Last stay, we were gone for 8 days, originally supposed to be 6 but life happens, so I called and asked for an extension, and it was no problem. During Dude's stay, I got "Bark Mail" with pictures and updates on how he was doing. And when I picked him up, was given his "report card", which was such a cool idea. After a 5 nights stay, my poor dog smells really bad, has been…read morecrying since I picked her up for 2 straight hours, lost a lot of weight, and now has fleas on her. No leftover food or treats were returned to me because then I could have seen how much she had been fed, which couldn't have been much by how much she's lost! I asked to see where she was staying when we dropped her off because I paid for a "deluxe suite," and they refused and referred me to photos on their website. They claimed people walking through there get the dogs barking. So are your employees invisible then? Because they have to walk through there. Those photos on their site could have been from anywhere! I guess they aren't washing bedding between pets either, or my dog wouldn't have fleas because she had none when I dropped her off! She wouldn't have smelled so bad either. She doesn't play with other dogs, or go to dog parks, so there is no chance from getting fleas that way. This place used to be a LOT better than it is now. And the smell when you walk in the door will knock you over. Never smelled that bad when we used them before and that was in the heat of the summer! Also, it was really hot in there this morning when it was only 65 outside so it's not even kept cool for the pets. It's supposed to be climate controlled. So, disappointed in this place! Idk if they are under new management or what because we haven't used them since 2024, but my dog will NEVER stay there again. My daughter's cat also unfortunately stayed there in a "deluxe suite". It's nothing more than a small cage she is kept in like at a shelter. There's NOTHING deluxe about it. I specifically asked them to leave her travel crate with her because my daughter put a shirt in there that smells like her to comfort the cat, when I picked her up they got the travel crate from a storage room and the shirt was still in it. This cat loves her travel crate and when the guy handed her to me in it he said, "she hates the crate". No, she loves it! She lays in it in my daughter's apartment during the day sometimes because it comforts her. Idk what they did but she was acting like she didn't want to be in it at all! She meowed the entire way home. She had been silent on the ride there to drop her off though. The cat smelled bad, too. So, we paid a fortune for them to neglect our animals, and not do what we asked, and refused to let me see where my dog was staying (suspicious), and charged me for a "deluxe suite" (crate) to keep the cat in. Complete sham! Why is it so hard to find a place that will take good care of your pets for you when you have to travel?! Lastly, I got pictures of our dog every day and she looked sad in all of them. But my daughter only got any photos of her cat the last day she stayed there. Pretty sure that was the only time they let her out of that crate! I don't trust these ppl and my babies will NEVER stay there again!

This was our first time boarding our dog and we were pretty nervous and nervous for him because he…read morecan get very anxious. Upon pulling into the facility we noticed it was well gated and liked the privacy screens on the fence so the dogs in care wouldn't go bizerk when we pulled up causing a distraction to the whole place. The lobby smelled clean and had a faint homey cinnamon smell which was comforting (A main priority for us was the smell cause it really tells you a lot about the care of that makes sense) We explained that he didn't do well with other dogs in the past, has pollen allergies since we're still adjusting to San Antonio, and that he had some anxiety medication in case he needed it. Turns out he gets along with other dogs very well and made many friends! He also was able to play and tolerate outdoors much better, and he didn't need his meds the last few days of his stay. Huge improvement! We highly appreciate that they offered 24/7 webcams and believe me, we checked in VERY often. I loved that they sent us pictures and messages daily keeping in communication. We feel the care our pup received was excellent and we will definitely will bring him back anytime we need to board him. Staff is extremely nice and Ariel did a great job on his grooming! I like the fact that health is first and foremost and they have a detailed questionnaire to make sure your dog is healthy and up to date on everything they need! Then before and during drop off, they ask questions about your dogs habits to better understand them! The place is beautiful- the lobby is so pretty that we would be happy staying there! They have lots of play space and they work with your pup to find the best group to socialize them with. I also loved the daily pics which was a nice touch! There are different sized rooms and lots of options to customize such as play time, frozen treats, CBD treats etc! Loved that. The staff are lovely and our puppy seemed so happy here! Will definitely return - already planning his future visits here! Love this place and feel happy leaving our pup in their care !

We have three pups. 1 Shihtzu, 1 Maltese and the other is half Shihtzu half Maltese. They are all females and are never around anyone but is since we work from home. Our girls are comfortable and the groomers do a great job! No dogs over 30lbs so my tiny ones aren't scared by the others bigger dogs.

Thank goodness for Pet Town because not only did they take our new puppy on the spot but they had her done in a an hour with a big pink bow. The only downside is they don't take dogs over 20 pounds and our puppy is already 12 pounds so I guess we will need to find another place in the near future. Oh and a tip...bring Cash..they don't take cards. :)

Just plan for that and it'll be ok. After coming here for years I finally asked about all the extra charges and the staff got very angry and defensive. I was told all hotels charge 3 days for a 2 night visit.. the day you arrive, the middle one and pick up day.. why am I suprised. (that really happened). I actually tried to make clear it wasn't a money thing and offered to pay double just so we could have a discussion about all the charges but even that didn't work. :) Just plan on $100-$120 a day and if they offer you a bathing or grooming session know that is going to cost the price of the Bathing AND an additional day charge for the dog staying late to have to done. (again.. double) I think its that they list a "lodging" charge but then also have a "Spa" charge so you're paying separately for the day and the nights but thats not really disclosed anywhere and they don't want to explain any of the prices or how they got there.
