Atlanta Direct Auto changed my perception of purchasing cars from small dealers. The GM (Bobby) is a true professional who knows the car selling business and goes out of his way to give the best deal around along with Honesty and reliable customer service. Bobby was very fair, Honest and Transparent through my whole car buying process from him. Not only did he go out of his way to provide me with great customer service and respect but he sold me a TOP quality car for well under blue book value. At first I was a little aprehensive about how low he was selling me this vehicle for considering he was well over $1000 below what the the KBB suggested this year and model car should be sold for, but as we continued to talk and conduct business with Bobby, It became clear to me that Bobby is just an Honest Hard working dealer who believes in competitive pricing and satisfying his customers. I am VERY happy with my 2004 Honda Accord WITH NAVIGATION. Before purchasing Bobby allowed me to take the car to a mechanic of MY Choosing and get the car inspected, I took the car to HONDA because it was worth paying the $75 to make sure I was getting a Quality car. The fact that Bobby even allowed me to have the vehicle inspected before purchase shows his Transparentness and Honesty. He did not try to talk me into using one of his mechanic's, as a matter of fact, he even told me what to expect from the inspection BEFORE I took it there..... and just as he said the car came back almost FLAWLESS! The dealer said it was one of the best cars they had seen (for that year) in a long time. The service manager said "GET IT"! After purchasing the vehicle from Bobby he noticed my Tail light was out when I test drove it and he fixed it himself before I drove it off the lot...... Not to mention he didn't even hassle me about going on the test drive with me, he said "let me copy your license and Here's the keys see you when you get back" WOW!!!! Talk about TRUST!!! Another thing I LOVED about my car buying experience from Atlanta Direct Auto is that they took over 90 pictures of my car and posted Every one of them on their website........ He caught every Angle and Detail of my car and didn't leave an inch out. (WHO ELSE DOES THAT???_ No One) The car was just as amazing in the pictures as it was in person. The Pictures DID NOT LIE! I have to be very honest and say this was the Absolute BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Buying my car from Atlanta Direct Auto was just as easy as when My husband bought his 2008 Cadillac Escalade from the Cadillac Dealer and they are WAY bigger than Bobby but he gave me the same customer service, respect and honesty. I trust Bobby and his vehicles and will be a loyal customer of his for my next car buying experience. I will also refer my friends to Atlanta Direct Auto! Thank you so much Bobby for dealing with me! I was a pain in the butt to deal with since I'm a buyer from NYC and drove down to Atlanta to buy the 2011 Infiniti FX50. Although this is a pretty rare vehicle, he had the best price within a 1500 mile radius from NYC. Bobby was straight upfront with me all of the prices/NYS taxes and he didn't try to force me or up-sell me into anything. It took me about 3 weeks to be sure and make the trip down to ATL and he was patient with me throughout. He sent me multiple videos of the FX50 from all angles including the interior. As for the car, he let me test drive the car to my own satisfaction. I loved the car right away but certain things to note: the brake pads and rotors were completely worn, the tire tread was also worn to about 4 out of 32 tread, the battery was very rusty and basically reached its limit and the oil needed to be changed. These are just minor issues and I addressed it to him and since the car already had the best price around, I really was not able to negotiate it down any more. He did give me just a $100 discount for the battery and I don't take any of this as negative since it is a used car. My last used car that I bought from a NYC dealership did have brand new tires and and brakes and that's what anyone should expect but then the price of the car will obviously be higher. I know Bobby gave me the best price possible and I do not look at any of these as negatives since you do get what you pay for. Even after that the price was still much better than other dealerships. I definitely recommend him even to my friends and families as it is hard to come by an honest dealer these days and Bobby went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I didn't even pay for the car until 5 days after I bought it back to NYC as I didn't know about an additional verification I needed to make with my credit union for the loan check and Bobby understood the situation. My wife and I were looking for a bigger vehicle to accommodate our growing family after the birth of our healthy son. After long searches online through local Craigslist ads, visiting North Atlanta Dealerships, and etc. We came upon Atlanta Direct Auto, we met Bobby the General Manager. He was very respectful, professional, and courteous from the moment of walking into the dealership till the point of leaving with keys in hand on our vehicle acquired from Atlanta Direct Auto. Other dealers in the area use High Pressure tactics and far fetched promises...Not with Bobby, he was very professional and a realist as he asked for our budget, looked into our credit, found lenders, etc. One thing that I was very pleased about was the fact that Bobby had thoroughly checked and fixed any discrepancies I saw on the vehicle we were interested in before signing away and driving off the lot. Few dealers do that if not any. To the reviewer below who said Bobby didn't keep his word... That's a blasphemous statement, we are enjoying our vehicle daily, and it's excellent considering that it's a used car. Also, how do you expect a dealer to hold a vehicle for you when you never met in person, never placed a down payment nor signed any form of legal binding contract of purchase but just have a meer interest in purchasing from a website and a "Real" person comes to the dealer placing "Real" money on the table for that same vehicle? you're just barking up the wrong tree. read more

I purchased a 2011 Murano in 05/2016. Drove the vehicle for about 125 miles before moving out of state, so I took it to a Nissan dealer in Marietta cause I heard some grinding when turning at slow speed. AutoNation Nissan advised it needed the rear differential and electronic coupler and seals along with seals leaking in the transfer case. Oh yes, front and rear brake service as well. AutoNation called the warranty company who said it wasn't covered due to a "pre-existing" condition before I owned the vehicle. I contacted Bobby and Dana (Sales) who had the owner call me. I told her about the 90 day warranty declining due to a pre-existing condition (when they had the vehicle before my purchase). The owner offered their in-house mechanic to do the repairs. I asked if he was a certified Nissan mechanic and he wasn't. I asked if they could take it to a certified Nissan mechanic and work it out with me. The owner pretty much said "Too bad". I had to have over $3,500 in repairs done to the vehicle before moving out of state. If Atlanta Direct Auto sells you a car and within 125 miles of driving the vehicle you have mechanic issues.....well...Too Bad. Buddy L. read more

I purchased a car from Bobby Feb 1st 2015. It took me a few weeks to finally decide to buy it and Bobby was quick to answer every question I had about the car. Bobby has gone above and beyond to help me with the car since my purchase. There was a battery issue and he even came out to my home( I live close by) while I was at work and his mechanic installed a new one. I have contacted him numerous times on the phone since the purchase and he always calls me back promptly. I even stop in from time to time just to say hello. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Bobby. He is very easy to converse with and was very knowledgeable. If anything he wasn't sure about, would find out first to be certain. He was not in any kind of a hurry to close out the deal and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure what I really wanted. For the final paperwork there was a long wait as they were really busy but he kept me informed every few minutes as to how much longer the wait is expected to be.
