In my opinion their customer service was the worst I have experienced . I will not buy from them again. This harness was perfect for her since it leaves most of her fur exposed without covering it up. The leather and the hardware is such high quality; People are always stopping us to ask us where we had gotten such a beautiful leather harness for the dog; you can immediately see the quality of leather which is this made from. We noticed that another website who sells it cheaper had complaints because the hardware on those cheaper leather harnesses fell apart. We tried Petco and other online distributors but our dog always was able to chew the fabric or plastic harness on her apart. With this heavy leather and hardware - it has been impossible for her to chew it as she had done with cloth or plastic harnesses. What a life saver! Because with the cloth or plastic harnesses we did not realize that she had chewed up the harness and the cheap harness tore away and the dog was off and running. So no we do not worry about her being able to chew her way out of this heavy leather harness. The only drawback was that we had to take it to the shoe repair place to get more holes put in where the body straps were because it was too big for her body. Thank you again for making such great quality leather! Update - the custom harness we received in black leather has rubbed off onto our white dog. Thus making us very unhappy. They stated that we can return it and they would take off the residue of dye which would not rub off onto our white dog; or they can send us the remover and we could do it. I am still a fan - but this black dye rubbing on to the white dog is not making us happy - but they are willing to take care of the problem. Now we need to find the leather harness to send back - my 85 years old mother does not know where she put it so that we could send it back :(

The majority of the time, this location will have everything you need for your pet. From food to…read moretoys to cleaning supplies to medication, you can count on this location to have whatever you need in stock. On top of that, they have very reasonable prices, and if you are a petco rewards member, you will get additional savings and reward points for every dollar you spend there (or any petco location). I would recommend buying online and using the in store pick up option, as prices listed online are usually a few $$ less than what is listed in store. The only issue with buying online, and we've run into this problem before, is that sometimes the website will incorrectly state an item is in stock but the store does not have it. You'll only get notified after you checkout that the item isn't available. You won't get charged, but it can be inconvenient if you are buying items that you need right away. Besides the product and prices, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And for a store that probably has a lot of pet traffic, they are always very clean and tidy.

She was rude and dismissive. She literally told me, "it's not that much of a difference." In this economy every little bit helps. Every other cashier has honored the mistake in previous weeks. The wrong price has been listed for a while now. They honor online price differences so why wouldn't Makayla honor the incorrect price on the shelf? Update - submitted a complaint to corporate and received a coupon for this inconvenience. I'll get my cat's food delivered going forward so I don't have to deal with that horrible cashier again.
