But for sending important documents and CD files to my clients, I send them through 2Go. 2Go is more reliable than Xend, and has cheaper rates than LBC, and I guess this is just a personal preference of mine but don't you just love that shade of magenta they use in their branding? It's so refreshing to the eye! Their next-day delivery is really helpful too when I'm in a rush to send important documents. Sometimes I do find it more practical and time-saving to send documents and other stuff via couriers as opposed to bringing them myself to my clients office. They asked for my address and contact number again just to make sure that it's right. 11/17 - another delivery attempt failed. I was home the whole day, even received packages from different couriers. 11/19 - another delivery attempt failed. I called them up again to ask for the status and told me to wait for the delivery (no exact date, they said they can't make promises. WTF!?) I don't think they were even trying. 11/22 came i check for status and accdg to their website they brought it back to the sender/warehouse. Talk about incompetence.

About an hour or so later, they printed my tarp and it was ready. They even sold me an x-stand so my 5-foot tarp would say secure in the background. They do work on a lot of other tarps, but I often get my stuff either within the day or early the next day. I also noticed that the print quality is really good and there's no weird smell. I've tried other large format printers before discovering them and I often have problems with the way the tarp smells for the first few hours. I've never had that problem with them. Plus, the people who work there are really nice. They will always be my main supplier for tarps.

That is also the reason why they are swarmed with loyal customers in each of their branches. I hate going for LBC errands because waiting for my turn takes so much time. But when nobody else is available and our deliveries (for business) need to arrive to a certain location the next day, I brave the queues and go to the LBC branch (we only trust the deliveries of our items to LBC) in SM Southmall, since it's the one closest to our house. As expected, the queues are usually long. But this branch is quite impressive because transactions are quick, or quicker than you would expect. The people on the counters were also polite and approachable. I had several inquiries regarding their services, and they willingly answered my questions.

I initially contacted their sales representative via email for some price quotes for a project I was working on. He was very helpful in explaining the different types of paper I could print on and the size options that would best fit my budget. After finalizing the design, I sent the finished pdf file to him via email. I don't know how many back and forth emails I sent but the response was always quick! Later on, they were the same printing services who printed my wedding invitations. They looked uh-mazing! The quality was excellent and the colors were so vibrant. What I appreciated is that they sent me proof samples before printing the whole batch just to be sure that there would not be any color matching issues. Also, I love how they involve their clients in their business. When they had the unveiling of their new printers, I was invited to their shop to see how the machines work. They now have paper cutting machine that will slice through reams of paper. They have a die cutting machine and a machine that prints gold and silver ink (super new to me!). If you're sending a postcard, the last time, it cost me Php20. It's more expensive by a few pesos, but at least you don't have to go to the post office and it's a lot cheaper than sending it by LBC. It just takes a bit longer to receive the postcard though. This little stall can also make photocopies of your documents. You don't also have to deal with the long lines 'cause few people come here. Sometimes, I'm in a rush and I'm too lazy to buy load in cards where I have to scratch of the protective covering to reveal some numbers. When I'm that lazy, I pass by this shop, tell them how much I need and the lady sends me the load.
