A few days ago, I decided to cheer my friend up by sending her some postcards and paper through LBC. I went to this branch as soon as the mall opened. In fact, I was the first customer there.
Sending a small package costs Php80. I had to pay Php115 for mine. The lady told me that if I had let her fold the paper and the postcards, I could be paying Php80, but since I didn't want her to fold it, I ended up paying Php115. That was fine. Really appreciated the fact that she took time to explain why I was paying a higher fee than I expected.
If you're sending a package out, don't forget to have the correct address and a phone number or mobile number of the person you're sending the package to. Also, when the LBC staff ask you to write your address and the recipient's address on the sticker form, make your handwriting big. read more
