Double Lights Out Burger
Shelby F.

We come here all the time as it's 5 minutes away. We typically get the Franklin biscuit but have branched off on others. That is hands down our favorite and it tastes great! I will say though that sometimes it is overcooked or you get a pretty small piece of chicken. The burger is pretty good that they offer but it does kind of lack flavor a bit and the patty itself could use more seasoning. We have yet to try the pizza here so I can't speak on that part of the menu. Service is patchy here I will say though. We have had waiters and waitresses that either love their job or hate it and the service quality shows. They do have several tvs in here so you can see one no matter what direction you face and they do usually have one with kids cartoons which is nice for those with kids! I do really like this place and will keep coming back!

Half cheese, half green peppers and garlic

Given that it was Mother's Day and my wife doesn't have much patience, we ordered take out from Fat Sully's. Went with one of their manhole sized pizzas, chicken fingers for the kids, and some appetizers and everything was great. The pizza is the highlight of the Atomic Cowboy and with their roasted green peppers and garlic, the entire pie went down in one sitting. Their house salads are solid and traveled well in our takeout bag. Could have gone without the garlic parm fries as there was not really much to them. They have a large covered outdoor seating area, a bar area, and a couple bags setup outside so a good place to grab a drink.

I personally love the White Pizza. This is as good as Big Bill's. I know that is saying a lot but I think it is!

We have been going since we found this place after it opened. It is a great location and has a menu that suits all tastes and a full bar. They have serve-yourself coffee while you wait if there is a line on the weekends. The beers on tap are great and there is lots of variety and the drinks have never disappointed. We have tasted through the whole menu and not found a single thing that we did not love! Great for kids with TVs on and cartoons as well as sports. Lots of seating and very friendly servers!

GIANT PIZZA SLICE!

Atomic Cowboy doesn't serve pizza slices, they serve pizza surfboards. One slice could feed me, my friend, and probably a small village. Absolutely delicious, dangerously cheesy, and the service was so good I almost offered to help wash dishes just to hang out longer. 10/10, would risk carb overload again.

Big ass slice of pizza. Delicious I ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple. This New York style pizza which is my favorite.

NY style bus ass pizza. It's pretty darn good. The original is 26" but they do sell it by the slice.

Denver Biscuit Co for breakfast and Fat Sully's for dinner. What a great first impression for Denver eats. Gotta say everything was BIG! The pizza was huge at 26 inches we were surprised. Thin NY style hit the spot

The Cubano

pretty decent Atomic Cowboy location. we went around mid afternoon since we were craving biscuits. we were seated near the window, and since it was a colder day, the air flow was pretty chilly in the area. I got the Cubano, and it was decently sized for the $14. the garlic biscuit could have been better prepared and the mojo/mustard could have been spread more evenly but taste was decent. it was a bit dry and it came assembled that made it had to eat, so I did have to deconstruct it. overall, not bad.

Lights out burger

Sometime it is a hit or miss but got a burger this time and it was really solid. Seasoned perfect, crunchy and salty pickles, raw onions, melty American cheese, and good smash burger sauce. Service has always been consistent across multiple locations and I like this location because of the patio seating

First time I have ever started a review while at the restaurant. Apparently the computerized order system is down and although the kitchen is fine, they can't seem to write down an order and hand it to the cooks. My guess is they are concerned about being able to run our credit card after the meal and are afraid if the feed us too soon because if the system is still down when we are done we might dine and dash. Our server Jordan (who is great) did keep us updated, but since the stoves, ovens and fryers were still up they should have brought out some sort of appetizer all of us while we waited. Finally we were served. The food was great; love the hash browns! The patio, even though it is in the middle of a parking lot, is very nice. They have lots of greenery around it so it doesn't feel quite so paved. So, great meal as usual, but they could have done a better job with the many customers Who were waiting for food. But that's not on the servers it's on the management. I realize they have no control over the computers/network but maybe they should think about a better plan in case this happens again in the future.

Reviews are mixed. Many highlight the biscuits and gravy, large NY-style pizza, and fun, lively atmosphere. Drinks and friendly service are also appreciated.

This place is a hidden gem! There's a lot of things going for it…read more Drinks- quality and consistency of great drinks. They have an amazing happy hour and a good drink program which specializes in classic cocktails, wine and beer. Every drink reaches a gold standard for the industry. Sunday's is customer appreciation and you get first drink free! Ambience: this place is amazingly clean and comfortable. Plenty of cushy chairs and couches, dimly lit and even though they have TVs, the focus is on a chill playlist and not a blaring sports bar atmosphere. My kinda place! Hospitality: This place shines with their hospitality. Their staff is kind and accommodating- shout out to Arvind the best of the staff! We have come many times with groups and they are usually willing to comp us a drink here and there as a gesture of kindness to the group coming in. You will always be treated well here, is my experience. I will always recommend this place for a chill time and high quality of service!

Yelp's weekly suggestions are some spot-on and timely. Had it not been for one of them I recently…read morereceived, I don't think I would discover this hidden bar. Its overall chicness in a spacious lounge-style room immediately cooled me down once I arrived (on the day I visited after work, the temperature outside was soaring in upper 80's.) The time was around 4:45pm. If I am not mistaken, their happy hour is 3-5pm. I thought I was in the middle of the HH rush but there were still plenty of seatings available and yet the place was nowhere near empty. And yet, I found just the right spot so I would be away from all the chatters emitting from the people mainly sat at the bar. The selections for wine (red and white) as well as the tap beers are quite the variety. During the HH time, the drinks are only $5 for beer on tap, well mules, wells spirits and any wine on tap. For a chic/elegant/upscale place such as this place, this pricing offer is extremely generous. I simply couldn't think of anything other than refreshing cold white wine so after getting a little suggestion from my wonderful waiter, I went with the Angeline Sauvignon Blanc (the regular price is $12 so I saved $7.) As much as I am a wine person, I don't go by the rigid rules. White win should generally be served between 45°F and 55°F (7°C to 13°C) and yet at home I chill my (white) wine in the freezer for a bit so it will be super cold. This is a must for me. And to my surprise, when they served me the Sauvignon Blanc it was pretty close to the super chill temperature I am used to. As if they read my mind, I was quite surprised and happy with the cold crisp white wine. It was a quick stop to have a little "after work" cocktail on the way home so I didn't get any food and yet that crisp chilled white wine I was served instantaneously made me a big fan of this cocktail lounge. When I asked my waiter when the place opened. He said it opened in 2019. I simply couldn't believe it. If it's been around for this long but the fact that I recently heard about it stunned me. And if I am not mistaken, the waiter said that another location is about to open in a different area in the Denver metro. It's nice to know that this business is thriving. Good for them.

It's such a gem, with incredible design inside and really great ambiance. Plus the food is 10/10 and we got to try some Venezuelan food for the first time. Service was good, only one server for a Friday night, so it was somewhat slow, but she was doing her best! Apps. 1. Cachapa: we got this with no meat and wanted to try it plain. The salty cheese was good but super hard to eat as one bite! A bit too buttery and oily for my taste 2. Mini Empanadas: Absolutely loved thus and my favorite was the classic! 3. Tequenos: these are like the mozzarella sticks but NO cheese pull. So good with the Cilantro garlic sauce Arepas: We got the breakfast one and it was okay, just wasn't what we were hoping for.
