I've had the green chili burger and the mushroom and swiss burger. They are delicious... the best part being that they have the impossible burger! Finally I can do a fast food joint with a vegetarian burger! Yes others have some version of vegetarian burgers but so far I haven't been terribly impressed with the flavor or the burger options. The only thing is I wish there was a way to really have all of the burgers in a vegetarian style, I would love to try the jamburger (hello spongebob nostalgia) but unfortunately the jam is premade with bacon in house. read more

I was excited to have more options in the area for quick eats, so I knew I was going to give this place a shot. The first time I came was only the second day they had been open, so I anticipated a long line. At first the line had me in the street and the way the drive through is set up is a little weird to me, but the line moved at a decent pace. I like that the menu is simple and not confusing. I ordered two atomic burger sliders with no an sauce and an order of fries. The young lady who took my order seemed to be a little confused and I thought it was a bit unprofessional how I could here her speaking with her coworkers and expressing her difficulty with placing the order. When I arrived at the window, there was a little mix up because the young man called out the wrong name. I gave him my name and then he charged me and handed me my bag. Good thing I checked before I pulled off because I received the wrong order, but luckily I was charged correctly. I did enjoy my food when I got home and I am a fan of the fries. I returned about a week later to try a milkshake. I got a chocolate shake and was not impressed with the taste and definitely not the size. They could have held the chocolate shavings too. My boyfriend got vanilla, which I should have also gotten because it tasted better. Also, they are definitely not worth $5 each. They just built an atomic burger right next-door to Chick-fil-A on Burbank Drive less than a month ago. The drive-thru will be completed at the end of April 2019. I've heard so much about atomic burger that I couldn't wait to try it. I wasn't super hungry so I ordered two sliders, and order of fries and a Nutella milkshake. The cost is on the pricey side. For one person eating light, my grand total came out to $16. The sliders were OK, there wasn't too much meat on it, but they did the job. The fries were normal, however the fun part with dipping it in the six unique sauces they offer. The first thing you will notice when you walk in if the liquid nitrogen that they used to make their milkshakes. I know it was super futuristic and the milkshake was the best decision I ever made. I definitely recommend them especially for the Nutella Milkshake. It's coming from someone that doesn't normally drink milkshakes. That's saying a lot. read more

Worst place ever! Cant get orders correct to save their lives. Over priced garbage. Save your money and stay away from them

We decided to try this place while moving my daughter into her apartment across the street. We wanted something quick and had never heard of it. It looked super cute when we walked in. The girl at the counter looked a little bored that we were taking a while to try to figure out what we wanted. There were 5 of us. Three teenagers and 2 adults. Two of us got sliders and the others got burgers and some got fries and I got edamame. The bill was $70!!!!! For a fast food burger joint with a drive thru! Best fries ever!!!! I had the veggie burger and the regular atomic burger. Both were good. I really liked the dipping sauce station also.

First time eating at Atomic Burger and it was the best!! Service was great and the burgers were super fresh and tasty! You first go in and decide what type of patty you want, the size (they have sliders) and how many patties/ sliders, then you chose how you want it dressed and you have four options to chose from! They all looked good, so I couldn't decide which one I wanted, so I decided to get two sliders, that way I can try them dressed two different ways! It was so good! Make sure you don't leave without trying a shake, trust me on this. You'll thank me later. read more

This burger was amazing. I always passed by Atomic Burger and wondered how it tastes. And it tastes amazing. I ordered the Jamburger. At first I was just hungry and wanted to try something new. That was the best burger I have ever had. The fries and fluffy like Burger Kings, but they are amazingly seasoned. If I could eat Atomic Burger everyday I would. They also have ketogenic options which is a plus for some. I feel that Atomic Burger is the best burger I have ever tasted!! read more

When AB first opened in BR we would go frequently. One day I really wanted a turkey burger and ended up being on the most horrible decisions I made. I was hospitalized with a horrible case on food poisoning. After leaving the hospital I tried to contact the location and let them know. The Baton Rouge location didn't have a phone so I kept calling the Metairie location. After days of trying to reach someone I finally got a rude person that didn't care what had happened. They didn't take my name, didn't connect me with a manager, or none of the avenues that most restaurants would take. Not only did I receive a hospital bill for close to $2k, I also am terrified to eat burgers and this was months ago. I saw other reviews of people saying the same thing but those seem to have disappeared. Interesting read more

I should have known better than to trust AB sauce without asking what was in it. It has mustard in it which for me is inedible. Hard to want to take a second bite. I suppose if I had ordered without this nasty sauce I would enjoy the burger but it is so overpriced that I won't go back. Both Our Moms and Fat Cow are close by and far superior for the same price. read more

Went to Atomic Burger for a fun Friday evening dinner with husband. Stood in line and waited to order and then sat in freezing cold AC dining area. Husband has dairy allergy and noticed the cauliflower bun option (no further description), told the staff he had an allergy and specified no cheese on burger.....then the burger comes with the cauliflower bun which is made with lots of CHEESE! Took the burger back and asked for a lettuce bun instead...then received a regular bun. Paid way to much for a burger I could have gotten across the street at McDs for much less money. Atmosphere and service do not meet expectations from costs. Also - please specify the cauliflower bun has cheese on the menu board. read more

this is probably the worst drive through , i am a very sweet person and i was trying to gather all my coworkers orders and the girl on the other side of the box kept asking me over and over again keep in mind there was absolutely nobody behind me .... then when i was finally ready to order she kept talking over me and wouldn't even let me finish ... never ever again please teach your employees how to talk to people. food was good but customer service was awful and it takes a lot for me a fellow customer service worker to say something but this was ridiculous. read more

Solid burger! Poblano pepper burger was out the box, quite a bit better than Five Guys

I had to write this review, because for the second time I am disappointed with Atomic burger. First, the burgers and fries are so greasy. The wait is ridiculous. The Drive thru has been closed two of the three times. Two, on another visit there were no Strawberry shakes. After yesterday that was a blessings. The Vanilla shake was good. Third, on yesterday, I wanted a shake so I went by, Drive thru open, ok! No line! Ok! Only ordered the Strawberry shake. Young man friendly, but inattentive. My shake is brought to the area, I am watching, it sat there 2 or 3 minutes, until I waive, making jesters to the guy working Drive thru, he opens window and I ask if that is my shake , he says yes. Slake is mot super cold, not cold, what thee heck! Six dollars for a cup of nasty hot strawberry concoction. So disappointing. I do not understand the hype. This place is consistent in one thing DISSAPPOINTMENT. I won't be back. Please don't waste your time!! read more

Amazing! We've been waiting to go, and we finally did! We had low expectations, so that if it wasn't good, we wouldn't be disappointed, but everything from the fries, to the shakes, to the delicious burgers were AWESOME!! Fairly tasty and pretty good quality meat. Like 5 Guys, Mooyah's and Smashburger, the burgers are exceptionally greasy. Bottom part of my bun looked like it was soaked in water. It must be a trend for places like this not to drain the burgers on a paper towel for a second before placing on the bun. Very pricy in my opinion compared to other options around town.
