We've agreed to 10% but then the waiter proceeded to add a flat €20 on top of the bill and hid the receipt in the back of the bill, handed to us quickly and left. We didn't see this extra added amount until we got back to the hotel. We've reported this fraud amount charged and was able get the €20 back from our credit card company.
