After they quote you and the work is done, but your system still does work, they complain about under quoting you, as though it's your fault. They act as though they're doing you a favor, after they've collected the money "they" quoted you. It's a result of a lack of integrity and as a young company, they need to know how to trouble shoot an issue, instead of blaming the customer. I was told there was a leak and that they would be happy to replace it or "lease" me a new one, from the sales guy who happened to be there at the same time. I talked to my brother, the next day, who talked to Allan & Rogers and they had Josh come out, almost immediately, that day. Josh took a look, and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. He said that 2 capacitors I had in the system were almost completely dead, and that he replaced them. After getting the AC blowing again, Josh checked the temperature of the air coming out of the vents, using some fancy laser range finder thingy (it's a Laser Infrared Thermometer. I looked it up.), and verified it was working properly. Josh was very pleasant to talk to and did a great job! I called the company after he left and initiated their basic maintenance plan right then. It is difficult to find companies you can trust. I think Allan &Rogers is one of them. Of note - Their maintenance plans have a monthly or yearly price. The monthly, added all together, is the yearly price! No interest! Now THAT is NICE!
