I think she left with like 2-3 bags full of the dogs poop. She worked with efficiently and with purpose. We also chose to have the yard deodorized. We decided to do this as I had recently started spending more time in the backyard doing little projects and it smelled horrible; then I thought if I didn't like the smell and it was caused by my dogs, then I could only wonder how my neighbors felt. Two weeks ago, was my first encounter with them. The appointment was changed 4 times without a request from me. They have a cancellation policy requiring the client to give 24 hours notice. That seems a bit unfair since they give no more than a 20 minute notice by email. My first appointment was changed 3 times and todays appointment was changed 4 times, by email. I've been sitting here all day waiting. I'm sure I can find another company who will offer a military discount. I would be willing to pay a bit more for someone to actually show up. Please don't waste you time hiring this company. .

She's always on time or let's me know if she's running early or late. Her prices are reasonable & she takes the time necessary to help you pet feel at ease. She takes suggestions very well. She wasn't quite ready for my cat a couple of years ago when she first came over to trim. She thought that an Elizabethan Collar would work for Freya. So, I grabbed a small blanket & tossed over the cat. I picked her up, covered my cats face & held her on my lap. And Holly could safely trim Freya's "murder mittens"!
