MISLEADING ADVERTISING. YOU DO NOT PAY THE PRICES ADVERVERTISED ONLINE. I made an appointment for…read morea hair color online and was quoted a price of $95. I was charged the full amount on my credit card plus a fee of $8 which I assumed was for credit card processing. I didn't mind paying for the full amount upfront. After my appointment, I was told I owed $59. I spoke to the owner, and she said it is salon policy to advertise the service fee but not the fee for products used. She said in the small print online it says "a service fee may be applied". This wasn't a service fee, this was a product fee. She said I should have requested a consultation to ensure I knew the total price. I asked " I have to set up an appointment before my real appointment to know the full price?" She said I could have negotiated the fee while I was at my scheduled appointment. This makes no sense because I didn't know there would be a product fee, but even if I was told there was a product fee, what happens if we can't come to an agreement? Could I just walk out because we couldn't agree on the price and I wouldn't be charged for the 2 hour appointment? I doubt it! What a scam!

Sure enough they did and I was able to easily get scheduled for one. When I arrived I noticed some nice modern decor, quite contemporary in fact. I loved the contrast between the blush pink and the green. I had a great stylist, she did a wonderful head massage during hair washing. Then she was friendly and we chatted a bit, but I also didn't feel like there was pressure to have a conversation the entire time. I ended up with a beautiful look, and had a great experience. She didn't care at all, never asked one question about me and if she talked it was about herself the entire time. When I told her it was too choppy I was told my hair was too thick! She took less than 10 minutes to cut my hair and watched as she haphazardly cut it in pieces quickly without trying to properly layer. Other stylists there were very pleasant with their clients as I overheard them chatting. Perhaps it was a bad stylist pick, but after this its not worth a second pass.
