We decided to try a new service and started using Pawfect early this year in May. For a better price, we have gone to weekly service. Plus the service is a 10 out of 10! We get timely communications, consistent on-time service, and great follow-up and text/photos of the service performed. Even better, is how thorough they are with the yard and making sure they get everything. We have three older dogs and it is important to us to make sure we are keeping their environment clean and we don't like to have to dodge a yard full of "bombs". Two weeks ago, was my first encounter with them. The appointment was changed 4 times without a request from me. They have a cancellation policy requiring the client to give 24 hours notice. That seems a bit unfair since they give no more than a 20 minute notice by email. My first appointment was changed 3 times and todays appointment was changed 4 times, by email.
