I originally reached out 7 months ago I was having issues with my drain field toilets backing up I…read morepaid four times in a year to have my septic tank emptied. Not one of those times was it ever brought to my attention that there was water coming out and that I had a leak. I paid a month in advance in full cash $5,220 to have a drain feald installed. It took a month from the time of payment. And took 2 weeks for them to do the job and I've tried to call back multiple times because there were things that were not done correctly. One of the crew members Glenn pointed out there was a leak but slow leak but there was a leak which would slowly fill up my tank faster and would kill my drain field which is probably what led to my drain field going bad it was a simple as just getting a toilet valve replaced which is what the cause was. If it had been brought to my attention by other Woody's employees it could have been taken care of sooner and I wouldn't have paid for three other times the tank needed to be pumped because it would not have filled up. They would come and go start staying an hour or two and then go to other jobs there was no consistency when working my front yard was a complete mess. No one ever came out to explain the job doing a walk-through nothing there was no communication except from the one employee and it was very short but at least it was informative information I was given as far as what not to do with a septic tank but the layout was never explained to me.inspection needed to be done by the health department when the health department came out the excellent from where the tank goes into the drain field the masonry work that was done was done wrong and it failed when I tried to call the office to talk with somebody regarding what had happened I was given to Catherine Barrian when I tried to talk with her letting her know hey I had called a plumber the first plumber told me there was no League however the second plumber found it and fix the issue I was trying to communicate with her because when the guys came back to do the next cement job they needed to know that there is no leak and they could proceed with going forward she was extremely rude to me her demeanor was as if I was bothering her because she didn't want to hear she didn't have time she was the properties organization manager I asked to speak with the owner Rocky that is her husband I was told he was not available. The following day the gentleman Glenn came out he did a very good job I will say doing the cement work he did an excellent job it looked very clean and very professional unlike the previous time the work was done by another individual the first time. I still had some questions Rocky did reach out to me he says there was anything I needed to call I've had to call back a few times the last day which was yesterday they filled up the drain field and they raked and they left a huge mess in the roadway I called there was a exposed pipe I didn't even know what it was the other pipes never got covered and they dug up the water line that wasn't covered back up my husband called and I called and when he spoke with Carrie she said somebody would come out and go over the property today they came out they picked up the roadway and nobody ever came to explain the job I will say Carrie is a very sweet individual she's very kind and very patient she's a great listener and she's informative when I had concerned she stated that she would have them addressed in all fairness after speaking with Carrie most of the time my concerns were met I'm still disappointed for the fact I spent a lot of money and I paid up front I'm a little concerned and I hope that the job holds up they told me this job should last about 17 years and as long as they maintenance it there's a warranty. I have reached out and I hope that somebody will return my call and let me know the on the other thing that I have an issue with is that the trap that one of the employees remove the top off and never put it back on is still uncovered I will say as far as customer service goes there's only a select few people that are performing satisfactory. Granted I've had a few interactions with some of the crew guys but you have to remember they work in the hot sun it's a very strenuous job there's a lot of work that goes in it and I get if you have to wait between jobs for inspections so you should at least let the customer know what's going on and keep them informed you know I have two autistic children and that whole was out there for 2 weeks and I had to hire somebody to help me watch my kids and I wasn't able to do anything out front which is okay but at least call someone and let me know him is Bonner I just wanted to let you know we're almost finished but these are the steps please be patient because we are working to try and get this complete for you number one should always be customer service no matter how good of a company you are if your customer service sucks

DO NOT USE DIXIE'S SEPTIC -- YOU'VE BEEN WARNED…read more I don't normally write reviews, but this company earned every word of this one. I contacted Dixie's for a leach field estimate. They told me the owner was out sick and would follow up. Instead, a week later, I received a vague $6,500+ estimate via email--no site visit, no discussion, just a generic message with shady disclaimers like "not responsible for damage to pavers." That language doesn't belong in an estimate email--it belongs in a contract--and even then, it's a massive red flag. Despite my gut saying to walk away, I gave them a chance. I told them my driveway is fully paved, the property is gated, and we have dogs. There's no way anyone could access the site without contacting me. They insisted the owner had come out--physically impossible. Still, I agreed to move forward with a basic tank cleanout in the meantime. That's when the real problems began. They sent out two guys who clearly didn't know what they were doing. They couldn't figure out how to run their hoses (this is supposed to be their job), started pumping for 10 minutes, and then told me the truck was full. They packed up and left--leaving my septic tank completely open, hose dangling, unsecured and exposed. Yes, I have this all on camera. And yes, I'm actively looking into whether this violates environmental or health codes. Open septic tanks are a public health and safety risk--plain and simple. While I'm still reviewing the applicable regulations, it's worth noting that Florida law and environmental codes treat unguarded or improperly secured septic systems as potential health violations. If there are penalties or reporting requirements here, I will pursue them. Hours later, a second truck arrived, pumped quickly, closed the tank, and drove off without confirming a single thing with me. That night? My house backed up--sinks, toilets, everything. Turns out, they never fully pumped the tank. When I called to report the issue, I was screamed at by a woman calling herself "80-year-old Aunt Jane," who barked into the phone: "WHO IS THIS AND WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" Eventually, someone returned. And sure enough, the tank was still half full. The waste had dried along the walls--no backflush, no line clearing, just laziness. I asked them to flush the interior lines to finish the job (a standard part of professional service), and they said that's "just a courtesy." Everything with this company is an excuse. And then it got worse. That night, while walking my dog, I discovered my custom steel gate post--a remote-controlled, solid metal post embedded in concrete--had been ripped out of the ground. Not bent, not scratched--ripped out. Sure enough, my cameras caught their truck backing straight into it, then the driver trying to jam it back into place to hide the damage. I called to report the damage--they denied it. Then I told them I had video evidence. Only then did they admit the truth and say they'd cover the cost. I sent them the estimate, and since then it's been nothing but games, delays, and more avoidance. I want to make this perfectly clear: I have full video surveillance of everything. Every truck. Every interaction. Every lie. Anyone who doubts this is welcome to request the footage. It's all there. Also, Florida Statute §316.061(1) makes it a criminal offense to damage property with a vehicle and leave the scene without informing the property owner. That's exactly what their driver did--and it only came to light because I had cameras. We've given Dixie's every opportunity to make this right. They've chosen deception, negligence, and outright disrespect instead. We are pursuing every available avenue to report and warn others--public reviews, consumer protection complaints, state and local authorities, and beyond. And yes, I am actively investigating any and all additional violations they may have committed by leaving the tank open and failing to secure the site properly. If you care about your property, your time, or your sanity--DO NOT use Dixie's Septic.

From inside we heard alot of hard banging , thought he was going to bust something. Neighbors heard as well and was watching. He was using our fencing post that we had lying against our house to use for the banging inside the massive whole he dug out in our yard. Stole our brand new shovel from our yard and never was returned. Called office about these issues Joan who answered was trying to beat around the bush and was rude. Sent over another employee of theres to see what was done. He couldn't believe what he saw. Loose huge rocks laying there on top of the soil he dug up and scattered everywhere. Returned a shovel a few days later that was old and not ours . Nothing but a week long headache with this company and we have lived here for 30 years . NEVER EVER EVER will use them again. Just wanted to share our experience.
