I needed a last minute screen printing job and was recommended to Sam, the owner of Under Pressure,…read moreby another local business who couldn't fulfill my small batch. You can either order products directly with Sam or bring your own. Sam prefers extra time to complete a job to make sure the screen print looks and works well on your products. Unfortunately, I was on a painfully tight timeline and needed this order fulfilled in a matter of days to account for shipping as well. If you need a math problem, here you go: I brought in my own bags (33, Total: $2,437.00). The screen printing job cost $333.00. After completion, Sam notified me he butchered the first bag since that was the test product, that leaves 32 viable bags. When I came home, I noticed there were 3 bags off-centered; his error, not the bag's. Each bag cost around $74. Therefore, I needed to purchase 4 more bags for him to redo (Total: $296.00). So, in addition to the $333 job order + the repurchase of additional bags due to damage ($296.00), my total order was $629.00... Though I am grateful for Sam being able to complete a rush job, I wish he would have compensated for the damage and misalignments, but it is what it is.

I love working with a business that caters to the customer. This business…read moreresponded quickly and asked me to make an appointment with the Yelp scheduler tool (directly in the response thread), and it had me pick a date/time and enter my address. I didn't think much about it other than it was very convenient and since virtually every other Yelp business (landscaping, cleaning, painting, plumbing, etc..) the service provider comes to you, AND it specifically asked for my address I naturally assumed this was the same. The appointment time came and went. When I asked about it she said she worked from home and I was supposed to have come to her. This detail was never mentioned in the thread nor the Yelp appointment scheduler, so I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that. Why use a scheduler tool that requires my address as part of the appointment if not to establish the location of the appointment?? Anyway, I went with another vendor (who clearly asked me to come in to their shop) and I gave them my business. CW Sewing may do fantastic work but I'll never know because they can't communicate/confirm basic appointment details using Yelp features.
