Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do not use them. No one answers their email, FB page, text messages or phone numbers. I had been trying to reach them for almost a week to no avail. At one point, I was on hold for 1.5 hours, until I finally just hung up.
They have an admin called Lyza, who handled the communication with me so poorly. I needed an urgent follow up of a COD package that they delivered for my consignee, but did not collect the money. She left me waiting for more than 15min on the phone, and when she got back on the line I hung up accidentally. I called back immediately and numerous times after. She simply refused to pick up. I called her and other admin staff numbers many other times that week. No one answered. Lyza herself would drop the call as it rang.
I had to go to their office myself to follow up.
It's really such a shame. The pickup is great, deliveries are usually on time although sometimes it has delays. And remittance of COD is on time. But their customer support is the worst I've experienced. read more
