So my husband and I went to one of their scheduled auctions and we bought a car. We live in Northern CA and drove it home that same day with zero issues. Thank God - we were concerned once we read all the bad reviews, which is why I am returning to leave this review. It's been over a week and zero issues with the vehicle. As far as the paperwork is concerned, I will return to give a update. I gave 4 stars because the auction was on a Saturday and it was supposed to start at 3 pm - they didn't start until about 3:45 pm, and I could of went to run errands had I known they would be starting later than what was posted. (We almost left because they were not starting when they were supposed to). Overall, I feel like we got a good car at a great price and are ready to go back for another purchase. ***BUYER BEWARE***On 6/2/24 I attended the auction in hopes of purchasing a vehicle. I did win a bid for $2800. 1st red flag, they changed the price of the bid to $3000. When I brought it to their attention the auctioneer insisted it was $3000, the female staff member said I would have to wait to the end of the auction to review the cameras. 2nd red flag, auction ends and auctioneer DID NOT want to review the camera, I informed him his co-worker did say the cameras could be reviewed at the end of the auction (wonder how often they bump up the price). 3rd red flag, I'm certain they have plants in there pushing the bids up as I have been there 3 times and saw the same guy there constantly bidding but never purchasing. I won a bid for $2800 for the auction and $200 for a warranty and a $400 deposit on top of the winning bid of 2800 for a total of $3400. Go to leave the auction the vehicle malfunctions and will not move when accelerator is pushed to the floor, the vehicle is not able to leave the lot!!! I'm told a mechanic will be in to look at it the next day and someone would call me. I never recieved a call. I called back several times and was finally told because the vehicle is inoperable a refund would be issued once approved from the corporate office. 1 month later I had not received my refund and still have no car. I decided to file a small claims suit against the company, they only wanted to negotiate with me once I filed a suit, THEN wanted to still charge me $400 for the deposit, $200 for the warranty, AAAND a restocking fee of $680!!! There is a very rude and unprofessional, Auction guy there named Jesus. He is just awful! All he does is scream over the microphone at people. We've been to other auctions before and that guy is the worse of them all he's not even a legit auctioneer. My husband and I were there a week ago. And he was very dismissive, didn't even allow time for us to look at the cars up for auction. Like he was trying to hide something. Buyer beware. Be prepared to loose $$$. We bought a Dodge Dart car with a bad transmission. Drove it five miles, once you get it past a certain gear it was over. It is a good thing we paid the warranty or would have lost way more. We lost their $400 fee, and warranty fee of $200. They sell cars knowing there are serious problems. My son needed a car bad, and got another car from them. First, the battery was bad. Had to buy a new one. Then, they had erased the check engine light. It came right back. When diagnosing it we found it was missing the catalytic converter. It had a pipe welded in it's place, so now we're down another $1100. Never again. I'm sorry for whoever purchased the previous Dodge Dart car with the bad transmission, because I bet they put it back in the for sale line. read more

First they had people hwo worked there dress an auctioning certain vechile making the bids go up. they where dress an acted like a reg peson who would go bid on a car till I notice there kept winning each car an nver not once got up to go pay for the depsouit of the car next. I finnaly purchase a car reminder I am not able to test drive the car or nothing only look at it an look under the hood. So i win the car for $2,050 for a nissian they REQUIRE a $400 deposit on any vechile that you win plus a $200 warranty if any trasnmission or any problems under the hood isnt working Once i recieved the keys I drive off the lot and not even a min later the car breaks down took it back right away didnt even make it to the light they would let me use my $200 warrty they offer me a new care but i would have to pay $1,800 for the diffrence plus repay the $400 fee for the new car Just a scam.
