Fantastic service!!! What a difference from other services tried…read more For history, we have been having our yard cleaned bi-weekly for the last couple of years with a different service, but they were always spotty at best - didn't show sometimes and didn't clean well others. We decided to try a new service and started using Pawfect early this year in May. For a better price, we have gone to weekly service. Plus the service is a 10 out of 10! We get timely communications, consistent on-time service, and great follow-up and text/photos of the service performed. Even better, is how thorough they are with the yard and making sure they get everything. We have three older dogs and it is important to us to make sure we are keeping their environment clean and we don't like to have to dodge a yard full of "bombs". After trying other services, we would recommend Pawfect to all of our family and friends.

I think she left with like 2-3 bags full of the dogs poop. She worked with efficiently and with purpose. We also chose to have the yard deodorized. We decided to do this as I had recently started spending more time in the backyard doing little projects and it smelled horrible; then I thought if I didn't like the smell and it was caused by my dogs, then I could only wonder how my neighbors felt. So I looked to the professionals at Oh Crap to help me out. Best decision I've made in a while. Highly recommend.

Gerrit is such a natural with my feathered family (and they are a finicky bunch)! Finally, I love that my pets get to stay in the familiarity of home and have the care come to them. They are the very best!

From the first meet and greet session, we knew our dog Ghost was going to be fast friends with Gerrit. Every day, Ghost waited eagerly by the door for his buddy to arrive for their daily walk. Gerrit always treated Ghost like family, giving him the time he needed to sniff the flowers, a treat when he returned, a clean water bowl, and lots of belly scratches. After the walk, we would always receive a nice little summary of the walk accompanied by awesome photos (examples below). In the rare instance Gerrit couldn't be there, Eric and the rest of the MetroPup team could be counted on to fill in. Never did we have to scramble to find a last-minute walker or worry about putting our pup in the hands of a complete stranger. The app they use (Time To Pet) makes scheduling appointments, communicating with the team, and receiving photos of the walk a breeze. I have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending Metro Pup to anyone who needs a dog walker in San Antonio. As we move away, I know that Ghost is going to miss his buddy and we will miss the peace of mind that Metro Pup provided.

However once I did receive a response surprisingly they had available weekend appointments within the same week! I received a text about 20mins before the appointment letting me know they were en route. Once arrived Sydney came to the door, explained the process and took the first pup to the van. Once the first pup was finished she came back with the cutest Thanksgiving scarf around her neck and she smelled sooooo clean. The second pup received a haircut and came back with the same bandana and the same clean smell. Then to my surprise, I received two of the cutest pics through text message of my pups looking happy and ready for Turkey Day!!! There are many discounts and upgrades offered so don't forget to ask!

This dog has gotten me on the ban list from groomers in the past so I was ready to get kicked out of Southern Spaw, relocate, and try again at another groomer. After today experience, I'm pleased to say that they're not kicking me out. They trimmed AND buffed Lily's nails in less than 5 minutes, and she was wagging her tail when she came out to me. I'm happy and confident in knowing that the staff here is experienced enough to take on even difficult cases. I will continue to come here for all of my dogs and I can't say enough how much of appreciate them taking the time needed to make sure Lily was comfortable.

They just need current Rabies Shot records from your vet and they are good to stay there. You'll just need to set up an appointment for availability. I was glad that they had availability last minute and they were there for about a week. We missed them alot but, my husband was in the hospital for a week or less. The employees also asked if they had a certain type of food that they eat and if they do, I brought their food for them so that they aren't eating something that they aren't used to. They are very accommodating with the food we gave them for our two Dachshunds. I am Recommending this Cowboy Kennels and they are located off the 281S & Basse Rd.

She's always on time or let's me know if she's running early or late. Her prices are reasonable & she takes the time necessary to help you pet feel at ease. She takes suggestions very well. She wasn't quite ready for my cat a couple of years ago when she first came over to trim. She thought that an Elizabethan Collar would work for Freya. So, I grabbed a small blanket & tossed over the cat. I picked her up, covered my cats face & held her on my lap. And Holly could safely trim Freya's "murder mittens"! Holy now uses this trick with other grumpy cats!
