Out the door spent $150 total to replace my charging port which was very fair and a turnaround time of same day before they closed. Not only did they fix my issue, but they also cleaned out my camera and so now my pictures can take clear photos of my ugly mug that I will be able to use AI to Photoshop now that I have my phone back! We had worked together smoothly, I paid my bill within minutes, and when I emailed him to let him know that the problem was not resolved I was polite. He didn't answer the email or a follow up email, exactly the same as the last time we had problems. I mailed him a letter asking him to please let me know whether he was interested in working with me. No response whatsoever. I truly don't understand what this is all about, and I'm disappointed to lose his expertise. I'm done and will,have to start looking for someone else. What a shame.
