I often use Xend for sending stuff I've sold online (since they have cheaper shipping fees for bigger packages, flat rates, and they pick up the package from your doorstep *cough cough* and I'm lazy *cough cough*). But for sending important documents and CD files to my clients, I send them through 2Go. 2Go is more reliable than Xend, and has cheaper rates than LBC, and I guess this is just a personal preference of mine but don't you just love that shade of magenta they use in their branding? It's so refreshing to the eye! Their next-day delivery is really helpful too when I'm in a rush to send important documents. Sometimes I do find it more practical and time-saving to send documents and other stuff via couriers as opposed to bringing them myself to my clients office. Also, it's worth noting that the staff in this 2Go branch are really nice. They're so nice that they even let my dog inside!

It was written in the status that it was out for delivery on 11/15 - failed. Sent an email to customer support and got a reply of assurance that my package will be delivered. Then 11/16 - failed again. So I called them up to ask what was the problem which they couldn't answer and told me to wait for it in the next few days. They asked for my address and contact number again just to make sure that it's right. 11/17 - another delivery attempt failed. I was home the whole day, even received packages from different couriers. 11/19 - another delivery attempt failed. I called them up again to ask for the status and told me to wait for the delivery (no exact date, they said they can't make promises. WTF!?) I don't think they were even trying. 11/22 came i check for status and accdg to their website they brought it back to the sender/warehouse. Talk about incompetence.

That is also the reason why they are swarmed with loyal customers in each of their branches. I hate going for LBC errands because waiting for my turn takes so much time. But when nobody else is available and our deliveries (for business) need to arrive to a certain location the next day, I brave the queues and go to the LBC branch (we only trust the deliveries of our items to LBC) in SM Southmall, since it's the one closest to our house. As expected, the queues are usually long. But this branch is quite impressive because transactions are quick, or quicker than you would expect. The people on the counters were also polite and approachable. I had several inquiries regarding their services, and they willingly answered my questions.

I've never had a bad experience here. Everything is done so efficiently that I never have to worry about my item never reaching its destination. The Alabang Town Center branch made the experience so easy for me that I actually threw away the receipt as soon as I left the place. (Yes, I was that trusting) Great branch, easy to find and no long lines. Kudos!

While admittedly, I prefer the more affordable options when it comes to delivery services, there are some packages that are better left to be handled by the professionals. LBC is the only delivery service company that I trust with important documents and packages. For one, they have a branch in every corner. It's easy to send and receive money or packages as soon as you need them. Secondly, service is always spot on. I have never experienced any delays with my shipments allowing me peace of mind making their higher shipping costs all worth the price.

DHL was always the service that she would use and we never experienced any issues when sending packages abroad. Sometimes, I also still send birthday gifts or special packages to my close friends from all over the world. I don't even think about it, I just go directly to DHL because we have tried and tested their service and efficiency. We never had any problems or issues with any of our packages and sometimes when we are abroad and have over shopped, we would send used clothes and other items via DHL to make more space in our luggage. All the items get to Manila safe and sound just after a few days. Its excellent and well worth the price because at least you are sure your package will arrive safely without issues.
