Only after I paid over 3k (which includes their "super amazing deals") was I informed it would probably take me 13 sessions to be fully hairless. And guess what? That would cost me around another 1.5k. I'm not made of money. I only agreed to them because they promised their lasers were way better than Milan and I would be fully done in 8 sessions. What a scam. "Oh but you get 75% off forever" yea that's still around $400-$800 for what I need. And those prices are only for a Brazilian, underarms and neck and face. I should have just gone to Milan. At least I could have gone how ever many times I needed to see my results properly. Whitney is an amazing tech so none of this is any shade to her, loved her. Just warning you you will probably end up paying much more than you would at Milan for this place. If you have a Milan near you, or any place that offers free trips I would recommend that instead.

I finally came around to making the appointment this past weekend and I'm so glad I did. I had an appointment with Makayla and she was wonderful. Walking into the Brow Edit was calm and relaxing. I loved the ladies at the front desk too, they were friendly and helpful. Makayla greeted me and took me back to the room and pulled up the questionnaire I filled out. I decided to deviate from previous brow looks from the past and opted for something more natural. She explained thoroughly how the process works at The Brow Edit and made sure to answer any questions I had. I also never had my brows mapped out before! When it was time for my appointment a few days later, because I was just about wolf like for my standards, I experienced the same chill easy going vibe walking in this time around too. Makayla had me lay down on the coolest chaise and she started mapping out a natural brow look for me. Once she was done she explained what I need to do moving forward to keep them looking great and to protect the newly waxed skin. I've already booked my maintenance appointment next month to keep the look going. I appreciate the professionalism here as well as the relaxing atmosphere. Sugaring is so much better than the traditional waxing in that her sugar has three natural ingredients and it's so much better for your skin! The interior is beautiful. Whether it's brand new or just incredibly well maintained, everything felt spotless. The space has a modern, upscale aesthetic with soft blush, beige, white, rose gold, and gold tones, plus elegant chandeliers throughout. It also smells amazing the moment you walk in...pleasant and inviting without being overpowering. The biggest standout, though, is the pedicure chairs. They are, hands down, the nicest pedicure chairs I've ever sat in anywhere in Omaha. They reminded me of the kind of chairs you'd find at higher-end spas in larger cities. They're upholstered in a beautiful tan leather (or faux leather), and the built-in massage controls are intuitive and easy to use. Honestly, the chairs alone make this place worth considering if comfort is high on your priority list. I also liked that they don't have walls covered in polish bottles. Instead, you browse through color books with actual painted nail samples and choose your shade by number. It's a much easier way to see what a color will actually look like once it's on your nails. Pedicures start around $40 and go well over $100 depending on the level of service. I chose one of the mid-tier options for $58, which included a sugar scrub and paraffin treatment. Overall, my technician was very kind and friendly, but there were a couple of communication challenges due to a language barrier. She was apologetic, and another employee stepped in to help translate when needed. My biggest area for improvement would be the technique itself. Everything felt very rushed, especially the massage and exfoliation portions. The pressure wasn't necessarily too firm, but the speed of her movements made parts of the service feel more intense than relaxing. I think slowing everything down by even 30-40% would have made a huge difference and turned it into a much more spa-like experience. I tried to ask if she could ease up a bit, but unfortunately that request got lost in translation. Near the end of my appointment, my technician was called away to help with something else, so another technician finished by applying my polish. She did a nice job, and my nails turned out great. One small suggestion would be better communication at the end of the service. We stayed in our pedicure chairs while waiting for our polish to dry because we weren't aware there was a drying station. As we were leaving, I noticed they do have one that can accommodate a couple of guests. It would have been nice if someone had pointed it out so we could have decided whether to use it and get on our way a little sooner. Overall, I had a nice experience and would definitely consider coming back. If you're someone who values a beautiful, upscale environment and wants a pedicure that feels a little more luxurious from the moment you walk in, Milla is worth checking out. And if you remember just one thing from this review, let it be this: no other salon I've visited in Omaha comes close to these pedicure chairs. They genuinely elevate the entire experience.
