25$ Sunday lobster roll! Generous amount of lobster. Actually fantastic. Pretzel was barely warm and the beer cheese resembled a salad dressing more than beer cheese. Mustard was great, flavor of the pretzel was great. Flight of beer had my hopes set high. Everything was super hoppy! If that's your thing great-- but calling it a "helles" is a stretch. Blueberry ale was by far the best, mountain hopper a second. Everything else made me wish I didn't do a flight... Salad on the lobster roll was generous. Cheese plate was not. It was supposed to be smoky but the cheese was not very smoky. Blue cheese had brown ooze and light green pockets when I sliced in. Tasted fine, but did not seem very fresh (was chilled).

Some of the friendliest staff I've met in the North East! Great beer selection I enjoyed several of all of them, and would highly recommend the Ellen Coffee Stout if available! This brewery had plenty of space to catch up with friends or hangout, and had plenty of board games to play while enjoying a few brews! Had an early dinner here on a Saturday and although relatively busy seating was still plentiful! Enjoyed the Korean BBQ Duck Wings and the Day's Special Short Rib Sandwich both were delicious and honestly left me wishing the portion of the wings was a little bigger. The Sandwich was good, but still left me a bit hungry (secret tip is to add the extra KBBQ sauce from the wings onto the sandwich... you'll thank me later ). 5 stars even though my food review was slightly negative-ish because it's a brewery not a restaurant. Cheers!

Great food, great service! We got the panko crusted fish with fries which husband doesn't usually choose since he likes beer battered fish better. However another diner said this was the best fish and fries in town so we took a gamble. It was good. Not great but solid. My husband misunderstood me and while I was in the restroom washing my hands (*cue preparing to eat fries!!*), he ordered the parm truffle fries! Needless to say, it was a LOT of fries!! Lol!! But honestly, Im glad he ordered them because they were the best parm truffle fries I've ever had! Actually shaved parmesan cheese and you could really taste the truffle oil! So freaking good!!! I got a Standard Beer flight - fantastic! Hubby got the blueberry soda which was amazing!! Would definitely come back!

The beer was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly rec their pilsner! Loved the location and there were plenty of places to sit. There are local wine options for those in your group who aren't beer drinkers.

We walked by this place so many times during our stay in Bar Harbor, we had to stop in. We stopped in for a nightcap beer after dinner. I chose the Cadillac Mountain stout to celebrate our climb to the same mountain a few days earlier. Loved the rich taste and flavors that popped. We sat upstairs at the window ledge. While it was dark out, we enjoyed watching the people pass by and seeing all the activity on Cottage Street. Staff was helpful. Good stop.

We went here because of the Blueberry Ale. They had good beer offerings but didn't hit the mark with the food. We ordered the fried duck wings, bratswurst, prosciutto panini, and Thai chicken. The best food option was the bratswurst. The service was very quick and the place is a good place to catch up with friends over beer.

My go-to brewery every time I am in Bar Harbor, Maine as a beer fanatic. There are a lot of seatings - two floors for indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. You can either do beer flights, or a pint, or even just small 5oz tasting pour. I love their wide range of beer selection. They also have a huge food menu for those who wanna grab a bite as well. I love the vibes of this place. There is nothing to complain about the service either. -8/10

Good selection of beer. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't any cider (not a beer drinker) so I tried a Rose. It wasn't the greatest (but I still drank it all lol). My husband had a flight and enjoyed all the flavors. We also ordered the pretzel - holy giant pretzel! It came with mustard and beer cheese. Very good! It's a bit pricey here, but it is a tourist town! It's in an out of the way location so that was great (not so crowded). There's no "FREE" parking in Bar Harbor, but we snagged a spot right in front of the brewery. Make sure you watch your meter (app). We did see someone walking around and writing tickets!

The food was delicious here. I had the lobster roll with some truffle fries that were spectacular best lobster roll I've had in a while! I tried a beer flight, and I enjoyed most of them. The server was friendly. The environment there is very modern and chill. There was nobody there for lunch which I thought to be strange on account of how good my experience was here. Good job guys.

We stopped here after a day hiking through Acadia national park. It was a really busy Saturday even though it was rainy in the park and in the city of Bar Harbor. We hopped in and I thought there would be more beer selection. The beer was just okay and wasn't really anything special. The service was decent. There wasn't anything that stood out to me about this brewery as it was average.

So we came to the Atlantic brewing Company, and we had a beer. These are all locally brewed beers, and they were amazing. We did not get a very good recommendation or feel from our tour guide about the food, we did see quite a few people eating, however, we chose not to eat. Quite a variety of items and they all looked pretty decent but again we can't give an honest review of the food since we did not eat here. But come in, have a seat upstairs look out of the glass windows and enjoy the view with a cold brew!

Stopped here for a few beers. Cool vibe here and everyone was having a good time. Tasty appetizers with deviled eggs and charcuterie options. Beers were good. Maybe with they were colder.

While the interior decor is stark to non-existent, the beer is good: that's what you want in a brewery. Five-ounce tastes: $3. Flight of any five tastes: $14. Pints: $8. Brewing beer is like printing money. The real ale is an easy drinking brown ale with a creamy mouthfeel and 4.8 percent ABV. The Simcoe-, Citra- and Mosaic-based mountain hopper IPA is citrusy and a little dank: a good IPA. Crisp and slightly malty, the low life lager (4.4 percent ABV) is reminiscent of a Kolsch more than an American lager. The Oktoberfest, a martzen-style lager (5.6 percent ABV) is good, but a little light on bitterness. The prosciutto panino was good, but had too much Dijon mustard. Salads are large, but lack the option to add protein. Sandwiches are served with potato chips. At Atlantic Brewing, beer is first; food is second. Better for a few brews and a bite, rather than a meal with some beer on the side.

Recommend the beer flight with a big pretzel. They have a lobster roll special on Wednesday that was good.

Beer is great. Skip the food. It was way better when it wasn't downtown. Service wasn't good.

The poutine hit the spot, and we were very impressed by the beer, particularly the blueberry ale and the IPA.

For my birthday, we joined a whale watching tour in the Gulf of Maine.  We honestly weren't sure…read morewhat to expect but were blown away by getting to see 3 different types of whales (Humpback, Minke, Finback), with multiples of each type and also two blue sharks. The people that led our tour were knowledgeable and friendly and I also appreciated they had food and drinks onboard for sale (and single serve dramamine). We had a hot dog, their ocean gin drink, and a blueberry harbor ale and couldn't have had a better time. Make sure to get there early as the most in demand seats on top of the boat were full after they let the people waiting in line early on the boat. I'd say we got there 30 minutes earlier than needed and got some of the best seats but there weren't many left. There is a shop with good coffee close so you can have one person hold your spot in line while others do that. Dress warmer than you think you need: we ended up wearing long sleeve shirts and pants with jackets and beanies and it wasn't a rough or especially cold day at sea and closer to 70 degrees on land. .

I will start by saying that the staff is absolutely wonderful! Super attentive and polite and was constantly checking on all of the riders. The ride was long but we went to two locations before we finally got a glimpse of one humpback whale- Anthur. The captain did his best to get us as close to the whale as possible without disrupting it and also tried to make sure both sides of the boat got ample time to view. The narrator on the boat had a ton of information to provide which was really cool. It wasn't just about whales, we learned about other sea life and productivity and sustainability as well as about the harbor and Acadia park. It was an experience for sure. I do tend to get a little motion sickness which thankfully I was spared on this trip- but unfortunately it seemed like it was happening all around us where people were just losing it. The staff was quick to react and accommodate those riders with bags, drinks and food. Prepare for the cold because even though it was 80 degrees on land, it was extremely windy and freezing out of the water. They do provide hot chocolate and coffee and snacks on board for purchase, you can also bring food on board as well. We went back out again in the evening for the fireworks- they do a trip out towards the lighthouse and the porcupine islands and again provide lots of information about the islands, sea life, and about the earlier settlers. That part was great- the fireworks (out of their control) was eh. Everyone said Bar Harbor has some of the best fireworks and unfortunately they were super underwhelming. Would I do it again..... probably not, but it was an experience that we enjoyed and have stories to tell.

We liked the outdoor dining setting at The Terrace Grille so opted to have lunch there outside. We went there at 1PM on a Saturday and were seated right away. Our waiter told us he didn't know where lobsters came from until he recently moved here. lol For an appetizer, we shared the Crab & Appetizer Dip. It was delicious!!! Definitely not healthy but we didn't care, we ate most of it. Tip: eat it while it's hot! It's definitely not good cold. For lunch, I had the Bar Harbor Lobster Cobb salad and my husband had the Steamed Maine Lobster. My salad was amazing! The lobster was fresh, tender, and overall the flavors of the salad went well together with the honey citrus dressing.
