This review is for LBC New York office. My daughter booked a pick up date a day before her apartment lease was ending and prepaid $500 for boxes to be shipped to the Philippines. On designated date, driver never arrived despite numerous calls to LBC Customer Service throughout the day. "Driver is in the area already." "We have escalated your case and our manager will call you back." "The driver will call you." Lies. They gave his number and my daughter tried calling him but no pick up.The next day, numerous calls, wasted entire day again waiting, same thing. Driver still didn't arrive despite (false) reassurances that he was "near the area." Finally, my daughter cancelled her booking and went to Johnny Air, which proved to be more reliable. P.S. Their riders are known for not attempting a delivery and indicating a false status such as "no payment received" or no one to receive it he package, when in fact no attempt to deliver or contact the receiver was ever made. My experience today with LBC Glorietta 3 branch was way below my expectations. According to their tracking system, the parcel already arrived since 3 days ago and yet when I tried picking it up, the staff said it is not with them yet. Holy crap! And then I was told that it is not their fault that it wasn't delivered to them yet. Okay, so is it my fault or the sender then? Further, I was told to only pick it up upon receiving a text message from them. So what's the use of your tracking system? What if it got lost, will I even get informed? Or should I just wait until forever? LBC, your service is about EXPRESS delivery, parcel or money! Seriously? No sense of responsibility? To add, staff aren't even apologetic and showed no remorse when I was informed that, "it is not our fault if your parcel has not arrived yet!" That's right, I should blame the sender for choosing LBC. Don't worry, that was the first and last business with you, NEVER AGAIN!
