We drove in from Boise in our 2016 Q5 TDI to visit a friend. Five days later, we tried to put in gas, but the inside lid would not open. Didn't have enough to get back home, so we had no choice but to find an Audi dealership. Can't say we have had great experiences with Audi service, but these folks were so friendly; they found the problem and even offered to loan us a tool if their recommendation didn't work. These grifters posted a 2025 BMW X7 for sale. After spending a considerable amount of my time communicating with the sales rep, Mitch Gordon, about the vehicle, I received a purchase agreement, signed by the dealer. I immediately put down a $1,000 deposit and returned the agreement with my signature. This was on Tuesday morning. Mitch Gordon congratulated me on my purchase in multiple emails thereafter. On Friday morning, I communicated with Mitch Gordon once again to inquire about the timeline for the repair work as the car was involved in an accident. Mitch informed me the X7 was at the body shop and I would be updated once the repairs were complete and the vehicle was ready for delivery. During this time I arranged for a wire transfer with my bank to pay the balance of the purchase price. On Saturday, 4 days after I put down the $1,000 deposit, I received an email from Jeff Statman. Jeff Stratman informed me that they received a deposit from another buyer on Monday night, hours before my deposit was made. Jeff Stratman told me that our signed agreement would not be honored, and they would be selling the vehicle to the other party. I want to repeat, this was 4 DAYS after I put down the deposit. While I can't say for certain, It seems quite obvious to me that at some point after my deposit was made they received another offer, and instead of honoring my deal, they chose the scumbag route to pocket a few extra dollars. Stay away from this dealership. They cannot be trusted. They are exactly what you'd expect from a bottom of the barrel car dealership. In their tiny minds, they feel that their time is more valuable than yours, and that agreements are meant to be broken. read more

We had our A3 in for repairs on DEF system in late December 21. Now February 10th the car developed a strange noise. Upon inspection I noticed a bolt was missing from DEF tank. Andy the service writer said there was absolutely no way they were responsible. If a bolt of this size just magically came loose in a few weeks I would be nervous of any repairs done at the dealership. Edit, after originally posting 1 star I was contacted by the service manager who realized their goal of great customer service wasn't achieved with our last repairs. I had definitely written off ever returning to dealership but after our conversation the dealership has committed to go above and beyond in correcting this problem. read more

UPDATE A different sales manager did attempt to resolve my issues but did not follow thru. So i took my business to the valley. We pick up our new car on Tuesday. Sales folks were great very helpful. As soon as the deal moved to figuring our my trade the sales manager low balled my trade by at least 12k and when our sales guy took it back he raised his offer by $500. A special shout out to Kevin DuToit who provided us an unparalleled experience. I refuse to take part in the typical song and dance games of purchasing a vehicle. "This price, no this price, sign this, what are you willing to pay etc." Fortunately this dealership doesn't play the ridiculous games. I worked with Stefan and he did a terrific job. We walked in, saw what we wanted and worked out a price. Pat was able to get the docs drawn up, the car gassed and ready and we were out within two hours. The process was painless. Stefan called to check on us, and the new vehicle, a few days later to make sure we didn't have any questions and everything was well. BUYERS BEWARE!!! If I could give this more of a negative, I would. I'm from out of state and have been looking for a vehicle to purchase and knew what I wanted. I inquired about a vehicle recently was helped by a man named Todd Gould. He sounded like a snob from my initial impressions from speaking to him but I shrugged it off as I was aiming my sights @ my intended target. I informed Mr. Gould that I was from out of state and that I was interested in a vehicle that just arrived. After speaking with him in regards to the vehicle (2-4 mins from start to finish), he informed me he would facetime me to do a walk around knowing I was from out of state. Was told he'd get back to me in 30 mins to facetime the car before I could place a deposit to gaurantee hold. Nearly 50 mins later, I received missed a call and he left me a voicemail letting me know that another salesman had sold the vehicle but was informed if there were any other vehicles that I'm interested in, to contact him back.......I have to be honest and I'm sure most buyers like myself, I was irked. I dislike being told one thing then told another! Instead of returning the call, I emailed him back informing him of my disappointment and his response, "sorry for your inconvenience". To add salt to the wound, the vehicle is still for sale but the price jumped an extra $1500 more than the original asking price. Shady people, very shady and dishonest. I was an internet car salesman for 5 years and when you have a live customer, treat it like a sale and stay with them until the conversation along with transaction is completed. It's quite obvious, I was not Mr. Gould's priority but he lost a sale after that bogus shenenigan he pulled. Lesson to all the car sales guys, don't judge a book by its cover, just because a person comes on the lot with shorts, tank top, and flip flops does not mean they're not buyers. So it was a pleasure to purchase an Audi from this team. We originally went to the location to look at a used Q5, after working with the team and test driving several Q5's and ended up with a year older model but with all of the options that my wife wanted. We worked with Micah and Damon, who worked with our budget and our demands as to monthly payments amount. We arrived a little after noon and were at the dealer ship until 8pm and several hours after closing. The sales team stayed later so we could leave with the car that night. While papers where being signed the other sales members where going over all of he features with my wife and helping here feel comfortable for the night drive back to Eugene. Audi Bend is by far the best rates and best experience (Derek and Chris) went above and beyond to help me, unfortunately we were in vacation and could not able to reach there in person to close the deal before 31st. I was charged for updating Audi software to fix a known bug. The car is now out of warranty, but was in the dealership for service while under warranty. The update had been released by Audi but was missed by the dealership. When I approached the service manager, Mike Tessen, about the issue he said too bad, he will not pay to fix the bug. No offer of support, no appeal to Audi for warranty work missed by Audi, just a too bad, not my problem attitude. I found the service manager to be not just unhelpful, but uncaring and unconcerned about Audi customers. BTW, I bought the car from Bend Audi. The sales experience was fine but I would never take my car here for service again. read more

Fall short of giving the Audi level of customer service. Bought my car at a dealership in Wilsonville, OR that has top notch customer service. However, after moving to Bend, I might as well have a run of the mill car that doesn't offer any levels of luxury. The Wilsonville dealership invited me to bring my car in for car washes and fluid top off, to keep my car in excellent shape. Tried to do that at Audi Bend and was met with nothing but resistance. In addition, I was told the car wash has been down for three days and due to Covid they only perform exterior car washes and don't clean inside. Drove down to PDX this past week to catch non-stop flight to Texas and decided to drop by the Wilsonville dealership and asked them to send my car through the car wash (didn't even ask for interior clean) while I bought items from the parts department the Bend dealership didn't have. They not only were more than happy to honor my request, but also cleaned the interior. Then I remembered why I bought an Audi. OWNERS, think of how much revenue is being lost due to horrible customer service. When I'm getting helped well I'm more apt to pay $200 for an oil change instead of doing it myself or taking it to another brand dealer for $80. I guess that's the Kendall way!!! read more

Normally I avoid car shopping at all costs as I've not had great experiences being a young person. I'm normally not treated with the same respect and care that I find my parents and others are, but here that was not the case. I inquired online about trading my current pickup in on a used A5, and began communications with Makayla, who was very helpful throughout the whole process. We did an evaluation for my pickup and I received what I felt was a fair price for it, and the trade began. Negotiations were pleasant and quick, which I really appreciated not being a multiple day process. I live about three hours away and the car was driven to me at our office, signed papers in my office, and then my pickup was driven back to Bend. I'm thrilled with the car a couple of months later still, and just the overall experience shopping with this company. Will for sure take the time to try and purchase from them in the future, as I felt like they actually care about making you feel good about the sale, versus just chasing a dollar. read more

Completely difficult to get an appointment. I drive 200 miles one way, so I have a difficult time finding a day in my schedule. I happened to be in bend and heard some different noise coming from my engine, called to stop by to have a tech take a quick listen, they couldn't get me in right away if I stopped by. They are apparently very busy all the time as I also called to schedule 2 weeks ahead, ( for regular maintenance) but they only had appointments available on Wednesday of that week. Lastly, I have had one appointment with them, my first after owning my Audi, the shuttle was great, but when I got back to pick up my car, I was told that I needed a front end alignment, but declined due to my drive home. When I took it to my local LesSchwab, they were perplexed at why I brought it in for an alignment as every part was well within specs. I think I'm done with this dealership. Time to buy a BMW so that I can have maintenance closer to me and have easier access to what ever I need to keep my car running great. read more
