Autumn truly brought out his handsome personality, and my kids were SO excited to see their "doggy brother" looking fresh, fluffy, and oh-so dapper. Autumn went above and beyond, and we could feel the love and care she put into every detail. I'm so thankful we found her, and we'll definitely be coming back. Each time we fall in love with another breed. We bought our Old English Sheepdog from here and she has been amazing. BUT beware, if you cant decide the first day this store gets a lot of foot traffic and chances are the pup will be sold the following day. Though not a large selection, what was there was very healthy. The sales associate who assisted me also provided great customer service. She spent time making general conversation and also sharing important information about the fish I purchased. I really appreciated her going the extra mile and bringing out a new shipment of a live aquarium plants so that I could look for a specific specimen. Thank goodness for Pet Town because not only did they take our new puppy on the spot but they had her done in a an hour with a big pink bow. We couldn't be happier with the service,,,everyone was soooo nice and our puppy was clean and bug free. The only downside is they don't take dogs over 20 pounds and our puppy is already 12 pounds so I guess we will need to find another place in the near future. Oh and a tip...bring Cash..they don't take cards. :)
