These guys know what they are doing! Attic Prime was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, capable, and prompt. I had a slightly tight schedule, but Mike and his crew were prepared to do so much more for me. They told me right off the bat that they always clear away the eave vents as they work so the attic could breathe the way it needed to (and they did). They offered me a choice of insulations but brought to my attention that what they like to use is rated much higher in fire safety and is a rodent-proof material that is so soft and harmless you can roll around in it. This was a relief for me because I have to be up there to replace some wiring soon. After the work was completed the attic now look great and has improved my home's atmosphere. Wanting to improve the EPC of my property I asked The Attic Prime to come and do loft insulation for me. I was delighted with the job as the guys went the extra mile to put insulation in areas of the loft that were difficult to access. Following further consultation, I asked them to do internal wall insulation. A team of workmen arrived who proved to be very capable individuals and the coordination and teamwork were impressive. My requirement of how I wanted the window reveals to be finished was met without any quibbles whatsoever and the finished skim was done with skill. The guys were polite and friendly and kept the time-line. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future. Attic Prime recently did my home. Jacob and Attic Prime crew came out and did my attic properly as it should've been done the first time around. Explained every single question (I had a lot) I had before and during the job. Jacob made sure during the job they were doing the air sealing properly because that's what makes the biggest difference in keeping the cool/heat in the house and so that it doesn't get lost in translation somewhere in in the attic. Your employees should up on time [actually 15 minutes early], and with everything needed. They laid plastic on my floors where they were working, & quickly started work.
