500+ to get it fixed. Even after I talked to Audi of America and they basically said it's not their fault that the car THEY gave me was faulty from the start but whatever. Was told I'd get a partial refund if the $500 fix didn't work, and of course it didn't, and I still didn't get a refund. This will be the 4th time bringing my car in for the same problem and I bet they're still going to make me pay for it. It's to the point to where expensive cars like this really aren't the way to go anymore. My Honda even lasted longer. Had it for 4 years with literally ZERO problems and the customer service was AMAZING. Probably will be switching back soon. read more

Disappointed with Audi service overall, both Audi Denver and Audi Flatirons. I cannot believe this is a Kuni dealer. I brought my Allroad in for an 11:00 35k service. Even though I had an appointment they were so busy they said they wouldn't get it done today. Normally, it would take 3 hours. They did give me a loaner, which was nice. Then they called at 5:00 and said it wasn't done, could I get it in the morning because they needed the loaner back. I said yes if they would call to tell me it was done. The next day the service rep was out so no one called. They sent a text with the inspection video and recommendations so I texted back to go ahead. I waited all Day then called them to see the status. They hadn't started on the repairs and asked if I could come get it the next day (now day 3). So here I am at the dealer waiting 20 minutes to pick up my car. They finally came to get me in the waiting room and acted like I was a complete inconvenience and that the errors on the billing invoice were my fault. They weren't busy so I'm not sure I understand the attitude. Kuni needs to get their Lexus service department over here to show them how it should be done. read more

Coming in as a car buyer I already knew exactly what I wanted and this dealership had the exact car I was looking for. I would not recommend this place to anyone that doesn't know what they want, the sales people don't make you excited for a new car and don't go through any of the features the car has to offer. I can't speak for all of the people at this location but the women that helped me with all the paper work and getting the car did not give me a good experience. This dealership is new & their service is impeccable. I brought in my Audi S6 for a routine oil change & to replace a recalled seat belt issue. The repairs were done on time as promised by my service advisor & my vehicle was washed. They also have a variety of loaner cars available; which is an added plus. I only wish they had a Porsche dealership attached, so that I can bring in my other vehicle for service. I highly recommend this dealership to my family & friends. read more

The customer service here is appalling. I purchased a used vehicle from here. The car was advertised with different rims and they switched them out and pretended like they never had sport rims on the car. I had to show them photos and then I was given two different stories. I should have know then not to trust Kristi but I purchased the car anyways. There was a chip in the windshield and I was told it was filled and that it wouldn't be a problem. I was concerned about this because it was in my line of sight while driving. Kristi the sales person stated it was filled and that because it wasn't cracked they wouldn't replace it. Well two weeks later it's starting to spread. I bring this to their attention and she says I assumed they had filled it. "We will fill it". Well you can still fill the divot and now her story has changed. She said we "generally" fill them. So now according to her it's ok and the vehicle was delivered that way and that they won't do anything about it. She says she remembers her exact words to me two weeks ago. I reminded her that I had two people at signing and that is not what she said. She continues to argue even though I told her several times to get her boss. She would not stop talking or leave me alone even though I said several times I'm not going to argue about this. Pretty sad that you treat customers this way and now I'm standing in radio silence being treated like a pariah. Guess you can only be treated decent if you buy an Audi. read more

Audi Flatirons missed a very large repair on the "maintenance inspection" (or they just skipped it) before selling me the car, I broke down on the side of the highway while still under the powertrain warranty since I had literally just bought the car, was told it was covered, of course now it's not, trying to get in contact with anyone who can make a decision was impossible, Jay the used car sales manager ghosted me for days when I was car-less and trying to get my repair figured out, FINALLY when I CC'd his even less helpful boss Ryan I was told the repair they were supposed to perform to make the car safe for sale is "recommended not required" so they skipped it before selling the car. I lost power on the highway and almost got hit. They took weeks to get in contact with me to apologize after I had already paid the $1300 repair on a car I had bought a month beforehand. My salesperson was very nice he clearly didn't know the car was not in good mechanical condition when he sold it to me but they took no responsibility for their extreme error in inspection. Buying from this dealership is no safer than buying a car on Facebook marketplace or craigslist... they don't check anything. read more

Audi Flatirons is trying to scam me out of $182.71 for a "past maturity fee" at the end of a lease on a 2018 A4. I turned in my A4 to Audi Flatirons on March 12, 2021. They submitted paperwork to Audi Financial saying I turned in the car on March 24, 2021, which is after the lease expiration date. I've left multiple voicemails for the Sales Manager at Audi Flatirons and never received a response. I've called Audi Financial Services multiple times and they say they've reached out to the dealership multiple times and also didn't receive a response. At the end of the day $182.71 isn't a lot of money considering the cost of the lease overall. But, this is a shady business practice and am extremely disappointed in Audi Flatirons. I initially had an AMAZING experience with both the sales department (Deian) and service department (Blayne and Jordan) but unfortunately the lease-end process has soured my views on this dealership. Will be looking elsewhere for my Audis from now on. read more

I stopped into Audi Boulder on the off chance that someone in service could possibly assist me with a minor fix for my new S3. It was after 6pm and Eli Buchanan was still at his desk in the service department making calls. I didn't purchase my car in Boulder, I brought it from Pennsylvania and purchased through a broker. Eli not only provided me with a bit of assistance, he gave me a full introduction on how to use the technology in my car's infotainment/navigation system. It was like a new car delivery, only better! Eli seems to be a kindred spirit, a man who loves not only his job but the product he services. In the short time I spent with him, I learned that he is a diehard Audi/VW lover, just like me. It's so refreshing to go to a dealership's service department and meet a true enthusiast who genuinely takes an interest in his customers. Although I live closer to a dealer in Fort Collins, I will service my car at Audi Boulder because of Eli! What a great welcome to Colorado for this East Coast guy! read more

Max was the exact opposite - he knew the cars inside and out, was incredibly friendly, and did not put any pressure on me. My husband had been dreaming about getting me a Q7 and had done extensive research on which one. So one day I told him "let's go check it out". When we showed at the dealership we were connected to Jim Page. Jim immediately asked about our preferences and addressed me as well (most agents go straight to the man...). First good sign. He took us on a test drive and was patient when we took turns driving. He explained the differences among models and took into account our life and the needs we had. Of course he made us fall in love with a car. Back at the dealership he was swift to do the paperwork and came back and forth to get Information needed to give us a good deal. The kids were with us and Jim made sure they were comfortable and fed while all the paperwork was prepared and signed. And did I mentioned he speaks spanish? We are greeted in our own language everytime we contact him. Because after the purchase we brought the car back to get accesories installed and he was the first one to greet us and put us in contact with the service person. He even helped unload the car! We are extremely pleased with Jim and the care he takes of his costumers. He is respectful and thorough, and he will remember you even months after the purchase. This past February I purchased a vehicle at this location and from the start have had issues. It started with there being no sound, then followed with sensor issues. Initially, I tried to be patient and understanding as I'm not the one to make a fuss but everyone has their limits. I work hard for my money and needed a vehicle that I thought was reliable. Ryan Watson and Audi have failed to take any ownership in selling me a defective vehicle. The vehicle was brand new and they failed to take the proper steps to ensure that the product their selling is of quality. Mr. Watson argued that at times the bunny's chew on cables which later has lead to malfunctions. This vehicle was in the showroom, and the issue was the amp. Needless to say I feel the need to warn everyone about the poor customer service from both Audi USA and this dealership. Be cautious when purchasing a vehicle. Please don't waste your hard earned money like I did. If 0 stars were an option they would be getting just that. read more

We took our car here bc our dealership (Prestige Imports) couldn't get us in for 10 days. We would have been smart to wait. This place had our car for over 5 weeks doing repairs. First they said they had to order a part from Germany. They called to say they got the part so we assumed the car would be done in a few days. 4 days later another call from them apologizing bc they "forgot" to order the other parts they needed. All in all they had our car for over 5 weeks! When we finally went to pick it up they didn't even wash it! When I asked the kid who brought us our car why it was so dirty his response was "sometimes we're too busy". I asked if in 5 weeks time they couldn't find a few minutes to wash it he replied, yeah probably...... avoid this place at all costs. Prestige imports is such a better dealership. Lesson learned on Audi Flatirons - poorly run dealership! read more

The service advisors are okay, so it's not a one star rating. HOWEVER, the tech who worked on my car in there really pissed me off. My car was there for SAI carbon buildup cleaning service last month. This problem has 10 years 120k miles extended warranty on B8 S4s, and they voided my warranty because my car' ECU program has been modified. This issue happens even on factory vehicles, which means they denied my warranty and make me pay almost 1400 dollars out of pocket on the issue that didn't actually cause by modified ECU. There are many cases that Audi dealer will do this service for free one time only on modified S4s. Ok, fine, I agreed to pay because this is actually cannot be argue about since they might have to follow the policy. Four days later I went and tried to pickup the car, and my car's hood cable is disconnected. This is after they performed the service and did their "multi-point inspection". Luckily I found out right away and told them to take care of it. I also noticed my car got another 27 additional miles. I asked them about it, and they said they "had to" test drive it after the service. I didn't want to waste any more of my time arguing if it's appropriate to "test drive" a customer's car for that many miles. 2 days later, I noticed a weird sound coming from power steering pump, so I took the car back again and told them the issue since they took the power steering pump off on the previous SAI carbon cleaning service. They told me the power steering fluid was low, so they topped it off. Funny thing is I checked the fluid level before I took the car in, and the tech in there also checked the fluid level in front of me. Guess what? It was right at max. Obviously this issue was never fixed by just overfilling the power steering fluid. There are 11 belly pan screws (over 10 dollars each surprisingly) on my car's belly pan, and two of them are missing before I took the car in. When I got the car back, AWESOME, only FOUR left. where did the other 5 go?? I also noticed my front bumper is a bit off. I opened the hood and removed radiator cover, one of the two screws that holds the bumper is missing. I can't even just put another screw in because they BROKE the tap. I know this because I just had removed my front bumper and reinstalled it the day before I took my car to Audi Flatiron. Front bumper wasn't reinstalled correctly, and the front bumper where underneath the right headlight is bended slightly by the tab. Two tabs on intake air scoop was broken. One screw that holds the intake heat shield was so loose which cause the heat shield rattles. Supercharger cover wasn't installed properly. The engine bay was also super dirty after I got the car back. ( I did clean the engine bay 2 days ago before I took it in) I had been hunting for S4s for months and finally found this manual, clean, all stock one owner S4, but it's ruined now. My wife told me to take the car back and let them fix the issue, but I don't even want them to touch my car again. If you want to take your car there for service, please prepare a high chance for more problems. Update 3/16: My rear belly pan just fell out on the highway, luckily nobody was behind me. I have NEVER touched the car's rear belly pan before. You don't even want to imagine what they will mess up on your new Audis when you take your car in for service. Cheers Audi Flatiron. read more

On February 14th, I purchased a top of the line A7 for my husband for almost $90,000. The car is beautiful. My husband's pride and joy. Yesterday, we took it in for its first service, 10,000 miles. We were sent a video of the technician talking about his "findings" with the car. The technician stated on the video that as he did our 30,000 service (we were there for the 10k as the car has 10k miles), he discovered our tires were worn severely and needed to be replaced. The car is 7mos old and has 10,000 miles. I called the service manager and questioned him immediately about why his technician was doing a 30,000 service and how on earth we could possibly need new tires already. I was prepared for him to accuse my husband's driving which he did not. He simply told me the car is heavy and he would not expect the tires to last much longer. Not only that, but he told me there are no tires made by the manufacturer that are better. WHAT?! He didn't even have the good sense to be embarrassed. He suggested snow tires and then told us we likely would need new tires again by the end of the winter. I asked how many miles the tires were rated for and he told me there was no rating and that if there were, there would be a warranty. Great. Again, it was like he was unaware that HIS dealership had sold us this car. Audi and Audi Flatirons should be ashamed. Tires should last more than 10,000 with normal wear and tear and to sell a luxury car with the worst tires I've ever heard of is the definition of shameful. read more

Saw a certified used car I've always wanted with fantastic specs, in great condition, and with a price well within fair market value according to KBB. I went in, asked to test drive it, and was introduced to Sameer. He showed me tons of documents including the certification inspection results, carfax, kbb workup and other helpful information. I test drove the car and immediately fell in love, so we moved toward a sales agreement. Here's the thing- the price was not inflated and this car was a rare find that had piqued many enthusiasts' interest in its short time on their lot. I literally felt no negotiation was needed and I always negotiate hard core at dealerships. It was such a relief to just know I was getting an extremely fair price. I explored different options for payment and they helped me figure out what was best with respect to setting up the sale for a vehicle I would use primarily for business. Their finance folks, Greg and Frenchy went above and beyond by helping me decide how to structure the loan and offered the standard add-ons with high level details about each choice. I ended up with prepaid service called Audi Care, window tint, and a clear coat. I'm super happy with the entire transaction from start to finish and everyone who helped me. As a woman who has bought a few cars in her life, I really appreciate honesty and ease from the staff. We are going back for another vehicle for our family and I am recommending this place to anyone who needs such a car. I wish more places followed this model. My husband and I are relatively new customers to this dealership. We had a great first experience purchasing the car, the sales team was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Unfortunately, despite loving my new car I regret purchasing it and wish I would have gone with another dealership. Two weeks after buying a brand new car, the entire navigation system stopped working. When I called they told me it would be 3 weeks to get fixed! Of course I was frustrated by this. They were then able to get me in the next week but were sure to remind me at every chance how busy they were and how lucky I was to be scheduled. Today I had an appointment (that took 2.5 weeks to get) to fix my side mirror. I had ordered the part 2 weeks ago and was assured that it would only take a few days to get in and be painted so that it was ready for my appointment. I called today to check on my appointment time and was told that the parts department forget to get it painted and I would need to reschedule. If I had not called, I would have not even known about this and would have still shown up as planned. When speaking to the service department the man said "sorry I just got to my desk 8 minutes ago and didn't know the part wasn't ready" and when I questioned the unreliability of their service, the man on the phone raised his voice at me and said "let's just deal with this". I thought this just may be bad luck, but looking at the other reviews I know I am not the only person experiencing this. I will now be taking my car elsewhere and will not buy another car from them again. read more

This is not a reflection of the sales team - which I had a very positive experience with ... it's purely related to Service. Maybe I've just had bad luck but I have had three terrible customer service experiences to the point where I am now taking my business elsewhere. My last oil change took almost two hours. Then they wanted to charge $25 to reset the "maintenance required" light... even though they wouldn't be running any diagnostics they had to charge me because they had to use that same device - which had zero value for me. I scheduled an appointment last month but was told since it was scheduled on a "holiday" (and how is that my fault that they offered that time) they just canceled it without any confirmation. I rescheduled for this morning and was told they didn't have in anymore and the earliest they could reschedule me was 19 days out. This is for a safety recall... They couldn't tell me how long the appointment would take or if there was a real concern that my car would catch fire. And I still haven't gotten any confirmation on the rescheduled appointment. Would you continue to see a doctor who did that to you? read more

The service department reps are always juggling at least three things at once, and service appointments are often 3 weeks out. If you're in the Boulder area and planning to buy an Audi, your best option is using the Denver location (I recently got a next day service appointment at the Littleton location) or purchasing a different make of car. Trust me, save yourself the aggravation and avoid the Boulder service department. read more

May 2018: Updating my previous post (below) as I had to return for a warranty repair. The service team was notably improved! They were friendly, timely, responsive, detailed and overall professional. In addition to the repair, they also made the effort to resolve the issue that was at the heart of the previous post. No cost. No hassle. It was greatly appreciated and transformed my impression of their business. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dec 2016: Sales A+ But service (especially management) absolutely failed & rude. They screw up, argue with you about it, refuse to resolve while you're standing there, then hours later realize it was their fault, call you up with excuses then hang up on you for calling them out on it. If this is what you have to deal with for Audi service in Boulder I'd recommend buying a BMW! Or just take your car to Autohaus (those guys rock!)! read more

This was the worst vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in to a disingenuous greeting continuing till now, two weeks later while I still wait for my paper work to be completed a second time due to inaccuracies being submitted by the finance department. The county I reside in is now having to send that document back to be corrected. I found the vehicle I wanted,a Toyota, on an online add. The gentleman who took me on a test drive couldn't have possibly been more disenchanted our uneducated about the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was reasonable and the sales manager was effective, at best. However, they forced me to fill out a credit application when I was previously approved by my bank. They informed me it was, "To be sure you're not a terrorist, and you are who you say you are. " As offensive and distasteful this entire experience was... And still is, I did purchase the vehicle I wanted at a fair price and with a better interest rate because of their diligent terrorist avoidance tactics "coincidentally " gave rise to another finance company with competitive rates. I'd rather have a colonoscopy , root canal, or possibly fire set to myself before I ever do any sort of business with this dealership EVER again. If you desire a pretentious environment with all of the worst negative, entitled, Caucasian stereotypes Boulder has to offer, this is the place for you. read more

When I got my vehicle 2 years ago on lease, everything was awesome. My intentions where to buy out the vehicle at the end of the lease. They made it sound so simple and easy. Well that time has come and I'm choosing to sell the car. I still have some time left on my lease but will finish paying the terms. But now it's not so simple. I have a buyer for the vehicle and we are trying to do this and Audi is making it really hard that my buyer might back out. I'm trying to figure this all out and get answers but when you call them, no one answers. And than you have to call right back to speak with someone else, and they don't answer. And you have to call back to speak with someone else that can help out and that person doesn't answer as well, it really pisses me off. After all this is done, I would rather make the drive to Denver to the Audi down there for future business. read more

We recently leased a car from Audi Boulder due to the fact they were the only dealership in the metro area that had the Audi we've been eyeing for months. Our first experience with our dealer was great, however when it came time to lease the experience was gut wrenching to say the least. They were incredibly busy, too busy to give us or our deal the time it needed. We waited 45 minutes before our dealer was able to sit us down after our test drive, which was fine considering it was a Saturday afternoon. However, once we sat down, she continued to speak over us to her assistant to finish up another deal and continually sidetracked the conversation onto personal matters (her ex-husband, kid's sleepover, interest with finance, etc.) making this process even more drawn out than needed. When we finally settled on a deal we felt comfortable with, mid signing, she came back to tell us she forgot that the car had some additions on it (tinted windows and clear coating) and needed to up the price again to include them. Not only that, she explained that "we should have known better and reminded her of the additions." It was this comment that had me livid, but I was ready to walk away when she said, "If you're going to be pissed about it, then I'm not even going to lease the car to you, my reputation means more to me than making this sale." At that point, I walked away while my fiancé finished up the deal. I've never been spoken to like that; we were made to feel horrible for her mistake. I'm so disappointed in our experience and will never return to Audi Boulder again. I look forward to giving our business elsewhere. read more
