I don't think Breezeline as a whole is a bad company, but for what we pay, the service could definitely be better. The biggest issue has been with customer service and technician support. I've spent hours on hold or waiting for a callback, which is incredibly frustrating. When a technician finally came out, he was unwilling to go under the house to complete the work, so the issue wasn't fully resolved. Living in a rural area doesn't leave us with many internet options, so we're pretty much stuck. I just wish the level of service matched the price we're paying. read more

I called Breezeline / state VA / for 4 days to make cancellation and waiting on the line for several hours at a time, but no one answered throughout those four days. It appeared as though your company did not want to discuss the subject of cancellation. bad customer service and very high price for internet , many people in my Loc. do cancel Breezeline service . i want to cancel , but i still can't talk with customer service .couldnt get through to them . very bad customer service . 5/2026 read more

This is the absolute worst int service I've ever experienced. Unfortunately Breezeline is the only internet provider in my area. I have to reset my modem at least seven times a day and call them at least twice a day. This service is overpriced and completely does not work. Customer service closes at 9 pm and you are without internet until the following day. read more

Breezeline provides abysmal cable service. Today, mt cable has been out.twice. for three solid hours. this is a daily occurrence and my only option is to get on the phone, spend an hour of my time being told to go reset my box, and it still not working. I PAY FOR THIS PRIVELEDGE. How are these clowns still in business? read more

My girl-friend is 79 years old and not very computer savvy ... When we watched TV, the TV constantly buffered (interuptions to down load data). I ran a speed test and noticed that Breezeline's down-load speed was constantly below 30MB, sometimes below 20MB, while she was paying $120 for 100MB down-load. I called and gave them a week to fix it. Breezeline did nothing; we signed up with Frontier fiber optic service for $29.90 for 500MB. When my girl friend tried to terminate the Breezeline service, the representative stated that they can only terminate the service, which is still in my girl-friend's late husband's name, if she would provide a death-certificate of her late husband. The rep stated that this would be Breezeline's policy. We will now mail them a letter informing them about our policy ... we will not pay somebody else's bills. And, try to make her late husband pay for the service then and if he does not pay, go after him! Breezeline is the worst service/business I have ever dealt with! read more

Poor service. Poor customer service with long wait times. Overpriced. The worst management ever.

If I could write a review without rating, I would. This is the absolute worst company for internet and tv that I have ever encountered. Our bill is never right. The email address associated with the service is not correct. Service is sketchy at best. And we have called, repeatedly, to no avail. On top of that, suddenly the wife is not listed to speak to. read more

I contacted Breezline this am because for weeks now I have been trying to watch Amazone Prime Video on my TV in the bedroom. When I turn it on suddenly I get numerous error messages in japanese, Spanish, German etc. I spent an inordinate amount of time (hours) talking to various customer service people who tried to walk me through fixing this myself with no success. At 76 years old my tech skills are limited. They then told me this was an Amazon Prime Video problem. I then spent over 4 hours with Amazon but everytime we would get to the last part of the puzzle the phone line would go dead and I had to start over. It became apparent to me that my lack of tech skills could be the problem. i then called Breezeline back and begged them to send a repairman out who could do this for me. They would not set up an appt. for me but insisted on walking my through the repair process again. I have begged and pleaded with breezeline's reps to simply send a repairman out but with no success. I am assuming my only way I can get this fixed is to cancel breezeline and hire another company. I really don't want to do that. Breezeline has been great until this event but I am at a loss as to how I can get this fixed. Amazon doesn't have repairmen and Breezeline won't help. I miss the days of real customer service read more

If I could leave a 0 rating I would. All the bad things that we told were very true regarding how bad the service would be from Breezeline. The first technician was an hour late then he sat in his car for another hour waiting for another technician to help him. We have a new home and they drilled from the outside through the concrete into the house leaving several holes in the wall leaving them open to the outside elements. They left without checking to see if the service worked. He told us to give him a call and he would walk us through any issues we may have but when I call he never answered the phone or called back. I am very disappointed. We would like for our home to be repaired ASAP. read more

If I could leave no or negative starts I would. Only leaving one star because that is required. Customer service ... NON EXISTENT Equipment support ... NON EXISTENT Service at promised/paid-for levels/speeds ... NON EXISTENT Local offices to get help or pay bills ... NON EXISTENT Local employees/trucks equipment ... NON EXISTENT They appear to have just abandoned the system and will only "reach out" if you are late to pay your bill (usually mailed late to the customers!) Takes HOURS of waiting on the phone for "customer service" who are rude, inept or just hang up on you. They have caused damage to my personal equipment like TVs and routers due to not wiring the cable coming into my home to the proper National Electrical Code that REQUIRES a lightning arrester, and PROPER GROUNDING! They have failed to replace equipment that is owned by them and rented by me (the customer) thus incurring more loss of service. But they require FULL PAYMENT for services NOT PROVIDED due to THEIR not replacing things in a timely manner. I am considering looking into initiating a class-action suit against them. I have notified my State Attorney General about this and they are looking into this as a possible fraud operation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

We have had poor to no service for the past two months with our Breezeline cable and internet. After many calls and about 8 service visits we now have no service for both that occurred two hours after the last visit. Another visit is scheduled tomorrow, and I can almost guarantee nothing will be resolved. We still await a contact from a supervisor. read more

Goes down often and for hours. Sometimes it down the entire day or more. Poor customer service when outages occurs. They lie, blaming on the weather when there is not a cloud in the sky. read more

They suck. There WiFi can't even run a phone with out messing everything else up in the house. The tvs are always going in and out and most times never turn on. If you wanna try and get the best out of it you need to have every device off of the WiFi to run it and you still barely get anything out of that. It's not worth it. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. 1 is really too generous. Scheduled for new service, appointment was 1130-230. Called at 2:15 and was told they're not late yet Waited until 2:31, called back and was told the technician is still on a job. Called again at 4. Waited on hold for 1hr 22 minutes to beyond by the supervisor the technician is still at the same job from earlier and we're "next." What does next consist of? No ETA, no control over the technician, no guarantees. These are all the things I was told. So basically, go somewhere else where they value your time and money. This place sucks read more

Beware: I had service under Broadband for $63 dollars and in 5 years since they have changed to Breezeline it has doubled without me changing a thing. I went on their web page and they have 4 plans, when I called they said in your area we have 3 plans and the prices were extremely high, and it is because we have no other providers so they Jack the prices way up. They say they are for helping their customers but this is a Monopoly and they are abusing customers by taking advantage of them. read more

Terrible internet provider. Internet constantly goes in and out on the daily. Overpriced for the speeds they offer. Only internet provider in the area so they can be as bad as they want because if you want internet you have to use them. Need another company to provide internet in King George Virginia. read more

wish I could give this a one star. if you like terrible internet that constantly goes down that takes hours to fix then breezeline is right for you. trash internet that is only around because no other companies are around read more

If you want to be jerked around for months on end this is the right company for you! Want to be stuck in endless hold loops and have representatives avoid or drop your calls to never return them? You came to the right place. Just to be clear this is a real company (although its run like a start up by two tweens out of a garage) that treats is paying customers like a problem and the only thing worse than the service are the techs that come to "fix" issues. I hope you like deviceive and aggressive language, bc the only thing they do better than curse is blame prior installers for the S&@$ job. read more

I would select zero stars if allowed! Atlantic BB Sucks! There are no outages in our area and our service went out 2 days ago (Aug 18th) and we were told we told they cannot get anyone to come to home until Sept 3rd. And that was after 4 1/2 hours on the phone waiting in cues, being hung up on and put back in a cue, etc. This happened multiple times. You would think a communication company would know how to handle communications!!! We work from home and have NO internet//phone/cable!!!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. They said they would at least have someone from the local office call us. No one has called!!!! I would switch companies if i had ANY OTHER choice but there are none in this area so I am held hostage! read more

The ABSOLUTE worst internet service I have ever had in my life! Too bad here in King George Va, we are subjected to only having ONE provider that offers anything besides satellite and dial up! The county really need to get this company out of here and get someone more reliable. Why does my internet service get worse at night? I truly can't stand this internet company! read more

PORT ROYAL, VA - Almost impossible to leave a review anymore because the internet drops dozens of times a day (that's probably being generous on weekends, it's out more than it's on it seems). They've been burying fiber optic cables, but for now the service has gotten atrocious. IDK if they're unable to support the load on their system, or if they have faulty equipment, but if you do anything remotely important, or want to work from home, you're probably going to want to smash your screen/router/etc. out of frustration. Service is normally of no help (although some of the technicians themselves seem to want to be as helpful as they are able, but any "fixes" are very short lived). read more

This new login procedures is a bunch of BS! Just send me my bill plain and simple no login crap. This idiot who designed this system needs to be put in the corner also the idiot who approved this screwed up system too read more

If I could give these bootleg jokers a zero-star rating, I would. I have had prizes out of a cracker jack box which had more quality than Breezeline. First of all, isn't Tivo like 2010? Get up to date with your platform! Horrible cable, HORRIBLE internet, HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE customer service. I knew when we moved to a rural area and I found out that the ONLY cable and internet provider was a company that I never heard of, I knew I was in for problems. I don't like using a toxic word such as HATE, but when the name Breezline is in my mouth, the next word that accompanies that name is HATE! I laugh at their commercials, hell, they are worse than politicians! All they do is lie. Quality service, LIE, Fast Lightening Internet... LIE, affordable, DOUBLE LIE. I am trying to find out how can I start a petition begging Xfinity or Verizon to come to our area. It is sad when you are held hostage by one company to service your needs. Not my wants, as I am a healthcare provider who mainly does telehealth and I can't even do my job because of these low-budget jokers. I pay $348.00 and for what??? No premium channels, internet that is slower than my 96-year-old granny, and morons who have the nerve to be tech support. Franky!!! Do better with this company!! read more

Worst internet service I ever had. Very unreliable, constant interruption. They are true to the words "up to..". Never having speed to the paid limit. Upload speed especially slow. read more

The worst service. The internet consistently goes out and I have to reset it multiple times in a day. If you have options for internet, steer clear of breezeline. read more

The internet service of Breezeline is great. The customer service is the worst that I have had to deal with of ANY company. The wait to speak to someone on the phone is over an hour and the wait for live chat is over 20 minutes. This is not customer service but disservice! read more

Charging me for telephone bill pay when it is all their fault earns METROCAST two stars. TOO BAD because their services are very good. However, charging customer $7 dollars because their automated system does not know which account of mine to charge is just so shady. Customer service told me to schlep down to the local Metrocast to pay OR pay online. I do not use online bill pay-EVER. My credit card infor\ was compromised that way. Do better. UPDATE: A supervisor called me today to resolve the issue after I tweeting about about my problem. Upgrading my review. Thank you, Metrocast. read more

Customer service call center people are horrible. The very best part of Atlantic is tech services. Good support and the girl tech (Bruce) was excellent. Solved 2 problems immediately and internet service now ok. Waiting in king George for some competition to come in. read more

Horrible! Horrible! There is NO Customer Service to speak to. One star is far too generous!

This company is the worst. Internet constantly goes in and out. Alot of malfunctions and outages. Over priced for crappy service.

This service is a bunch of bullshit!!!! I have been with Atlantic Broadband for five years and they have always been some shit! For one thing, the internet and telephone barely ever works. If you depend on internet for work or school you will either get fired or fail your classes!! The only thing that is halfway decent is the cable but on demand never works either. We pay so much every month for service that we are not getting. When you call customer service you are on hold for 1 to 2 hours before someone picks up. when you schedule a service call they send tech after tech after tech but they can never fix the problem but yet continue to bill you every month! The only reason We stay with them is because they are the only cable in King George. If you have money to waste every month, sign up with Atlantic Broadband. I wouldn't even give it one star but that was the least they let you rate it!!! read more

we have metrocast wireless at my parents home in the Northern Neck of Virginia. It's a pretty remote area so I get that internet service would be spotty but this is ridiculous! It's only slightly better than dial-up. when it works, it works well, but it's a sunny day, no storms, no winds, and the internet keeps going on and off. There is nothing customer service can do that they haven't done before. This is one of the major reasons I'm hesitant to live in this area full time because I need good reliable internet to do my jobs. Every time I visit, my parents complain about the internet. read more
