From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and professional. They took the time to assess the damage and explained the repair process in detail. But I didn't have insurance I have to pay out of pocket. I am student I don't have money for the repair my grand mother helped me with a lot of and I was looking for a shop that fit my budget. Called and got a quote first for new brake pads (I think it was $185 but can't remember for sure) and then got a quote for brake pads and rotors, which was $450 including labor. But it turns out I put it off for too long and also needed new calipers. He lifted my car up and showed me how they were leaking brake fluid. And this didn't surprise me because I could feel my car was no longer braking. He finished everything during my work day and only charged $1,000.
