Alberto was amazing on time and everything he promised he did and then some. Great price with quality service with a smile. Thank you, Alberto read more

We had an issues with our garage not closing and getting stuck. We called a garage door repair company and he told us we needed to replace the tracks, frame, the door, and opener. We wanted a second opinion. A friend referred us to Atlas Overhead Doors. Alberto was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came out and said that we only needed to replace the opener since it is dying. He got it to work again and said it will likely malfunction again. He charged us barely anything for the quick temporary fix. Fast forward a few months later, he was right. The garage opener malfunctioned again. He came out right away after we contacted him. He gave us a great price to install a new opener (MyQ chamberlain) which came with its own tracks. He did it the same day. His price was unbeatable. Wish we could give him more than 5 stars. Rarely can you find someone so honest, with excellent customer service, and pricing that can't be beat. read more

After a recent storm, power to my garage doors went out despite nothing being tripped in my breaker box. And due to the garage design, there was no other way into the garage other than through the garage doors. And there was no mechanism by which to manually open them from the outside - other than the keyfobs that didn't work (they had batteries replaced so they weren't the problem). Enter Alberto who devised a solution - both for getting the garage doors open AND to ensure I had the ability to open them again (from the outside) in case of a future power outage. His cost was very reasonable, and after getting one of the doors open (that took about ten minutes of "fishing") he was quick to install a new unlocking mechanism. We tested the final product and everything worked brilliantly. I even decided to purchase a new, more powerful (range-wise) garage door fob from him - one that matched the brand of the openers vs a universal controller. His professional demeanor was top-tier. We had great banter during his time working here. And he was quick. Though I hope to not have another lockout issue like this again, if I did have to hire him all over again I would do so in a heartbeat. read more

Atlas Overhead Doors just finished my installation. I had one of the last remaining single panel doors in the neighborhood. They did an amazing job. Removed the old door and lift, installed track and opener, trimmed and sealed. It was a lot of work dealing with the support beam. I couldn't be happier with the price compared to other bids I had received. A+ look no further for your garage door needs. read more

Had an issue with my garage door on Friday and gave Alberto a last-minute call that evening. He gave me a more than fair price and squeezed me in first thing Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule. Alberto followed through on everything he said and then some. He also doesn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs or parts like most big-name companies do. Very professional, punctual, and efficient. I highly recommend giving him a call for any garage door needs. I will be using his services from here on out. read more

Alberto has resolved my garage door issues on 2 occasions now. Each time he responded promptly (even coming out first thing on a Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule), was friendly and professional, and had my door back up and running in no time. He offered welcomed advice and instructions on what to do should my ~30 year old springs fail (which they inevitably did) and taught me how to properly adjust my sensors to avoid false trips. Found Atlas on YELP with all 5 Star ratings. Well I will continue his 5 Star streak for the following reasons: Called Alberto this AM to share my garage door issue. He said he would be able to work me in and arrived as promised a few hours later. Turns out he was working years ago for another company and he was the original installer of this very large and heavy garage door. Needed to replace the "trolley" that rides in rail and lifts the door. Alberto got to work and was finished in 30 minutes. Door works great again. So 5 Stars = Fast , quality service, and great prices Will use in the future for sure Thanks ! read more

Best customer service ever!!!! Garage door torsion spring broke and needed replacement. Called couple repair man and Alberto gave me the cheapest quote so i had to schedule it right away. While on the phone trying to get scheduled, i asked him how soon can he come out and without hesitation he told me that he can be at my house in the afternoon on the same day. Got another call from him around noon confirming that he will be at my house between 4:00pm - 5:00pm and sure enough, this guy was on my driveway right on time that he promised and ready to fix my garage door. In his exact word, he said, "I can't leave you like this, bro. You know what? Imma hook you up. I'll fix everything for free" - Best customer service ever!!!!
