Takeout game ON POINT. Everything ran smoothly and seamlessly, and the food was all delicious. Highly recommend for takeout during COVID-19. No call ahead, you park and order at the table. All salads and pre-prepared foods from their regular online menu are available.

Atlantic Seafood is the best! Their fish is always fresh and delicious! The staff is so wonderful! We came in literally one second before close and they couldn't have been more gracious. We come weekly to order swordfish or salmon, tonight we grabbed both plus some steamers. For one pound of salmon, one pound of swordfish, four pound and a half pounds of steamers the total was $70. It is worth every penny! The fish is always the best cut and so fresh. I love Atlantic seafood which is why we come so often! Love them! Special shout out to the wonderful staff!!!

Nice selection of some real quality seafood. Prices are very high. Staff is real friendly. Fresh bread, cheeses, caviar, soups. Wasn't impressed with the $15 lobster roll. Roll was soggy, and the lobster had almost no flavor. Specialty gourmet and hard to find items available. Seasonings, pasta, some organic produce, Marinades. Worth a stop.

Dover Sole was amazing! Can't wait to try the cod. Will definitely try again. Lobster claws look interesting.

It's been a while since I've been here, but this little seafood shack has never done me wrong. I pulled in just after 1:00 PM on a Monday afternoon and the order line at the window was steady. The staff were cheerful and moved us guests along quickly. I put in the order for some Rhode Island clam chowder and six clam fritters. I also ordered a birch beer. Within 10 minutes, my order was ready at the pick up counter. I found my way to one of the open and very clean tables inside the restaurant. At first glance, the clam chowder looked way too rich, almost New England style (white and thick) I kind of sighed a little bit and felt a little disappointed. But once I stuck that spoon into the chowder, that thickness seemed not that important. The clams were generously portioned, some small, some large, some nice and chewy, along with a great flavored broth and some small diced white potatoes. This was deliciousness at its best. Simple with that by the sea scent and flavor. This could be one of the best clam chowders I've had yet in Connecticut. The six clam fritters were good, yet a bit greasy. The fritter dough itself was delicious, but I would've liked a little bit more clams in the fritters. I didn't like the tartar sauce on the side, so I went to the counter and got some cocktail sauce. This is what should be served in my opinion with the fritters. I loved this combination, and I definitely would order this again as an appetizer. The birch beer was delicious. I think it was on tap so I don't know the brand. Again, I would order this again. For a little drive in that is a bit antiquated, the cleanliness is on point. I didn't check the restroom though. When going through Old Saybrook, this would be great consideration for a quick lunch.

I should have went somewhere else because the lobster roll wasn't that great. The Food: 1/4lb Hot Buttered Lobster Roll- Where do I begin, first the lobster itself didn't offer a lot of flavor, second there was this weird artificial butter flavor like how you get butter from the movie theater, it was so strange it almost tasted like a weird cheese sauce which I wasn't a fan of, third I didn't care for the bread. It was toasted but it was toasted with so much butter, I feel if i squeezed the roll, butter would of oozed out like if I squeezed a sponge. The sauce covering the lobster was a thick white sauce, it almost looked like they tossed the lobster meat with the chowder then added to the bun. The lobster roll came off incredibly rich and heavy, after eating it, I felt I needed soda or a pickle to cut the richness. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=bwm5DvpNdSEKtNiD24hT-g New England Clam Chowder- This was excellent. I thought the chowder had so much flavor and good amount of clams, I really enjoy this a lot but $8 was kind of a lot. Fried Cheese Curds- Fried Wisconsin squeaky cheese with chipotle aioli. I really liked these, these would go perfect with beer, these were fried well, had an awesome chew and flavor, the chipotle aioli was excellent with these. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=l1vGrABsKxpXqbEQPHWYXw
